Top Notch Service at Herb Chambers Kia of Burlington

As a customer of Herb Chambers Kia of Burlington for around seven years now, I can report that in all that time I've never had a negative experience with Sales or Service. I don't know what else there is to say. The people are all friendly and service oriented. The only complaint I could muster up is the parking is tight. I feel for the staff having to maneuver vehicles there. They make it work, though and really, the experience us about the people and the relationships built. A+ to all the staff.
I worked with Jeff B, who was very courteous, patient and professional. He answered all my questions and there was no sales pressure at all. He took a great deal of time in order to explain all the features, bells and whistles of the vehicle. It was a relaxed experience and a pleasure to work with him.
It was incredible working with Marc on purchasing our new car. Marc was easy going and took the time to walk us through the vehicle. On the day we were to pick up our vehicle, we ran into issues at home and were late to our appointment with Marc. Marc made magic happen with our insurance agent and the RMV to make sure we'd be able to still bring the car home that day. The folks are MetroWest Subaru were tremendous down the line.
Traded my 2015 STI for the 2019 Grey series STI. The dealer went above and beyond my expectations not just to get the car but also making this whole transaction seamless. Very knowledgeable and respectful staff.
Alex helped me in the service department. I drove in with a screeching and rattling. I was fearing the worst. They could have sold me anything to have the noises stop. Alex explained to me with language that I could understand that the technician found it was merely a pebble which got caught by a plate with the brakes and the rattling was just the heat shields. All of which they could take care of on that visit. I did have to wait a couple of hours but overall I was extremely happy with the service that Alex and Chris the service manager provided.
Marc Soloway was awesome! He took so much time with me explaining everything I needed to know! I got a great deal. I wasn???t pressured at all! It was a very smooth process!! Ron, in finance had everything prepared! All I had to do was sign on the dotted line! Everyone was very professional!! I would highly recommend MetroWest Subaru to anyone!! Thank you Marc, Ron, and MetroWest Subaru for a wonderful experience!! I love my car!!
Marc, from our first meeting and on, was knowledgeable and very friendly. He has a very solid understanding of the vehicles he sells. I would recommend anyone interested in a subaru to speak with Marc.
I recently purchased a 2018 Outback, and I had an excellent purchase experience with Mike Cerqueira. Everything was clear and direct, I felt the interactions were honest, and the price seemed fair. His product knowledge was also excellent. We'd recommend both MetroWest in general and Mike in particular.
I purchased a used 2014 Audi Q5 Tdi for from David Josephson and Tarek at Gallery BMW back in August for my mother. She had a few issues with the car and I was beginning to think I'd bought a lemon. She lives in NH and David sent up a loaner car for her, took the Q5 back to his shop, ordered parts from Germany and fixed EVERYTHING! The car has been absolutely PERFECT since. David Josephson went above and beyond what I'd expect any used car dealer to do. He was friendly and was very professional. He made purchasing a car from out of state simple. I recomend David and the BMW gallery to anyone looking for an honest dealership. They stayed true to their word and went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!!
Simply the best, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, my local dealer in Haverhill, will not service my Volvo, and it's so worth the drive to Exeter Volvo to avoid them, look no further, this dealer in number one , a pleasure to deal with !!!
