Let me start out by saying my family and I have not purchased a brand new vehicle from a dealership since 2002. However my parents car was getting very old (1998 Honda Accord) and unsafe to drive so we looked into a Toyota as they are one of the most (if not most) reliable and dependable brands among car manufacturers. My father wanted a Corolla so I started doing my research on pricing and submitted my offer to 6-8 dealerships in the valley. I got many calls from different salesman, some were rude and aggressive, others offered me terrible pricing on the vehicle which I knew was overpriced. That was until Ron Munday had contacted me that same day, he was not the first salesman I spoke with over the phone however he was the only salesman that left a great impression (calm and patient) on me that day. He claimed Big Two Toyota would beat anyone's pricing as long as I brought him a certified quote from a competing dealership. I took up his offer and drove to the dealership to very next day to negotiate further on pricing and he did not lie at all when he said he could beat any competitors' pricing. I did not the purchase the vehicle that same day as my father wanted it to discuss pricing with my mother however the very next morning I had contacted competing dealerships to ensure my pricing was the lowest and indeed no one in the valley wanted to sell me a brand new 2017 Corolla SE for what Big Two Toyota was selling it to me for. Knowing that, I closed the deal with Mr. Munday that same morning (8/12/2017) and I can honestly say even though it is my first time purchasing a car through a dealership, I can speak volumes of how professional Ron Munday and Big Two treated my family and I. We felt welcomed and apart of the family the second we stepped foot into the dealership. Honestly, even if other dealerships were quoting a cheaper price I would have gladly given the sale to Mr. Munday for his professionalism and enthusiasm throughout the entire process and having to put up with me. He even gone as far as feeding my whole family to lunch while our new car was getting washed and ready to drive off the lot. Overall I am 110% satisfied and would recommend ANYONE to shop at Big Two Toyota as they demonstrate and deliver an excellent car buying experience. I can say I am a life-long customer at Big Two Toyota and our next future purchase will definitely be through this dealership again. Ask for Ron Munday, you will not be disappointed!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I paid off the car free and clear but I can't seem to get a free and clear title. I have been waiting over a month for it. When I did get it, it was not notarized or signed and it still had a lean on it. I am very disappointed. It was like he just pulled it out of a drawer and mailed it just to pacify. This is the owner! no less, first he was at an auction, then out for 2 weeks, then he was at the hospital, and now he is going to be gone for a week So I took the title back to Wheels in Motion and still waiting. I don't know what to think at this point. I trust the Tim to do the right thing, but to do business with him again at this point is questionable. Maybe it is just me, so I would recommend this dealer to a friend, because I love the people who work there, but be on the part of caution. I don't think he expected me to pay off the car, I really think he thought I was going to trade it in. I never paid off a car before so maybe this is what is supposed to happen. So I am stumped as to how to get a free and clear title. The title is still not right. It was signed or notarized or signed nothing. I may be wrong but I thought it was up to the company to remove all liens and sign off on it. At least that was what I was told so now I don't know what the truth is. I was told I couldn't take the lien off the company has to do that. So at this point I am confused. I just want a free and clear title from the DMV which shows a lien still in place after a month. So it seems nothing got done in 30 days. So my questions are: Who is supposed to remove the lien? How long does it normally take to get a free and clear title from a dealership? Now that I paid off the car why can't I get a proper free and clear title from Tim Zarbock? Why would he send me a non-notarized title with a lien still on it and call it good? I don't understand. What am I missing? Then be gone for a week? Why are his employees making excuses for him? Why do my emails and phone calls go unanswered? When I called they said he was at an auction, then he was gone 2 weeks, then he was at the hospital, and last week or he will be out of the office for a week. It seems to me a runaround just to get a free and clear title. Then when I finally did get it was not notarized, or signed and still had the lien on it. So I gave it back. This is what I have been dealing with for the past month. Why? Is it supposed to be this hard to get a free and clear title? What is wrong with this picture? Does this make since to anybody?

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

At the start, I wanted the Toyota 86 over the Subaru BRZ. However, the supply for a new Toyota 86 is zero in my area, and the Toyota dealerships were not interested or able to help. Thus, this motivated me to investigate the Subaru BRZ--and I glad I did. My nearby Subaru dealership is wonderful in customer treatment, vehicle inventory, and price. The BRZ offers more for the money and will have Subaru instead of Toyota to service the Subaru engine that is used on both the 86 and BRZ models. The appearance, handling, and response are great.

I wrote this in my last review, that I had a possible small problem with a tint on a window, and will write another review either way if it needs to be addressed. We brought the car back 4 months after purchasing , AND THE GREAT TEAM at Mark Kia retinted the blemished window, changed the oil, and practically detailed the car!!! NO CHARGE AS PROMISED - BUY YOUR CAR AT MARK KIA !! They stand behind their product, and most of all STAND BEHIND THEIR PROMISES- I had been to every Kia Dealer in the Phoenix area since the end of May. BUY yours HERE from salesman Uncle Abdul and Manager Jack Belsanti. NO nonsense, just tight honest information, and great upfront info on vehicles and pricing. They knew I was serious about buying a new Forte and I knew they were serious about selling one. The finance guy Chad was great in getting the deal DONE, without trying to up the price with unwanted "add ons" . No GO to Mark Kia- I just bought a new Forte there 9/23/15 - See Uncle Abdul and mngr Mark Belsanti - honest, tight clean info- They want to sell cars HONESTLY- I've been looking since the end of May, so listen up- I contacted the Attorney General, so they finally HAD TO give me my prepaid credit cards- I had a deal in place for a Kia at Camelback, and as I stated many times to them, the car had to have CRUISE and KEYLESS entry. the vehicle I CLEARLY STATED I was interested in was to have CRUISE and KEY LESS entry. Sometime during negotiations, they switched to a vehicle WITHOUT Cruise and Keyless entry. When we went back Tuesday 5/26/15 to complete the sale, my wife was led to a car, and noticed it had NO CRUISE. The sales person, acted shocked , and then said, gee wait, I just noticed it has no keyless entry either. Can we upgrade you to a model that has those. We never got the $25 visa card they lured us way down there for. They had NONE, I was told. And told the same thing Tuesday. I have filed complaints . sorry they gave your brand a bad name . I went to Tempe Kia a week ago, and the salesman there was honest, and told me the True Value price I had of 15K, was NOT a model that had cruise/keyless entry. THAT WAS FINE. I thanked him for explaining that. As you see from below, Camelback promised they could do it, then switched to the lesser equipped model, seemingly thinking we wouldn't notice , or would be enticed to pay more. Plus the car they showed us was filthy with bird droppings all over it. Nice presentation. i didn't even have to file a complaint at the Arizona Better Buisinee Bureau. Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

I could not believe how easy - and fast - buying a car could be. I decided a used car was for me, so I started looking online and at local dealerships. All I can say is that that experience was enough to put me off the whole process. Dealer add-ons. Limited or no warranty. ???What are you willing to pay???? Enough!!! I saw an ad online for Carvana, which I had never heard of, and thought ???what the heck.??? Such a great find! From the quick and easy search, to no haggle pricing, to easy payment (I was able to pay cash online, but they also offer financing), to a no-risk 7-day return policy AND an additional 100-day warranty on top of that! There was nothing to lose. It took only a few days for delivery - to my home! - and the paperwork was handled in about 5 minutes. They even had a notary show up! They handle the registration, too - no waiting in line at DMV. Bottom line: I love the car, I got it at a good price, and it could not have been easier. Actually, it???s scary how easy it was. I have to stop myself from looking more on he Carvana website, lol.

Me and my husband visited quite a few dealerships looking to lease our first new vehicle. We went here on a whim one night just to browse at some family SUVs. Michael Kanneg greeted us and helped us out. He showed us the new Highlander, which we really liked. Not expecting anything, we went inside to talk numbers and get a payment estimate. Michael and Tony (his manager) were very kind, honest, and super helpful. Not once did we feel rushed or pressured into anything. It was such a relief to have amazing customer service from them after the nightmare sales reps we met at the other dealerships that day! I knew right away we wanted to do business with them because we would be treated right. We were able to take home the vehicle for the night to see how we liked it. The next day we came back and got an awesome deal on our lease! I can't thank Michael K enough for being so friendly, straightforward, and genuine. We even had an emergency situation come up in the middle of financing and everyone was very accommodating to us. Chandler Toyota has a customer for life!! And we absolutely love our 2016 Highlander! :)

The BRZ is absolute pure joy to drive. The naturally aspirated engine sounds great with no artificial engine sound presented in many turbo cars of today. The manual shifter is short and precise and provides a superb mechanical feel. Flat cornering with no brake dive. Super sleek body shape. Stand out in the sea of mustangs and many other sport cars.
