Unparalleled service - from start to finish!

My daughter, Courtney, is a proud owner of a new vehicle, 2016 Subaru Crosstrek, purchased on 7/22/16 at Subaru Wakefield. This dealership deserves acknowledgment in every way possible because of the exemplary manner they hold their business, I conducted my car purchase search - strictly via internet - due to the fact that we live in Arizona, and my daughter will be working in Boston. My search ultimately narrowed me down to 3 dealerships in Boston and surrounding areas. What set Wakefield Subaru apart and ultimately earned my business was purely based on the 3 cardinal rules on customer service: 1) efficiency - this dealership was quick and prompt to answer emails and questions that I had 2) honesty - I never felt I was being lied to while dealing with Wakefield Subaru. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the other dealerships I've encountered. 3) Be polite and respectful - my daughter and I felt well taken care of when finalizing all transactions with Wakefield Subaru. They were kind, accommodating, and truly made our car buying experience so incredibly easy and stress-free! Anna Rosa - thank you, Anna, for responding quickly to my emails. You had the most replies from all of the dealerships I reached out to. A+++++ on this. The other dealerships replies were impersonal, and some didn't even know how to reply properly to a general email inquiry :( Teresa Evangelista - thank you for working with Anna as well! I felt like I was dealing with a long time friend (!) and you were sincere and honest with your numbers. Thanks for making it happen! I am sorry we did not get to meet you and Anna in person that day. Perry Mallias - Perry was the 'front' of Wakefield Subaru, the person we actually sat down and met with after all the internet/phone/email communications were done. Even though we had a late arrival - on a Friday - he did not make a big deal out of it! He was very personable, well mannered, kind, approachable, and made sure we were comfortable while waiting for the papers/financing to get processed. Perry took his time to show Courtney the functionalities of the vehicle, and I thought that was great customer service experience! Mike Tarasuik - he's the manager, and he came and approached us several times, making sure we were comfortable while waiting. Kenny Bettano - thank you for giving Courtney a lesson on how Service Plans work - without pushing! You made her feel she could do this all by herself, going forward. Thanks!
