We've purchased a couple of cars through Dan and we'll seek him out again for our next purchase. Dan is straightforward and informative, never pushy and always willing to help. Dan has always worked with us (and Elmer; and the Service Department) to make sure we were happy and that we get whatever we needed to make things go easy. If you stop by the dealership, look for Dan and his wry smile... you get the best that Liberty Auto City has to offer.
Friendly and knowledgeable service staff take time to explain issues and offer options. Jack explained the battery was part of the original car warranty which expired the end of August. A new battery would have a 5-year warranty and be a better battery.
The service dept. couldn't have been better. They performed the service of placing assist steps to our 2018 Enclave. The price was very competitive to other dealerships; even better! Unfortunately, the assist steps are still too high for my wife to properly enter the vehicle. (She is 4'10".) Wish something else could be done for her...
Working with Reid and Derek was an easy, fast, and fun experience. Due to a phone call earlier in the day with Reid, all the paperwork was waiting for us to sign. No waiting for the bank or anything. Reid and Derek were both in good mood, cracking jokes and such, which made the entire process much more enjoyable than our previous car-buying experience at a Mazda dealership a few years ago.
Went in for a scheduled oil change. Check in and wait time was quick and efficient. The waiting room was clean and spacious. I really liked being able to make my appointment online, simple and easy to do.
Contacted Sarah and she gave me the hook from the start.. Pulled up to the dealership and Richard ever so paitently waited for to exit my vehicle. I even sat and played with my phone and he still waited it out. When he talked to me no pressure, no resistance and was respectful and didn't let his judgments show through. Then John Miller those guys I tell you must great relationship with those banks because they pull off some financial miracles with top banks. So I say don't be afraid to go in and see what they can do for you.
The staff is wonderful! I found the car of my dreams and the salesperson, Jeff, listened to my needs, what features I wanted in the car and worked with the price to get me the car I wanted! It was an excellent experience without any pressure!
We're from Chicago and were looking for a very specific Subaru Outback. It took a number of test drives to settle on the perfect car.
