The car was ready when I arrived to check it out and i decided to purchase on the spot. I was in and out within an hour and a half and on my home, fully satisfied with the team of Patrick and Noah, the finance specialist, as well as the prep team. An hour later they delivered the vehicle to my house and did a complete inside and out walk-around! I had a lot of questions, Patrick new the answers quickly. Obviously well trained in his product! Just days before at a different dealer, I was treated to the classic bait-and-switch when I showed up to test drive an advertised car (after calling to verify it was there first). At Subaru of Kings Auto Mall, the car was ready for me to test drive when I arrived. Peter in sales was friendly and helpful. Price was as advertised. They offered a fair value for my trade. They offered add-on services as an option, not the common hard sell. The whole process was smooth and fast; they seemed actively invested in not wasting my time, a real breath of fresh air after many contrasting experiences at other dealerships. I can see why they have such high ratings, and can certainly recommend based on my experience.

Starting with the first communication which was Ms. Holly, with the meeting and paperwork with Ms. Erika and the finances documentations with Mr. Joey. All 3 of them were professional, knowledgeable, customer friendly and they all went the extra mile to please the customer by explaining every detail we asked. They also have a follow up after the sale making sure all is going well. Thank you all, we love our new car and will recommend your company to everyone I know they are looking for a vehicle. We appreciate the amount of time and patience he gave us everytime we stepped on the lot. We ask a ton of questions, sometimes twice. Plus he shows lots of respect to his fellow sales reps and the service manager, Barry Redman. Barry is a good guy too.

I was in need of a good, safe vehicle that my husband who recently had a stroke could easily get into and out of. Brian Klie and Quan Bone assisted me in deciding which vehicle matched my needs. I never felt any pressure to purchase a specific car but was thoroughly educated on which vehicles would work with my want list. The car I chose was a beautiful 2024 Subaru Outback Onyx. I was given a very fair trade in allowance for my current vehicle and there were no surprise add on dealer charges for the new one which is rare! So my husband would not have to make a trip to the dealer and wait while the new car was inspected by me and paperwork completed, Quan actually came to our home to have my husband sign the necessary paperwork.
