His car broke down just before a planned long-distance trip, so he had to take his turn behind the wheel of my Subaru. Every wife loves to hear " You were right"! It handled ice, snow and everything else with ease plus great MPG!

I wholeheartedly recommend anyone looking for a car, especially a used car, to consider Steve Canada at Quality Subaru. His help was indispensable as I chose a used sedan that would fit my budget and my needs. He never tried to oversell me, was always upfront about helping me to weigh my long-term spending, and most of all, is a car guy himself, and answers questions with comfort. Test driving with him was great because he was able to say what things to pay attention to and made sure the car was absolutely in the shape I was hoping it to be when driving it off the lot. I think the biggest reason, though, that I would recommend him is that he checked in after the fact to make sure everything was going good with the car, and he made sure his service team resolved a noise. I've never had a dealer go this far with providing service--usually once the car is off the lot, they wash their hands of you. But this wasn't the case with Steve at all. Finally, Steve has just been so personable and talks to you like you're a person he's actually interested in talking to, not just a customer. I'd be happy to work with him again on my next purchase and to recommend him to even my closest friends and family.

Bought the Legacy Touring XT model. Previously owned Lexus and Infinitis, and this is a good or better than those cars. Smooth handling and responsive engine/ride. Dashboard is easier to use than expected. Nice connection to Airplay. Speakers are great. Safety systems are very good. Leather is luxurious. I would never have selected this car if I didn't already own a Forrester, which is also well built. I feel like I bought a luxury car for a 15K discount if not more

from the first day I had it I haven’t had any issues with it as it handles great and gas economy is awesome. I don’t have a negative to write. I drove Lincoln’s for the last 20 or more years and because they stopped making cars and only Crossovers or SVU’s, I searched high and low to find an equivalent car and googled all the options that were a must and the Subaru Legacy Elite came up and my husband and I went to look and drove out with our new car and couldn’t be happier. The ride is comfortable and the car is just great.

My wife, Janie, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Schaller Subaru to anyone interested in a new or used car. Staff there are hospitable, knowledgeable and quite attentive. In particular I want to recognize Nicholas Gaetano "our" salesman. He made us feel comfortable and continued to respond to our needs forthwith, even following our purchase of our 2023 Crosstrek. Replaced my 10 yr old Legacy as 2025 is the last model year. I loved my 2015 Legacy. Very reliable and no issues at all at 122k. Hoping for the same. The 2025 has some nice improvements. So far, so good!

My third Subaru and like the others is attractive and roomy enough to fit 5. I've hauled 8ft boards inside with the doors/trunk closed (only an Outback would hold more). The (now sadly discontinued) 6-cyl engine has about 51000 miles now and is smooth and sounds better than a four. Fuel economy is decent and, on regular gas, averages in the low 20s. It has all the 'nannies' which make driving safer for me. I just love looking at my car which is important to me. This one's a keeper!

I would highly recommend bringing your Subaru to this dealership. The waiting area was state of the art. Made you feel like you were in a Mercedes dealership. They have found a new customer.

Bought 2013 Legacy 2.5 premium in early 2014 with approximately 9k miles. Now has 88k and other than routine maintenance no other issues. It has been and remains one of the most reliable cars I have ever owned. That includes a few BMW’s and Mercedes. Great all year round especially in the winter. Will definitely consider another Subaru if this one ever xxxxxx. Hoping not

Ful-line fixed my front breaks and rotors and changed my oil at an amazing price under the warranty I got with the car I bought from them. The communication and work done was all so smooth and efficient. Definitely will be going back for all other repairs and services:)

Purchased it in 2020. As been an absolute warrior. Handles snow and all rough terrain superbly. Only complaints is the radio is not easily modifiable(aux to lightning cable fixes this), the woodgrain trim is ugly looking (easy swap/ vinyl wrap). Really good car overall good for teens and older folk. (If you want more speed get better tires and 17 inch tires)

There was an issue a couple of months after purchasing our new car so we brought it in to have it looked at. The process to find the problem was a bit long but I have to say that Vince the General Manager and Keith the Service Manager were so easy to work with and figured it out! Their professionalism is to be looked up to. I picked the car up today and drove away a very satisfied customer!

I drive eighty miles round trip to work. My Legacy is quiet, comfortable and the Eye Sight is great! I’m safe and secure knowing my Subaru has my back. I’d like better mpg but at 32 on average I guess I shouldn’t complain. Love my Subie!

Everything went very smoothly. They had the vehicle I was looking for. The salesman, Ed W. was knowledgeable, customer friendly and patient. We were buying this vehicle for our business so a little more involved. The vehicle was nicely cleaned, prepared and even had a tank full of gas. My name is Mark Staves. My wife and I were driving home when the engine light on our car went on. The car is a Subaru Forester 2014. Took the car to Shaller Subaru in Berlin, Connecticut Patrick Conniff, the service manager was courteous knowledgeable check the warrantees did the analysis what there should be done, come to find out the transmission valve body was defective. It was actually after 3 o’clock in the afternoon, but he still managed to get the car in the part was on a shelf had the part put into the car and we were on our way by 5 o’clock at no charge, because he checked and made sure that the warranty was still in place for that part even though the car had 130+ thousand miles.cannot say enough about quality of service in which Patrick provided. Best service agent I have worked with.
