2017 Subaru Forester review
I have owned my 2017 Forester since late 2016. Except for normal maintenance I've had no problems with thr vehicle. All of the warning systems work very well,they have saved me from accidents numerous times. The automatic seat repositioning when some one else has used my is really handy eliminates all the adjusting needed to get the position back to my needs. Traction and controll during winter and bad weather are excellent. My forrester get used like a truck at times. Great overall car.

2017 Subaru Forester review
The Subaru Forester is indeed one of the safest cars on the road. I was in an auto accident (not my fault) and all my air bags blew. Wow, what a site--air bags everywhere! Car was totalled--got hit in front drivers side--and my only injury, aside from bruises, was a broken ankle. Impressed. Aside from that, we have had several Subarus and they have always gotten us through. The all-wheel drive system can not be beat!

My wife and I did our research knowing what would be a good price point for the vehicle that we wanted. Surprisingly, CarMax was offering the vehicle below what other dealers were advertising. We went to the Maple Shade dealership test drove a few cars with Erin. She was awesome and answered all of our questions. No hard sell at all and loved the thought that there were no doc or other hidden fees. Sticker price plus tax and NJMV fees. That's it. We noticed that a vehicle in Maine had low miles and was in the color we wanted. Paid the low transfer fee and it arrived in less than two weeks. We met with Mathew, who was covering for Erin, shown the car, took a test drive and "kicked the tires". I told him that we wanted to buy it and Carmax came in at a lower rate than our Credit Union. It took less than 2 hours from entering the dealership to driving off with the car. And did I say no doc or hidden fees.

He took the time to take us on a test drive and explain so many of the features on the Buick Enclave Avenir as well as the history of Buick and the advances they have made to their vehicles (which was a big selling point for us) He was very responsive to our questions and when we decided to purchase our new Buick Enclave Avenir, he was extremely attentive to the details. He made sure we knew all we needed to know before leaving the dealership. He went above and beyond making sure we were his top priority and that he and the Wright dealership and service department were there to ensure we were happy customers. He let us know he was available for any questions or cocerns about our vehicle in the future. I would also like to note that we were grateful for Zach and David Horvath. Zach was a true professional and was also there answering questions and helped to find us the best financing, and incentives. David was professional and thorough with us as he went through all the financing and extended warranty paperwork. It was an exceptionally busy Saturday for the dealership and all 3 gentlemen, were patient, kind and focused on my husband and I as their top priority. When we got our Enclave home, we noticed a couple small chips in the paint along side the cargo door as well as grease foot prints under the mats. We called Bob, brought the car back and the service department fixed the issues without any hesitation. We are so happy with our new Enclave and would definitely do business with Wright Automotive in the future. They make you feel like family!

2017 Subaru Forester review
The Forester is a great value. It is roomy yet extremely nimble. Our average fuel economy is 30mpg with plenty of power. It has great visibility with no blind spots. The all wheel drive works well. It is great when you have to drive in bad weather. My only complaint is dealership service costs seem high, even for routine services. Independent garages have more reasonable costs. There have been no major repairs needed on our Subaru. We were a Honda family ( 20+ yrs) so changing to the Subaru was a big deal. We were not disappointed.

My 2019 Subaru Forester had some problems on 4/16/26 and every warning light on the dash started blinking! I made it to Byers Subaru on Sawmill, where I was warmly greeted by Trish Wolford, Service Advisor. She listened my story and asked Danny to put the mobile computer on it. Within minutes, they diagnosed some problems, reset the codes, and started the car. Then Danny suggested another thing he wanted to check and found the air intake hose was completely disconnected. Danny fixed it quickly and they didn't even charge me! The staff is friendly, polite, efficient, and this location is spic and span clean! I highly recommend Byers Subaru Dublin just off Sawmill Road. I'm a single female senior citizen and I was treated with respect. Every question was answered to my satisfaction. Compared to other dealers I. The DMV area, this has been one of my better experiences. I?ve (sadly) purchased over 100 cars and where as most dealers nickel and dime you at ever turn, Koons gets it. Koons Toyota and what used to be Koons Annapolis share a similar philosophy. Your happiness doesn?t have to come at an inflated price. For example, those fees that some dealers beat you over the head with are crazy and inflate the price. Koons doesn?t even beat you up over the 3% credit card fee. (They probably would rather I not mention that) and the cost of the cars is usually the lowest in the area.

2017 Subaru Forester review
Had this car for seven years, never any problems, very low mileage. Very nice to drive, smooth gas mileage around 30 mpg. Traded it in for a new forester, I actually was ready to cry, when I left it. Very reliable.
