Quickest car purchase ever - requested a buyers order by email. Tony called within minutes later - sent the order and inspection report - car was ready to test drive when I arrived. Very courteous stay from the receptionist, sales, and finance. Highly recommend!

Mercedes-Benz of Hunt Valley review
We recently had a great experience working with Marshall at Mercedes of Hunt Valley. From the moment we walked into the dealership, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in helping us find the right vehicle?not making a quick sale. He took the time to listen to our needs, answer all of our many questions clearly, and explain our options without any pressure. We really appreciated his honesty and patience throughout the process, especially when comparing financing options. The entire experience felt smooth and stress-free, which is not always the case when buying a car. Thanks to his knowledge and excellent customer service, we were able to make a confident decision and drive away very happy with our Mercedes. Moreover, we left feeling like not only did we meet someone we trusted in the car business, but that we made a friend, who so happens to be in the car business. He is definitely our go-to guy for cars from now on. Needless to say, we would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable and helpful car salesman.

Thornton Automotive DoverReviews
Thornton Automotive Dover review
I Purchased a 2015 Tacoma TRD PRO on line. I'm 3 1/2 hours away so everything was phone and email. Couldn't have been an easier process. I was sent a video walk around of the truck and the manager pointed out every little rock chip or imperfection. From Wes the Manager to Brian in Finance to Ryan in Sales...Top Notch! I'm like a lot of people that don't like dealing with a car dealer...I've had bad experiences in the past. This was the smoothest, easiest transaction I've ever had at a dealership. The truck was priced fairly and when the shipper delivered it, the condition was exactly as I was told, No Surprises! I would buy from these guys again in a heartbeat. It's nice to deal with responsive people that shoot straight and do what they tell you they will do! Great Job Thornton Automotive.

BMW of Bel Air review
I bought a new vehicle at BMW of Bel Air, what a pleasant experience. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I showed up to the dealership, the vehicle was prepped and ready to go. Upon driving home I noticed a small tear in the passenger seat. This was on Monday and the dealer sent someone to my home Wednesday, no more tear. Huge shout out to Nana and Sam and all the folks in MD.

AutoNation Chevrolet Timonium review
I appreciate the kind, patient and informative service that I received. This is my first time paying for dealer maintenance and it was worth it. The waiting area was clean and had amenities where I could work or lounge comfortably. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful. They helped to make it possible for me to take care of other business while my car is being worked on. Hanabal was especially attentive and came highly recommended for great customer service.

AutoNation Chevrolet Timonium review
I live in central PA and couldn't find a dealer to sell me the car I wanted, a red Equinox EV LT2 with supercruise. I found a 2024 model, new, on their website and was able to negotiate a satisfactory price mostly by text and phone. No hours long wait in the showroom with a lot of dead time! Sky and Dyani were great and I actually met the general manager, Ron who was not some mysterious figure in the back! I love my car and really appreciated being able to do most of the deal outside the showroom.

Audi Hunt Valley review
Unfortunately my 10 yr old A4 was totaled (not my fault) in an accident, so I had to quickly purchase a new car. I chose Audi Hunt Valley due to the quality customer service with their service dept., I experienced for the past 10 yrs. I also purchased my A4 from Hunt Valley 10 yrs ago. They didn't disappoint!!! Great experience.

I’ve had my car serviced at this dealership since 2018,Jeremy Shenk has been my service advisor since my first visit. He always explains exactly what’s needed and the car is always well taken care of. I lived in NYC until recently and I would drive here whenever the car needed service. That’s all you need to know.

This was my first time getting my car serviced here at BMW and the service was very fast. Andrew made everything convenient for me and I was in and out with my 70000 mile service without a long wait. The receptionist was very friendly and inviting. To be honest, I was very shocked considering the poor service I had at Owings Mills, where I purchased my vehicle.

Just purchased my second Audi from Hernan Diaz-Egg at Audi of Lancaster. "H" made the experience just as great as when I purchased my first Audi from him. They located the car I wanted at another dealership, gave me what I wanted for my trade and made the delivery as smooth as it could be. If you are in the market for an Audi, go see "H", he's a gentleman who treats his customers with respect!
