I was looking to sell my Canadian vehicle and went to CarSense Chester Springs for a quote on a Saturday. They gave me a quote and I mulled it over for a couple of days then returned on a Tuesday morning to sell. The process was almost complete when they realized that they would not be able to resell my vehicle wholesale to an auctioneer (because it's Canadian and still reads in km) which meant the vehicle was basically useless to them. I could tell the buyer and other sales associates felt bad, but they also felt that their hands were tied and they couldn't purchase the vehicle from me at a loss. What happened next was truly unexpected. After checking all of their options and determining that yes, it was true that they couldn't sell my car at anything near the value they would pay for it THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD HONOR THEIR INITIAL QUOTE ANYWAY. And they did. My situation is pretty specific (Canadian vehicle, unfortunate oversight made when pricing out my vehicle, etc.) but overall it demonstrates that this is a dealership with integrity and heart. "Auto dealer" and "classy" aren't terms typically uttered in the same sentence, but I can definitely say that CarSense is a dealership with class. I have already relayed my experienced to several people and I will continue to do so. I would highly recommend CarSense Chester Springs.

I've had my 2018 crosstrek sport eyesight for 16 months so far--- on my THIRD RADIO so far--- AND 10 other VISITS to dealership for UPDATES, UPGRADES, REPROGRAMMING, etc--- thinking of seeing a LAWYER to SUE subaru for a FULL REFUND ---THAT way they can keep GUESSING ON THIER ON TIME, NOT MINE ANYMORE--NASA can send a spaceship FASTER to the SPACESTATION than subaru can fix their RADIO PROBLEMS--- E M B A R R A S I N G

I purchased a certified used Hyundai Elantra in Feb 2016 and can honestly say it was overall a wonderful experience! Mark and Lisa did an outstanding job answering my MANY questions and only offering services and showing vehicle features that made sense for me. The only improvements I could recommend are 1. Mark - have more confidence and don't be so nervous (you were awesome!), and 2. Piazza Hyundai mgmt - If you ask a client to wait over 30 mins for the car he/she is there to see you may want down in the price a little more or comp a detailing as a thank you. Otherwise keep up the great work!!

Purchased 2018 Sienna XLE. (Knew what car we wanted, trim we wanted, option packages and cash price limit. Color wasn't as important to us.) Started online with Internet sales person, Diana Viguers, who was very friendly & responded via email, without delay and with very reasonable & explicit cash and financing price quotes for the vehicle I asked about. I made an appointment for the next evening to test drive the car. It was pulled to the front and ready to be looked at & driven. Sales person Glen Gregg was knowledgeable about the car, patient as we asked questions and quite pleasant to work with. He answered all questions and demonstrated the many features. I should mention that Diana offered to stay in touch if needed too. Ultimately, in car buying, price is the primary concern for most people. We negotiated a tad bit more and came to a reasonable cash price to meet our limit. Did not take long. I believe final purchase price was fair for both the dealership and us. All optional warranties & "extras" were clearly explained by Greg. We did not purchase warranties or extras & felt no pressure because of it. However, I know they are available for certain time frames if needed. Greg set up our first service appointment in 5 months for oil change and tire rotation (part of the included 2 year Toyota new car service). Very nice. Also, we were assisted by a wonderful "Finance Guy". However, I can't recall his name! He was pleasant and nice to work with too. The whole process took 3 hours. Returned the next morning to pick up the detailed vehicle and received the purchased car mats (service area was closed by 8:30 pm on evening of sale) and all associated manuals. Service area helped with that. Perfect and smooth experience.

I had never been as excited to get a new car as I was my 2019 Volvo XC-40. Beautiful vehicle inside and out! The Maple brown exterior with blonde leather interior is stunning. I can't thank Anthony enough for his assistance to make my dream come true! Anthony was amazing to work with - honest, genuine, informed and respectful - with a great sense of humor, too. I can be a handful, especially with the many questions and the high level of particularity I bring to the table. He was very, very patient and helpful. I consulted several dealers and I felt most comfortable working with Anthony at Wynn. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and accommodating and the facility is very spiffy! I am very happy with my experience working with the Wynn Team! YAY! I just want to drive my new car all day long and if it were warm enough out right now, I would sleep in it! Original equipment tires wore out at 20,000 miles. Replacement Uniroyal Tiger Paws went 42000 more miles. Was unable to meet factory specs for wheel alignment. Despite that replacement set of tires wore evenly. If you purchase a new Subaru require that dealership align and show you results are at factory specs before taking delivery. The radio controls are difficult to use. touch screen is insensitive in cold weather. Radio knobs taper away from you so are difficult to grasp. Overall electronics are way overly complicated. Handling is very good. I like the CVT trans. It matches the power curve of the engine. Very secure car at highway speeds. Great traction in wet/snow. Zero mechanical problems. Great carrying capacity. I am at 62000 miles and will keep the car for several more years. Remarkable fuel mileage of 34.5 MPG overall.

Best ICE / SNOW Vehicle

Looked at Volvo’s and the rest before deciding to buy a Subaru. The ride is noisy most of the time. So far, I get 28 mpg, so why buy the slow noisy 4cylinder? The traction system is called X-Drive and it works well in glare ice and deep snow. Dealer maintenance is outrageously expensive, charging $600 to replace 6 spark plugs. The. CVT causes this wagon to be slow even with the high output six cylinder. The cabin heating system needs to improve so that you don’t have to idle for 1/2 hour to get heat when it’s -10.

To the best of my recollection, I have purchased about 9 new cars in my lifetime. Far and away, my Murray Kia experience ranks as the best. And I???ve had a fair amount of good buying experiences too. My initial contact started 4 or 5 months prior, and from start to finish, my key contact throughout was Roger O???Kane. Unlike most dealers, Roger maintained the perfect distance, checking in now and again with an occasional call or email. The majority of dealers either call you daily, or check in once and then totally forget about you. Murray Kia was not the first Kia dealer I went to either (look for some other reviews coming soon, since my car buying journey took me to about 8 dealers in total). I took my first test drive with Murray Kia in July or August. That would follow with at least 3 or 4 more visits and test drives, and a series of emails with Roger. At the dealership, Roger took the right amount of time to answer my questions ??? this would be my first Hybrid, first Kia and first crossover. Roger had a fair amount of work to do, but at no point did he play any games. He was patient and professional from start to finish. He clearly knows his customers and knew when I was ready, Murray Kia and Roger would earn my business. While I did extensive research, I never considered visiting those out of state dealers or the local ones with crazy gimmicks. As the end of my buying process approached, I visited about once a week, asking questions and taking extended test drives. And finally at the end of October, I arrived once last time, to buy my Kia Niro! On arrival, Roger was busy with other customers (I had not scheduled an appointment) and so I worked with Larry Beckett to get the paperwork in order. I think Larry and I spent more time chatting than anything else. I met his son Alex who was newer to the business and learning the ropes no doubt from his father and other seasoned professionals at Murray Kia. Alex even shared his pizza ??? I felt like I was visiting friends more so than buying a car! While finance got their papers in order, the receptionist took me on a tour of the service area. Here I met a friendly gentleman and we chatted a bit about the vehicle I was buying. I later learned this man was the owner ??? what an amazing experience. When I arrived in finance, everything was exactly as we had discussed. Exactly! While he shared some options I could buy, there was absolutely no pressure, and no attempt at selling extras no one needs. Bonus? They have way cool electronic pad which eliminates the need for so much paper. Like my Hybrid purchase, this was another positive green impact. In about the span of 90 minutes from entry, I was in my new car. By now, Roger was free and took time to introduce me to my new car. Android Auto was setup and soon I was on my way. If you???re in the market for a Kia and live anywhere near Philadelphia, you must visit Murray Kia. If you are looking to buy the Niro? Murray has the largest selection, great prices and fair trade in values. If you are looking for a Hybrid or small crossover, absolutely check out the Niro ??? I???m in love with the car and what a relaxing buying experience to make it all that much better.

I bought my 2009 honda accord from this dealership in 2013. They fought for me to get into a brand new 2013 Acura but because of my very short credit history I could not get financed. Instead the finance manager at that time got me into my 09 fully loaded EX-l Accord. Since then I have been getting my car serviced here and that is the 2ND best part of my Honda Experience from actual getting my car. The service guy I deal with Mark Farris is awesome. Very nice guy that goes out if his way for you. Mark doesn't force anything on you and he is very considerate. I have never heard Mark being cynical or interested in making money more then his customer satisfaction. I would recommend none to that guy he saved me a bunch of money and made sure my car is in tip top shape.

Needed something to fit my grandchildren's 'stuff' plus easy for my 92yo Mom to get in and out of. With the price of gas constantly fluctuating gas consumption was a key factor and my 'new' ride averages 31mpg! It's a solid QUIET ride with plenty of pick-up! I've been a life-time Honda driver and owner. It was time to let my high-mileage Pilot go as our family grew and it started to cost more to maintain (I loved that car). I opened my search for a replacement from Honda to Subaru based on the many great things I've heard via friends and family - both new and long-time Subaru owners. I began my search online, searching all dealers near me, looking at their in-stock Outbacks and Foresters. Since all had decent stock of what I was hoping would make it into our price range, I decided to narrow it down to Matt Slap, the closest Subaru dealer to us. I first contacted them to setup a test drive using the pop-up on their website. I was called by Mary T to ask when I could come in. She was pleasant, but unfortunately I was at work and couldn't talk long. A day later I again went to the website and setup an appointment for a test drive, easy thing to do. I was greeted by Greg Winter at the door. Friendly right off the bat and ready to help. We cut to the chase and got out on the lot to take a look. It wasn't long before I was behind the wheel of a Outback Premium. We talked about the car as I drove, of course and, moreover, OTHER makes. He knows his cars and the details! Much more than I could ever care to know or take time to. My point is that it made me feel like he wasn't just going to keep directing me as to why Subaru was great but what else is out there is today's world of cars. Again, something I don't think about much, until ready to purchase a new one. We took a Forester Premium out next. Another pleasant ride and more "car talk". When we returned we looked at other trims of Forester and talked over what I'd look for in price, along with what else they might have in stock. Not long after we were off to their lot on 273, to compare even more. A Forester caught my eye and so we headed back to the dealer to talk more and see what they could do for me. The summation of the rest of the visit: -They looked at my Pilot and gave me a very fair value on it (it being a Honda DID have an impact on whether they would entertain taking it or not) - They gave me a better price on the Forester I wanted after the initial monthly payment wouldn't work for our budget - Greg remained professional and comfortable to talk to and work with throughout the process after I accepted their offer - Larry came by to check on things and ask what I thought, but beyond that had little interaction with him (a nice guy for sure though!) - Finance with Michael went smoothly and was easy for me to understand my additional options. I didn't feel pressured at any point. He's good at his job and, like Greg and Larry, professional, yet comfortable - The last person to help me out was Amanda, who oriented me to me new car and help me clean out my Pilot (YES, I took home my Forester that same day I went in to "just look"!). She was able to answer every question I had and was personable and pleasant. It was a LONG day, having shown up around 9:00AM and left around 1:45. I never felt pressured to buy that day. I was even asked if I would take it home that day if I could and I said that I would consider it. Sure, I was excited to get a new car and maybe anxious and impatient, however I felt good about it driving home, ready to show it off to the family. I'll have a follow-up appointment in the next few weeks. All in all a great experience at Matt Slap!

I especially like the room in the back storage area, i had to use it to haul bags of leaves when i first got it and could haul 8 bags, I can put in 2 golf bags easily, and for traveling its great.

I first owned a 2013 impreza. I totaled it at 103,500 miles and bought a 2018 impreza with 7800 miles. You would think after 5 years Subaru would get their bluetooth connectivity issues fixed. But obviously not. I'm playing music in my car get out of my car with it still running, get back in my car put it in reverse and my phone randomly disconnects and will not reconnect until I restart the car. And heaven forbid you take your seat belt off a split second before you put it in park because it will beep like crazy even after it's in park! So stupid! I feel like my 2013 impreza was a little quicker as well. My 2013 had all the recall/lawsuit problems so hopefully the 2018 is better build quality . Other then those small problems it's been a great car and I like it.

I want to personally thank Rachel, the service writer, and the technicians who checked out my car, Cody and Eldred. If it weren't for them, their kindness and the fact they stayed late for me - I would not have made it back to VA when I needed to be there. I was heading to VA from NJ to work and visit family when out of nowhere, my car stopped accelerating. I had no idea what was wrong and thought "Oh hell, my car is gonna die and I need to get home tonight!" Thank goodness I had AAA and they gave me the info to contact Matt Slap Subaru - the closest AAA authorized repair facility. I informed them of what was going on with my car and told them I was waiting for the AAA tow truck. It was 5:00pm and the height of rush hour traffic. They informed me the service department closed at 6:00pm, but they would do whatever they could when I got there. The six mile drive to the dealership seemed to be the longest of my life - as it took 40 minutes and I was so distressed because the service department was going to close in 20 minutes. Were they going to be able to find out what was wrong with it and fix it in that time? After they got my car in the bay, Rachel informed me the technicians agreed to stay until they figured out what was wrong and it was fixed. I was so grateful and couldn't believe they would go out of their way to help me the way they did. They quickly assessed what was wrong and fixed the issue. They also topped off all my fluids. They had me back on the road an hour after I came in. They took care of me as though I had purchased my vehicle from them and I couldn't have been happier. I made it back to VA that night. I may never cross paths with any of these people again, but I promise this, I will never forget the kindness extended to me that day. I will be forever grateful!

My 1st Forester is a 2009 turbocharged model which is still going strong with 110,000 miles. The newer Foresters offer safety and convenience features mine doesn't have so I decided to upgrade. The 2019 Forester no longer offers the turbocharged version so I opted for a certified pre-owned 2018 XT Touring which has a turbocharger. I love the vehicle but because the turbo is no longer available, the used turbo versions have become quite pricey. I am keeping the old one for hauling dogs, lawn equipment and towing my utility trailer. The new one will be just for people for now. The vehicle is just the right size. I am 6'4" and would appreciate a little more leg room and thigh support but the Forester is as comfortable as any other small SUV I checked. There is plenty of headroom. The turbo does require premium fuel and has a lower mileage rating. With the turbo and sports tuned suspension, it is a fun vehicle to drive and worth the money to me. In over 10 years, the older one left me stranded only once when a drive belt broke after 100,000 miles. Based on reviews, I expect the same reliability from the newer one.

Laura was VERY through without being pushy or patronizing (I'm definitely NOT a car person...). Her demeanor was welcoming, non-judgmental (I'm on a tight budget (!) and she was very gay-friendly -something you don't always encounter at car dealerships) and just casual/humorous enough that she made me feel as if I was buying a car from a friend vs a salesperson. Having worked in customer service myself, I know when I'm being pressured or if a game's in play, granted there's always some feeling of that in sales but really I never felt either with Laura. She felt sincere and straightforward and let me process at my own speed -never felt an attitude that I was wasting her time or that I was being indecisive. She also has a very through knowledge of the entire Subaru line, which I think is important for a salesperson (if anyone should know about the product they're selling it should be the salesperson) and made alternative suggestions according to my budget -a few I hadn't even thought of. She makes herself very available at the time of and post-sale -another aspect of customer service that feels very personalized and inclusive. As much time and research as I try to take when making a major purchase, I really prefer a quick and to-the-point buying experience (i.e. I usually [think I] know what I want before I go to the store) and once Laura realized that she was happy to "switch speeds" and accommodate me there too. That kind of flexibility and ability to understand (and remember) what a customer wants and how they approach a purchase is to me another mark of great customer service. Would I go back to her? Yes. Would I send friends and family to her? Definitely! Thank you Laura for making a potentially difficult decision simple, pleasant and to the point.

I have leased my second vehicle from A&T Subaru yesterday and I have to say the process was easy, quick and thorough. Just what you want when you are looking for a new car/SUV. My process started over the weekend, when I went onto their website to look at the 2017 CrossTrek online. I sent the Sales representative (Vince Gajardo) an email to set up an appointment for yesterday, and I also saved the vehicles that caught my eye. Vince wasn't available yesterday, but made my first encounter with A&T a few years ago, a great one, and the reason I came back to this dealership. All service that I have received on my previous vehicle was top notch and the team is the best group of people with which I have had to interact for routine maintenance. I received an email from Sheila almost immediately, and we discussed my needs. She also follow up and took care of my questions quickly, and effectively. She got everything moved through the process very quickly and I was able to drive off the lot with my new vehicle in what is probably the shortest amount of time I have ever experienced. She made me feel like I was the most important person of her day, and she really made the process an easy one. I felt as if I was being heard and that she had my vehicle needs and wants as a priority. When I decided to move forward, she was so organized and efficient... wow... I haven't seen the car leasing process go so well and so quickly.. I next dealt with Danielle Jaworski, who had all the financial paperwork ready to go. She explained everything thoroughly, and moved me through the process. I have to say, she was also very efficient and made the process "enjoyable." Finally, I worked with Loyda Rosario, who "delivered" the vehicle and helped me get everything set up. She went over all the features, and had me up and running in a very short time. Overall, I got a great impression when I leased my previous vehicle a few years ago. This recent experience takes my comfort with this dealership to the next level. As long as I in the market for a Subaru, and they are selling Subaru's, this will be where I go! I highly recommend that you check this dealership out when shopping for your next vehicle. Subaru's are great cars/SUVs, and the people at this location, are the best of the best! As you can tell, I had a fantastic shopping and leasing experience.

Dear Mr. Glanzmann, We, Alex and Marina Vishnevsky, would like to share with you our great experience with Glanzmann Subaru in Jenkintown. We live almost across the street from the dealership. In 1998 we decided to lease our first Subaru and, of course, we visited your dealership first. However, it was not a very pleasant experience because people there were not friendly to us, and we had to find another dealership. When our lease had expired, we came again to your dealership. Unfortunately, after 3 years, the story repeated again. Since we are fans of Subaru, we have a new lease every 3 years. Before 2014, we got three Foresters and one Outback. In 2014, we had to lease a new car and we decided to try your dealership one more time. We were really surprised! The entire atmosphere there was completely different: sales consultants were friendly and knowledgeable. We remember that in the middle of our conversation with a consultant, Robe Shintaku (sales manager) came to us. He asked a few questions about the options we would like to have in our new lease, and then he went to check out our car. In 15-20 minutes, he came back with an excellent offer. We could not believe this is the same place: this team completely changed the business for better. We remember final part of our business ??? it was a very pleasant meeting with Gary Segal. Three years passed quickly. Several weeks ago, without any scheduled appointment, we came to Glanzmann Subaru again to get our Subaru #6! Our sales consultant was a very nice young man Scott Fields. We began our conversation and suddenly we saw Rob Shintaku. He came to us and after a short pause, he said, ???Are you Vishnevsky? Sorry, I don???t remember your first names???. We were completely shocked ??? after three years, he remembered our last name. It is impossible, especially with the last name like ???Vishnevsky???. All procedure took no more than 20 minutes: we got an excellent deal; by our request, Rob promised to add several features to our new Outback. In a week we got a beautiful Subaru #6! Dear Mr. Glanzmann, we would like to thank you and your fantastic team for an excellent service and understanding of client???s needs, being professional and courteous and willing to satisfy a client. Our special thanks to Rob Shintaku, Scott Fields, and George Sheffer. We hope to meet these people in 3 years in Glanzmann Subaru dealership in Jenkintown. Sincerely yours neighbors
