But whoever worked on my car did not reset the alert that says my car needs service. So every time I start my Subaru it states i need immediate service. I have also been waiting on a sensor part for my Forrester since December 2022. I have not heard anything yet and have reminded them about the part twice already.

We drove through two counties and fought a ton of traffic to make this deal happen, and Eddie was more than patient with our schedule. What really blew us away was that he and his manager stayed late just to ensure we left that night with the car we deserved. Got my first scheduled service for my new car the team there is exceptional. Everyone went above and beyond from small little details like when rotating my tires they cleaned my Brembo brake calibers completely when they mounted my wheels back on they lined up all of my tire lettering so they matched on both sides small details like that, show me that their service team truly cares about the customers cars and the experience they have being serviced there . I was in and out in less than an hour. They scheduled my next service for the end of this year.

I looked on line and saw a few cars I was interested in. The next weekend I drove to Colma to checked out and test drive a couple of cars. I decided to ask about Hybrids...you had 2. I test drove one of them and could not resist. I bought it. I was very impressed with the buying process. It was quick, easy and believe it or not relaxing since the sales person completed the paper work for me. Yes, I had to sign several sheets but that was a given. Something I was dreading for the past two years, was so surprisingly easy I couldn't believe it!!!
