Found this car on Cargurus and reached out to Curran. Quick response with every step. Sean (Used Car Mgr) was excellent. Easy to work with and flexible in final negotiations. Reed (Sales) was amazing. Test drive and tutorial on car features was great. Barbara (Finance) worked diligently to finalize this out-of-state purchase. Insurance company I use was hard to reach and instructions were unclear. Worked it out after a few additional calls after I took delivery. Waiting room was a little disappointing but overall, very satisfied.
without the frustrating experience of having to wait for a special tool to come in to recalibrate the blind spot radar damaged from an accident, everyone was wonderful to work with. The delay of getting the tool in was not the fault of the dealership, but rather Mazda corporate.

I've used the service department several times and have been very pleased each time, though one time they changed my license name plate without my permission which did not make me happy.
Regarding their used car buyingnprocess, they have a good selection of cars but I found them to be OVERPRICED.
I just want share my experience with Miller Nissans. This is my second lease with this company I want to give my special thanks to a sales person Kasha Miecznikowska she is a amazing like a person and like professional in this field. When she is helping you to pick up the car she is trying to meet all your needs and give you the best deal. I also appreciate for the service in this dealership they are working like a wonderful team and are very helpful. Who likes Nissan will love Miller Nissan
We had the pleasure of working with Jose L. on a Saturday and he took SO much time working with us on car choice, the buying process, and ending our current lease with our current Altima (which we also purchased through Paul Miller Nissan). The facilities are SO much nicer now and Jose couldn't have been nicer to work with. He was calm, collected, knowledgeable, and really low pressure and helped us get a GREAT deal. His attention to us as customers, making us feel comfortable here (refreshments, etc.). He is awesome to work with and the dealership is fantastic.
Customer service was exceptional. Made the extra effort to make the paperwork as hassle free as possible. Took the time to explain all the different functions the Volvo offers. Continued to follow up with me to make sure I was happy with the car and if I had additional questions/concerns.

I went to change a tire. Thei did not honor the insurance policy that Mercedes sold me. I had to pay in advance .
I went to replace a broken moon roof that practically exploded. It happened while driving on a highway with no cars arroud me and no overpass in view. They claimed it was broken from some exterior factor because the corners were bent, witch is not true. They again asked me to pay in advance. I went to replace the sunroof to another dealer.
We flew in from FL to purchase a Certified Pre-Owned 2012 Mercedes-Benz C 350 I made all arrangements for the purchase by phone and e-mail. Mr. Justin Deangelis was very professional and helpful, every person whom we came in contact made us feel special and welcome, they even picked us up from the Airport. The price was very low compare to Florida and All promises were fulfilled. I will recommend Justin Deangelis and ESTATE MOTORS to friends and family in the NY area
I love my new Benz! Can't get enough of it! I was a former BMW owner. Layne Sohun made the process of switching car brands smooth and effortless. He took the time to explain the differences as well as the plus and minuses of driving both vehicles. He wasn't biased and was very knowledgable on both Mercedes and BMW. I felt comfortable all the way! Never felt like he was pushing the vehicle on me. He worked with my budget and made the car I wanted a reality.
