My experience with Viktor was one of the few dealership experiences I can describe as genuinely smooth. I initially visited Old Orchard Nissan because I saw a used Audi Q5 online that caught my attention. Normally I prepare myself for hours of uncomfortable conversations at dealerships, but Viktor immediately made the atmosphere feel relaxed. He was friendly without being fake and professional without being overly formal. We spent a long time comparing vehicles, talking through maintenance costs, long-term reliability, and technology features. I appreciated how honest he was when discussing differences between brands instead of pretending every car was perfect. At one point he even recommended against a vehicle I was considering because he didn’t think it fit my lifestyle well enough. That level of honesty is rare. By the end of the day, I drove away feeling confident instead of uncertain, which has never happened to me after buying a car before.

On Wednesday, my Wife and I went in, and he introduced himself and asked what we were looking for, and explained the different trims. Right off the bat he found a few options for us. Called for someone to get it from their second location, and we waited until it came. We knew we were bound to find a Wrangler to fall in love with, because they have so many in stock, and that they have one for just about anyone. We drove it, and fell in love. Originally, I won’t lie, we were put off by the price at first, and had to sleep on it. We went home feeling great with our interaction there and knew that was the car we had wanted to take home. The next day on Thursday, I called Hamzeh and told him there was a different Wrangler with the exact same specs, just a darker color that we had wanted to see. An hour and half later we stopped by and they had the Jeeps side by side. We picked a color and went inside. We weren’t even planning on purchasing that soon, and we ended up with the paperwork and signing away all in less than 24 hours. He’s a family man, all around kind of guy, and selfless. Thoroughly explained everything, made sure we were comfortable, and honestly he was a great salesman. The best part is he took care of all of the paper work and financing. There was no sleazy finance manager to go to! We stayed with him from beginning to end and I loved that process more than anything. They owe us a second key, and he’s the one following up with me on it, not even the other way around!. He’s proactive about it, whereas for me, I’m patient not in a rush. We will definitely be returning customers. He definitely has earned our business and future business. If you want an honest person, who is a family guy, all around a great guy, go to him! I brought the car in for an oil change and tire rotation and left with a safer car. A 4 tires lost air pressure in the cold snap 3 bounced back when it warmed and one didn't. They found a leak and repaired it. A damaged suspension component was also found. That was likely something missed by the body shop that repaired a minor fender bender last year. I was also given a ride home and a pick up when the need for extra work was determined. Great service, highly recommend.
