He listens to your needs and works with you to make sure you get the best deal possible. He is not pushy and help you close the deal. Leasing this car. Expected to wait a couple of months but received a notification that a car matching my specifications would be available the next week. The car met most of my requirements. The price of the lease was considerably more than I expected to pay but I agreed to the terms. Two months after taking possession of the vehicle, the brake actuator failed and I lost use of the vehicle for two weeks. Of course, the repair of the brake actuator was under warranty! The miles per gallon are what I have come to expect from a Toyota Corolla - better than 40 mpg on the freeway, a little less on surface streets. I replaced the standard interior rear view mirror with the one that has a built in Universal garage door opener because there was not a convenient place to mount the garage door opener that I had used with two previous Toyota Corolla leases. The thing I like about this 2022 Toyota Corolla: good gas mileage, bright headlights, good interior space. Things I do not like: cheap plastic rear trunk wing that broke in drive through car wash, black out lettering that standout on the greyish body color, unlit driver side lock/unlock buttons that are hard to locate in the dark when getting out of the car.

My wife and I live in Columbia MO. We found a 1995 Eagle Talon Esi at Emerald Auto in Houston when searching for a replacement for our 1999 Mitsubishi Eclipse that needs a motor replacement. The Eagle Talon Saad had in stock only had 40,851 miles on it. Our mechanic wanted 5k for an engine with 80k miles and 3k to install it. Needless to say, it is now our project car, and this Eagle Talon will be taking its place as our backup vehicle. Saad was easy to speak to and we even did the deal all remote! He let me know some of the issues with the vehicle before we decided to buy which to me speaks to his character. The best part of this is he was able to ship us the car not even 48 hours after purchasing it. BLEW OUR MIND!!!! This car is my very first. I am happy to start with something small and economic. The trunk as a lot of room, and the interior was clean.

Ozzie and Belinda took great care of us. 1. We had to trade in a car that was costing too much to repair. I put the information into the Echo Park system and Belinda called to ask further questions. It was that outreach that had us going to Echo Park instead of CarMax. 2. Ozzie was the salesperson who happened to be free when we walked in. He listened to what we wanted to do and made a couple of good suggestions. Then one test drive and we were ready to buy. The dealership honored the trade-in value and even added $250 to it, and altogether that helped pay for the warranty that we purchased.

I bought my Forte LXS in Feb of 2024 and i've driven 9,000 miles on it so far. it's been great and i prefer this over a Corolla or a Camry. on the highway i sometimes get fuel economy in the low 50's mpg and on average i get around 37 mpg combined. not bad at all. i bought this for $21K after taxes and registration. the value can't be beat imo.

They told me the 8 year old car I was buying was as n good shape. That was an understatement this car was phenomenal in like brand new condition. This was my first online buying experience of a car over 9 hours away (by car). Needless to say I was apprehensive. I am a picky car person like them clean all there and looking like new. This is my third car purchase from CAR MAX . A later model for the wife . A jeep Cherokee and is a 2019 with low mileage . She is happy and that makes US happy . The purchase was not hurried and no back and forth between Mr Smith and I . Really straightforward . Satisfied completely .

I have had a great experience with this car. It now has over 130,000 miles on it. And still going strong. I've only had to do the brakes. I changed the oil every 3000 miles. I did have to change. The driver's side axle. Toyota had a recall on the paint. So I now have a new paint job. The car looks wonderful. Like brand new? It has a brand new set of tires. Very dependable. It's a little noisy on the highway. But I expected that. The entertainment system. Is excellent. So it drowns out the highway noise. It handles great. The steering is precise. Overall, I would recommend this car. Especially to anyone who is seeking a low budget. Car. With good reliability.

Rees was my greeter and was an excellent source of information and sales expediter. Rees explained the CarMax process and then Listened to the car features I required. He did searches of car max inventory, searches of manufacturers’ sites for additional info, and requested transfer of a vehicle from another location. There was no pressure to buy (CarMax has a five day return policy). Paperwork was efficient, and I even got help getting both the car I bought and the car I arrived in home. Took the family to Vegas for a week. Enterprise have me the choice between the Malibu, Charger and K5. My youngest didn't want the grey Malibu and I didn't want to pay for the gas on the Charger with the V8. So we went with the black K5. I drive a SUV so it took some time to use to bending down to get into he car. Once we started driving I noticed how smooth and quiet the car was. The car accelerated with ease and the braking made you feel safe. My Dodge Journey is 2015 and doesn't have all the new tech. The K5's blindspot and car In front of you leaving warnings are great features. Although the K5 had great features the only negative I had was the infotainment unit. The unit worked just fine, I just didn't like how it was integrated. It looks as it was installed as an afterthought. Looks like it was just inserted like a Lego piece, I would prefer it flush in the dash.

I have the Limited. This is my 6th Hyundai/Genesis car and they just keep getting better. The technology is fantastic and equals many features in luxury cars at twice the price. In June I took a 3450 mile trip, hit 14 states and a variety of traffic conditions and it just kept chugging along with no effort. Features like HDA help on the long days of 700 miles. Used less gas than my previous car too, 95 gallons on that trip.

Purchased a former Enterprise rental Carolla with 60K on the odometer. Overall it meets all the buzz about Toyota reliability. Other than a Battery and oil changes it's been good to me. Occasionally drive it as an Uber and it gives good service.. you actually earn money instead of putting all your earnings back into the tank. The only issues I hate is the low front end that occasionally scrapes the asphalt coming in and out of steep driveways and dips in Oklahoma roads.. and the main console is finiky connecting with my phone in Android auto.
