Just recently purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee here, It was probably the best buying experience I've had buying a car from a dealership. They are quick, don't make you wait around long hours and the kindest people work here. I had Consatine as my salesmen and he was awesome! He didn't rush me while cleaning out my car and kept us entertained while we were waiting for the response from the banks. The cars here are pristine, I was so happy to come here after seeing horrible cars from other dealers. Consatine was also awesome with helping make sure I got into the car I truly wanted and was patient with me when I kept asking to see other vehicles.
I will definitely be back in the future for my next vehicles

Matt is a great sales guy. We purchased three Subaru's within a year. We absolutely love our Subaru's and Matt is our go to guy. He is patient and answers all your questions. Event after you leave if you have questions he will respond promptly. I would definitely recommend Matt and this dealership.
This dealership didn’t have my particular car on the lot when I first visited. However, they were able to get the car in on a timely manner, especially compared to other dealerships I had previously visited. Also, the vehicle was reasonably priced.
I had a good experience buying my 2018 Forester at Victory Subaru. I got a quote online from Louie Hernandez for the right trim/model I was searching for. I also got the best price compared to other dealerships. The sales associate Tony Rodrigues was very attentive and energetic. The whole process of finalizing the deal and signing the papers was fast. Himanshu (Finance) was also good explaining the paperwork and other options.
There were some minor things I didn’t like so I initially gave them 3.5 stars.
However, based on my experience with the Service department and the day I picked up my license plates, I changed the overall rating to 5 stars.

After surviving a head on collision in my forester, I was adamant in buying another after my car was declared a total loss. While many dealers would look upon my vulnerabilities as advantageous to their profit line, victory did not. My sales person bilel and finance rep Joseph were sensitive, empathetic and made it a very smooth quick process with the help of Sergio in management. They returned my rented car for me and I left feeling safe in my new forester
This was the only Alfa dealer that was straight forward, honest and wanted my business. I had gone to other dealers who said this then showed me that. I live 2 hours from them but it was totally worth the 4 hour trip to pick up the car. I worked with Pete as my sales person. Pete picked me up form the train station early, he took great care of me. The paper signing was the most fun and easiest ever and Eddie who constructed the deal was great. If you want an Alfa in the tri state- go here, simple as that.

I very highly recommend buying a car from Mula Auto Group. I was pleasantly surprised to see that most of the cars on the lot were not sold "AS IS''. Instead, the majority of the cars were being sold with a" FULL WARRANTY" on the ENGINE and TRANSMISSION! It doesn't get any better than that when you're buying a used car. Nick, the owner was very professional and helpful. He assured me that whatever item on the car that I wasn't pleased with, to bring to his attention and he would make sure that it's corrected before I take the car home. Namely, the windshields were replaced and all of the fluids were checked for me. Nick is a man of his word and this reflects favorably on his character as a person and as a businessman. I felt very comfortable, assured and at ease doing business with him. He is the very first car salesman that I have ever said this about. 8 months ago I bought a burgundy 2004 Lesabre Custom, and I still love the car and the car is still running GREAT! When my college bound niece is ready to buy a car. Nick (Mula Auto Group) will be our first stop . Thanks again, Nick.
I bought my car from offlease 5 days ago and I just wanted to say Damian was great! Very proffesional and patient with me! Michael Katz was great as well! Also everyone else was great from the guys cleaning the car, the lady at the gate, finance person etc. Overall great experiance and So far Im happy with my car choise! I would recomend offlease to everyone who is looking to buy used car. Just make sure when they run your credit to ask them to limit to only few. You don???t want a lot of hard inquiries! Violeta
