This is the eleventh Subaru I have owned, the third outback; the Outback wilderness is by far the best performer of all of the others I have had. I have been happy with subarus from the first one I bought a 1978 Brat; sure wish i still had it.

I had an excellent experience with Shane Monahan and Samantha Leakas at Mike Shaw Subaru. From providing information about available inventory and pricing, to scheduling a test drive and even transferring my Outback from another dealer, they made the entire process easy and seamless. I couldn’t be happier to be a new Subaru Outback owner, and I highly recommend Mike Shaw Subaru and especially Shane and Samantha!

I had a flat tire after picking up a large screw in my passenger front tire. The tire needed to be replaced, because it?s a run flat. Mercedes does not provide a spare tire any longer, so the dealer provided a tow truck to pick up the car, they replaced the tire and I was able to get my vehicle back that same day

John Weisbart and Max were great to deal with and made the used car buying experience a good one. Will recommend them both in the future.
2024 Subaru Outback review
The acceleration lag that this car has is immediately outweighed by everything else. This car is super smooth and granny sedan comfy, and it has more utility than any equally priced SUV. The roof rails have built-in cross bars that stow, it tows 3500 pounds, and the Harmon-Kardon sound system kicks. It has butt fans, people. Additionally, the aftermarket base is thick, so accessories, customization, and reflashing options abound. The tech is old, the powertrain is old, but you see 300 of them a day for a reason.

We found a car we liked online and went and looked. We were able to take the car for a test drive, the price matched what we had in mind, so we bought it. We had pre-approved financing through USAA, so that made it even easier. We'll be back.

I was in need of a new car . The one i had was bought in 2005 but the year of the car is 2001. I wanted something a bit newer and affordable. I didn't catch the guy's name since my dad was the one who dealt with him first. No pressure at all. He was very helpful. I test drove the car and loved how it drove along with it's a big upgrade to what i had. So decided to buy it. I bought a 2012 Infiniti G25x, leather seats, AWD. front seat heaters, sun roof, backup camera, defrost on the side mirrors and it's a V6. I love it. I highly recommend buying a car here.

They did a great job of helping me find the perfect pick up. Levi spent a lot of time helping me. A very good experience. After the sale, I had a small issue with the battery and they swapped it out for a new one, no questions asked. Great dealership!
2024 Subaru Outback review
We currently own the Outback 2024 XT, and it’s a great car to drive. However, its turbo CVT engine does produce a slight lag in acceleration and when slowing down. Just a matter of getting used to. Also had issue with the lift gate button, which broke after only two months in possession. My wife and I are in our 60s, and all our kids have their own families, so thank goodness we don’t have to drive those 8 seater SUVs anymore. This outback has been the best alternative for us.

Top notch Service department. The team that work at Courtesy Mazda knows what customer service is, have great communication skills, and in my situation of having week long mechanical service gave me an awesome complimentary MX5 to drive. The service writer's and manager were both transparent in their process and knew what each other were doing. They got my 2016 Mazda 3 after it sat for 25 days at Caliber Collision collecting snow. They got the mechanical portion done in a timely manner and got me driving my car within a week of inspection, at a lower cost than Caliber was trying to get out of me. I could not be happier with how I was taken care of at Courtesy Mazda. I was told that there is new management in the dealership so I think this is how it is going to be.

Schomp Subaru review
We had a great experience working with Denzel at Schomp. He was well researched on the cars he was selling and was a very attentive listener. I was apprehensive going into the dealership initially because of previous bad experiences with other car salesmen, but I was so pleasantly surprised with my experience with Denzel. If you have the choice, I highly recommend choosing to work with him during your car buying experience. I ultimately ended up purchasing a car at another dealership only because they had the exact car/mileage/price I was looking for, but if that car had been on Schomp’s lot I would have happily purchased it there.

Overall buying process was very good. Shaun was very helpful, professional and friendly with our transaction. Kept us updated on the status of the vehicle. No high pressure sales tactics and listened to what options we wanted on the vehicle. Rate our experience with him 5 star.

I had a great experience with Foundation Chevrolet. As soon I found my dream car, I got connected with the staff and I booked test drive next day. As soon I arrived I got a warm welcome from everyone there and it didn’t take longer to finished all the necessary paperwork and got my new cat keys. I highly recommend Foundation Chevrolet.

AutoNation Subaru ArapahoeReviews
AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe review
Paul is an absolute beast when it comes to securing financing and taking care of his customers. I drove up from Colorado Springs because, honestly, I had not experienced the same level of speed, efficiency, attention, and genuine care anywhere closer to home. Words honestly cannot express how grateful I am for the work Paul did for me. What impressed me most was that it felt like Paul was working to earn my business long before I ever walked through the door. He listened to what I wanted, understood what I needed, and then actually delivered. Paul found a vehicle that checked every box, and I mean every box. From the color of the car to the seat material, he somehow managed to understand exactly what I was looking for. He wasn't simply trying to put me into a vehicle; he was listening to me as a customer and matching me with something that genuinely felt right. I bought the car, and I couldn't be happier with how the entire experience came together. If you're in Colorado Springs, do yourself a favor: get out of the Springs and make the drive to AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe. The difference in customer service was absolutely worth the trip for me. And Paul? He's officially going on our Christmas list, because he 💯 reminded me that there are still dealerships out there that genuinely want your business, not just today, but for the long term. Thank you, Paul, for making what can usually be a stressful experience feel personal, straightforward, and exciting. You earned my business, my gratitude, and my recommendation. This is what customer service is supposed to feel like. My recommendation to others in this industry, you need you a Paul! Dealing with financing was certainly cake walk as well. Chris Espino Rivera , apologize for spelling, was thorough ;-) and answered every single question, all of them. This place is doin' it right.
