CarMax Kenosha review
I would highly recommend Carmax Kenosha. We setup an appt and test drive on their website, and Sergio reached out right away and put the vehicle on hold for us. When we arrived the car was ready for us to test drive, and while we were test driving they looked over our current trade in. We got a fair value on our trade in, a fair price on our new vehicle, and we were in and out in under 2 hours. Thanks Carmax and Sergio for the awesome experience!!

Janesville Subaru review
After speaking with the General Manager, Jeff Mazer, it wasn't the dealership so much as it was the finance manager (who is no longer employed there). While this practice was done, it was NOT the dealership that employed the tactic. The dealership took measures to rectify the situation by terminating the employee and sending a check for the whole amount of the protection plan ($3,250) to my lien holder. It took some work and yes, I am still a bit butt hurt, but I will continue to be a customer here.

Purchased my 2025 Bronco today and the process couldn’t have been more easy. Dylan was our sales rep. He was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. The manager came over to introduce himself and was very personable. The gentleman who did our financing was the absolute BEST! I have never had a car buying experience as easy and as fun as I did with Kunes. I rang the bell and they added a big red bow at my request. We were treated like family. I was overjoyed. Didn’t feel like a car buying experience felt more like a gathering of family and friends. Thank you Kunes

i did my homework prior to our recent purchase of a low mileage used Mercedes. One of my primary information sources was Cars.Com. and the other was Car Max. We visited the Kenosha Car Max and found everyone we had contact with to be professional and informative. We ultimately bought a car from a Mercedes dealer but did sell our trade to Car Max Waukesha. The experience was handled quickly and pleasantly. I would definitely recommend Car Max and their staff.

2024 Subaru Impreza review
Bought the car 3-4 weeks ago after 16 years with Nissans, and this is heads and tails above the Nissan, and i loved my Sentra's But the body lines are better on the Impreza, i like the Hatchback over the sedan, i have the base model and frankly i prefer the 2 screens over the 1 huge one, i do wish they had the android play wireless in the base but i still have it, just have to plug in, People say the 2.0 boxer is slow, they never owned a 1.8 sentra lol, this car feels smoother, it is a tad noisier on the highway but a better ride over all, as to dependability full discloser i was once a Subaru mechanic at a dealership, but always assumed i couldn't afford a subaru and i was wrong, but they are as if not more dependable than a Toyota and a lot less money.

My wife and I have worked exclusively with Ed Wrathall at Subaru City. Always a first rate experience, rarely any unexpected glitches. All the stereotypes about car salespeople , many of which are deserved, do not apply to Ed Wrathall. He does what he says, and is a true class act all the way around. A tip of the hat to Ed's sales manager Brianna for alerting me to this special deal which got us" out from under " as far as the mileage on our 2024 Subaru lease. Great teamwork Subaru City Milwaukee!
