This car is just a load packaged car. Better then my 2013 limited. Feels faster for a 4 cylinder. Feels so luxurious like a Acura. So big and spacy. It just a good car.
Pleasant experience as usual. Cheerful greeting even before I was all the way through the door. Friendly helpful service.

I like the sporty look and the interior is sleek. the car is easy to handle and the trunk hold what I need. Its not so complicated which makes it easier to use all the devises it has for electronic convenience. it's a perfect fit for my 6 foot husband and my 5 foot height. My neighbor said I look slick driving it.
I was recently in the market to purchase a new car so I stopped into Milam Mazda and I was greeted by Chris Wodjenski. Instantly he made me feel at ease with the process of purchasing a new car. This car met our family needs. Gas mileage is very good for commuting and very supportive for passenger comfort. Wide doors for easy entry for physically impaired passengers, and loads of leg room. Although better than most, the thickness of the descending support for the right arm rest puts uncomfortable pressure on lateral knee bone. Must adjust seat to partially avoid.
Gabe was great in finding us a GOOD car that we loved and was sooooooo patients with us! Definitely will going back for any future purchases because of him!

Imprecise steering, especially bad at highway speeds, needs constant correction. Stiff, at times jarring ride around town. Awful entertainment system, radio and navigation cannot be turned off only turned down until car is restarted. Ready to cancel lease and walk away from $3000 down payment less than 2 months into lease.
Had an amazing experience working with Gabe Maldonado. Went above a beyond to help us find a car that really worked great for us. He put our family's need first, instead of just selling us any car. I highly recommend working with Gabe. Was the best experience we have had buying a car.

This is my adventure car. It is great in the rain and snow and for heading to the mountain trails. The ground clearance is great for the rough mountain roads. Love it.
The employees are awesome! They worked out a price for me in the car I REALLY REALLY wanted, and that alone made me feel a lot more comfortable. I was actually praying that they were not going to tell me, "Sorry, we can't give you a better price but, we can put you in a different car." No one wants to hear that, especially if you have your heart and mind made up on specific one. The sales professional that helped me went out of his way to get me the car and knew a lot about the car I was buying. Thanks for making it fun and easy to buy a car.

Acceleration is off the scale and the handling is superb! Even comfortable on long trips! No problem taking off to the Jersey Shore!!!
Cruising the back roads of Central New York is a BLAST!!!
I came in thinking I knew what I wanted... I didn't. That's okay though because Cody Taylor was a delight & HE knew! After expressing what I wanted in a car, he pulled up a beautiful car that exceeded my expectations, made it work for me, and I drove away in it later that day. No matter how much of a pain I was, he was pleasant, knowledgeable, & even offered to help me transfer my items! GREAT experience. If you need a car, talk to Cody, he's your guy! I LOVE my car!!

My Outback is very comfortable and convenient, and has all the bells and whistles I need. It is very reliable and goes through all kinds of weather. The drive is quiet and smooth, and my 2 golden retrievers fit in the back.

6 months after purchasing my Outback, I was involved in a serious accident. It did it’s job protecting me and my 4 legged passenger. It is my tank, and I love the AWD. I work in rural Home Health care and I have yet to get stuck or stranded where others have been. I love the space of the hatchback as I travel for a living.
Customer service was amazing. Tony helped us prepare for a great future. Recommended for people who want to get help with buying a vehicle.

Enjoyed my Legacy until recently. With only 65,000, a few weeks ago I had to have my front lower control arm bushings replaced for $500+. Not very happy at all. I have had some pretty bad cars when I was younger and never these replaced. I don’t understand how this can happen I’m a Quality Car. That was in addition to having my headlights replaced at $80+ each. Today I had to have my Legacy towed to the Dealership because a number of lights appeared on my my Dash including the Check Engine light which is never a good sign. Now I have to wait to hear from the Dealership to see much this new repair will cost. Not a great way to end the year or enjoy the Holidays. Really not enjoying my Legacy very much now with all of these repairs with only about 65,000 miles. 😭😳👎
The Service Department at Bruce Titus Subaru will definitely ensure my 1995 Legacy will run another 100,000 miles! Their service writers and mechanics are professionals I can trust. They never try to sell a service my vehicle does not need, and the quality of the service is first-rate. They do such a terrific job with my aging Subaru that I tell them the Bruce Titus Sales team probably won't see me for few more years!
Bearing design problems.

We’ve own a 2003 and 2013 Foresters and both of them had extensive wheel bearing problems at around 40-60,000 miles, costing $1500 ea. Came to learn from a Subaru auto mechanic that Subarus have a design problem with bearing seals. We will not ownanother one in the future.
I service my vehicle at Tacoma Subaru for everything. All of the service advisors are always so nice and helpful. The techs are amazing about with their work. Everyone should serive their Subaru at Tacoma Subaru!

I have a 2007 and I had to comment. It is a total gas eater and only takes premium. I like it and it is a pretty car, but, the leather seats were replaced 3 times in the front as the leather wears off. i weigh about 140 and I am a woman and I keep i very clean. poor quality leather. I might get 12 miles to the gallon and I would love to sell it. I have 48,300 miles on this thing and not sure if I would ever get my money out of it. Thankfully I only drive about 10 miles about 5 days a week.

Love this vehicle, I bought it for my son who needs it to commute to college. I have managed to drive it more than he has. My family loves Honda’s my husband has owned a civic and an accord and I own a Pilot. I would Rather this because of smooth ride and all wheel drive
Friendly, fair pricing and no pressure. I test drove on my own and there was no urgency to buy. I worked with Frank. We negotiated over the phone, took less than 10 mins, and Frank had my paperwork ready upon arriving and took less than 15 mins to sign. Unfortunately, after taking the 2015 A4 premium plus with manual transmission home, the pedals gave me issues with my knees. I talked to Frank and Stu (owner), both gave me a fair price to return to A4 for another purchase. These guys are classy salesmen. Again, their pricing is fair and there is no pressure to buy.
Great car, good gas mileage and very comfortable.
