I was headed shopping and the tire pressure light came on it was a Saturday. I pulled into the service department the counter person. Jeff informed me that they were shorthanded, and there was only one man they are doing service. I did not have an appointment. He did not turn me away and he said he could take care of me they took my vehicle and took my tire off and patched it because I had a nail. I

Peoria Subaru review
We pulled up to the lot and Tristan Anaya took the time and helped us find the exact Crosstrek that we wanted at a very fair price. He was patient and not pushy. What I liked about Tristan is he owns a Subaru so he believes in what he sells. He was very knowledgable and honest and took the time to take us around the lot until we found the car we wanted then he showed us all of the car's features and demonstrated them to us on the test drive. Negotiating was fun and easy.

Woody Anderson Ford review
For Woody Anderson Ford, Anthony Fields, Lee, Daven Tenenbaum, Aaron Looney (if I left anyone out +5). I was headed out on a trip from Woodbury TN and ended up with car problem that was urgent. I made it to Woody Anderson Ford Huntsville, AL. The staff was helpful, kind, went above and beyond assisting me. I ended up trading my car. If you are looking for a trade or to buy see this dealership! I will add I have health issued and I didn't need to be in heat and all. They saved me, even offered to feed me with their staff. I hope you all see this and thank you. Many blessings. dlc 8/16/25

mechanically sound but the electronics stink. Radio won't play. Screen insensitive at times. Not at all pleased with electronic connection with car. Wish I had my old 11 outback . Also brakes will engage without pressing to brake pedal. Get rid of the safe driving message.

I give them 5 stars with all sincerity. During the vehicle purchasing process, they explained every detail regarding the car we were interested in. From the very beginning, they were extremely courteous, professional, and patient. The attention, dedication, and approach they demonstrated made everything much easier and stress-free. They truly understand how to treat a customer. We had a wonderful car-buying experience—I honestly hadn't expected it to be this easy—and their approach to pricing and payment terms was truly commendable. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car.

Next Step Auto Sales LLC review
After searching for weeks for a vehicle for our soon to be 16 year old, Matt made our purchase easy and quick! I appreciated the laid back atmosphere and no pressure sales tactics. It is a beautiful car and we feel that it will be a safe and great first car for our daughter! He was able to get it detailed for us on a Friday at closing. The only not great thing, was it was only filled up with a half a tank of gas before we left. A full tank would have been nice! Overall, we appreciated his flexibility and laid back attitude.
2021 Subaru Outback review
I like mostly everything about my2021 Outback Limited XT. I hate the navigation system or the infotainment system as it is called. I have had it to the dealership 4 times in 3 years because the system is not compatible with my iPhone. Taking it in next week for a new radio. The navigation system stops working just when you need it most. Sometimes it flashes "Stay Alert" when you are looking straight ahead but if you turn the car off and restart, it goes away. Too bad Subaru doesn't make their own radio systems.

2021 Subaru Outback review
So I bought a ‘21 Outback premium with 30k miles and have already put 6K more on it. Here is my honest review: if you want a fast car don’t get the 2.5 non turbo- that being said it is adequate for myself and get great gas mileage. The interior is good- I have the spec with cloth heated seats and they are comfortable and the cabin feels nice- has some cheap parts but I knew what I was buying. The infotainment is frustrating at times- auto start stop is a pain in the butt- but the infotainment itself isn’t bad with good sound and good responsiveness. The apple CarPlay will lag and be finicky at times but nothing terrible. As for drive quality it is a smooth ride and I don’t have any real complaints yet. Like I had mentioned if you want a car that is going to be fast- this engine and transmission will not do that for you. Overall I am happy so far with my purchase and feel as though I made a sensible decision when choosing this over some of its competition (I was looking at the VW Tiguan and and Mazda cx5)

Worked with Kaylum and he was extremely helpful and accommodating to my timeline for purchase. He was up front and made the car purchasing experience pretty low stress. Recommend asking for him by name.
