I bought my son his first car. John was very patient and made sure we were given the information and then the privacy and time to review the information and make our decision. We felt informed and confident about our purchase when we said yes.
I was out looking for a car for my son and came across a Mazda 3 on cars.com which led me to the Subaru dealership in Chandler. I was dreading going but pulled up and was met by an amazing car salesman named Tom Darby. He was really nice, not pushy (it must have been a PA trait), and honest, while on my test drive, I told him I was not the type of person to dicker over price so this was what I could afford and if he could help great, if not that was ok. He was amazing to work with and needless to say, my son drove off in that Mazda that evening. Tom Darby and the people at that dealership changed my perspective of buying a car, it was easy and they made it a memorable experience for me and my son. I will definitely do business there again and will tell anyone looking for a new/used car to check them out as well. Thanks again, u all are Amazing!!!
Walked in wanting to purchase a new fuel efficient car and was helped out by Darby. We told him we were looking into the Impreza, Legacy, and maybe the Crosstreks but wanted to keep our budget down. He talked to us asking us what we looked for in a car, what we would be using it for and what kind of technology we used to get a better idea of what fit our needs. What I really liked is he took us to each of the cars and broke down what each one had versus the other one and made it easy to understand how each of them worked. The best part was that he wasn???t trying to upsell one or the other or try to showcase a more expensive car, but rather listened to what we wanted at the best price. He made the whole car buying process so easy and stress free and never pressured us to sign or buy on the spot. He let us take our time to think about it, answered all of our questions and worked his hardest to get us the price we wanted. I also felt very comfortable conducting business with him and never felt like something shady was going on or I was getting scammed unlike how other Subaru dealerships in the Phoenix area (the Peoria store) make you feel. When it came down to pricing and negotiations on our Legacy, he broke down where everything was coming from and how the payments came to be. Again, unlike other stores like the Peoria store. We also brought our dogs and made them feel welcomed and never looked like he felt uncomfortable or inconvenienced. My husband and I truly feel that he displayed all of Subaru???s core values and represented what the company is all about. If I ever need to purchase another Subaru in the future, I would definitely choose to do business with Darby.
Our primary contact at Subaru Superstore was John Barravecchio. John was very professional and made the car buying experience pleasant and seamless. At every step through the process, their was good communication and transparency. We put an in an order for the Ascent and waited a few weeks for the car to be delivered at the Superstore. John contacted me when the car arrived and we scheduled a time to come in and go over the details of the purchase. The actual buying process and taking possession of the vehicle was very pleasant and uncomplicated. The Superstore supporting casts were most helpful and made steps of learning about the vehicle and the various options available easy and straightforward. I would strongly endorse others who are considering purchasing a vehicle to consider doing so at Subaru Superstore.

This was my first time looking for and purchasing a vehicle from a dealership and Darby made it a very comfortable experience. I went to a few other dealers in the area looking for something similar to what I would be replacing, but the hard-sell sales and the constant phone calls throughout the day when I moved on to other lots was quite rediculous. Darby pointed me in a little bit different direction, from his personal vehicle history and experience, than I was initially intending and it is the best vehicle decision I've made to date. No hard-sell, just honesty and great advice. Couldn't recommend this dealer enough; from the sales manager Mark to the financing step with Brent, my experience was amazing and it took all of the headache out of what was initially a chore.
I contacted LeSueur regarding a Toyota Tacoma. I received a response from Kyle and promptly replied with the information I requested. I met Kyle the next day and he was very nice and we felt very comfortable. I highly recommend LeSueur Car Company, the sales experience was excellent and no pressure. I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. I had been looking for a 4runner for the past few months and I wasn???t in any rush to purchase one. Specifically because of past and present experiences at major branded dealerships. Last year at Camelback Toyota I spent a total of 8 hours purchasing a new Camry, arguing and being miss treated and I really didn???t want to do it all over again. Luckily I did find certified preowned 4runner at Avondale Toyota within my price range and I happen to come across a great person name Scheldon Ward. This man here is a truly incredible person. He helped reach my monthly financial goal and put me in to my dream car. The process was quick and painless. The amount time and effort Scheldon took to ensure all of my needs and questions were taken care of was outstanding. All while keeping a great enthusiastic attitude and all around good vibe. He made this purchase very fun and enjoyable. My duughter recently moved to Phoenix and I was looking for a good used car for my use and a back up car for her. I purchased a 2010 Audi A5 convertible. I never seen the car except from photos before I picked the car up. There was a small mechanical issue with the top that was fixed by an Audi dealer. I have a great car purchased without physically driving or even seeing because of the great sales people especially Robert Mills.
Got into a new VW Atlas last night, second VW from this store, and same great experience. Michael Cray was great to work with. Dan McCoy made the deal work, and Steven Porter in finance was a pleasure to work with as well. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a new VW.
