I had called Auto Connections early one morning to inquire about a car I’d seen on Cars.com. A nice gentleman named Stu answered the phone. I really didn’t expect anybody to be at the facility as it was only 8 am. We had a wonderful conversation about growing up in Seattle, life in general, and lastly about the car I was interested in. About 30 minutes into the conversation I asked what his relationship with the dealership was? (I had assumed he was on the maintenance staff or the cleaning crew) To my Suprise he told me he was the owner, along with his partner Keith. I told him I’d be there in 5 hours and he said Keith would be waiting for me. Upon arriving at the dealership and entering the building I was totally floored! A collection of the most amazing vehicles I had seen in a long time. The next more impressive than the first, all beautiful and in pristine condition. I looked around and nobody was in the building which I found quite odd. (Most dealerships the sales staff swarms you). Finally I found a gentlemen in a back office, his name was Keith. What a wonderful individual. We drove the car around for several blocks and returned to the dealership. Keith provided the information about the vehicle, a CARFAX, what they had checked on the car and answered every question I had. Very comfortable individual to deal with. I was sold! We agreed upon a price and I told him I’d be back in the am with a check. There was no pressure to sign anything just a handshake, trust has been established. The next morning I met Stu the other owner. He was a wonderful gentlemen and we had a nice conversation. Doing my research that evening, I had discovered some issues with this particular vehicle and had gone down a Rabbit Hole on the internet. I made my concerns heard by Stu and he reluctantly gave me a few more hundred dollars off the price of the vehicle. This was both unfair to Keith, whom I had agreed to on a price, and to Stu who hadn’t been in on the prior days negotiations. When my wife and I returned a few days later, I returned the extra monies to Stu and apologized for my selfish behavior. I asked him to also sincerely apologize to Keith as we had made a purchase agreement. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and my experience with Auto Connections. The car was made ready and any detailing and issues were addressed by Shane, the most grifted detail man in the business. This gentlemen is truly amazing at what he can do for a car. He went the extra 100 miles, even sanded the headlights for a clear beautiful look. Auto Connections covered all their bases and have the experience to truly find the car of your dreams. When dealing with Auto Connections please remember you are purchasing a “used car”. Quiet ride, better fuel economy than on window sticker. Center console controls are mind boggling. More storage nooks would be helpful. Owner's manual in 8 point type not very helpful.

Mazda of Everett dealership was easy to find. It has great space and is very clean. I have to do a shoutout to Frank Weiss & Adam in financing! Frank's customer service and ability to keep in touch and follow up is a treasured trait. He was upfront and transparent with the build and deliver of my car. He ensured everything I wanted was on my car! Frank found that my lug nuts had not been changed to the black ones and made sure those were on before I drove away. Frank took the time and went over every single feature of the care and even programmed my seat during the inspection. Because of Frank and this car buying experience it has forever changed the way I will buy a car in the future. Working with Adam in financing was a breeze and zero pressure to purchase add ons. Upon processing the contact I paid exactly what Frank quoted me prior to my arrival. The most amazing thing is there was zero dealer hidden fees! I did not have to haggle and ask to have something removed. I can't say enough about my entire experience from beginning to end.

It’s currently summer 2025, I’ve owned my 2020 Wrangler Sahara since spring 2021. I LOVE my jeep and have had ZERO issues with it. This is my 2 nd Wrangler, first one was 2915 New. No issues with it at either. Mine is a 4 cl turbo. I didn’t want that I wanted a 6 cl. My husband convinced me to buy it and I’m glad I did. I have 59,000. Miles currently and I haven’t had to replace anything besides general maintenance.

We had a very positive experience at this location. Because of current supply chain issues, they did not have the car we wanted on the lot. Nancy was great in helping us get one ordered. Once in Crystal was wonderful about going over all of the features of our new Outback. In financing, Tony was so friendly and got us through our paperwork quickly. Overall I would definitely recommend this dealership.

My first Subaru although each of my kids had a used one as their first cars. Very well made, It is quite comfortable but I wish the seats went up a little bit more. I bought the Premium model and it has everything you could ask for. Handles great, has more than enough oomph, and I am averaging around 26.5 mpg in mostly city driving. Took a 200 mile out and back trip, and averaged 34.8 mpg. I will certainly buy another Subaru when it is time, usually every 2-3 years.

This is the best Jeep Wrangler model ever made. The past YJ, TJ, JK models are great, but this Jeep JL 2018 Wrangler Sahara Automatic V6 is the best one yet. The comfort and modern amenities are top of the line. The 8” infotainment head unit and Alpine sound system is out of this world. The interior fits my family of four and has enough cargo space for a stroller, scooter, Onewheel XR and beach chairs. The exterior needs no introduction with its iconic round headlights and seven slot grill. Followed by a three piece removable top, which I managed to take off and put back on by myself. FYI, don’t try doing this by yourself. My final favorite thing about my Jeep JL is the ability to customize the Jeep with all of the amazing aftermarket parts and pieces. This allows you to take the best looking car on the road and make it your own.

After finding what we were looking for online, we made an appointment to come see the car. When we arrived Luis greeted us and asked how he could help us. We told him about our appointment and which car we wanted to see. He already had it up front for us so it was easy for us to look at and take for a drive. We planned to come back the next day if we were going to buy it so he set us an appointment so we didn’t have to wait as long. Unfortunately they had a power outage that day but as a respectful professional he texted me right away so we didn’t drive there when they couldn’t sell the car and he rescheduled us for the next day. He never pressured us to buy anything. He just showed us the car we wanted and asked how he could help us. This is not like other car lots where they use high pressure to sell you something you only kind of like. We were truly impressed with how they treated us. As for the person who wrote a review about needing to wear fancy clothes to get their attention, that’s not true! I don’t wear fancy clothes and they were very helpful! We definitely will recommend them to our friends and family.

My 2025 Chevrolet Equinox LT has been a great all-around SUV for daily driving. It offers a smooth, comfortable ride, a quiet cabin, and plenty of space for passengers and cargo. I’ve owned a Sahara unlimited for 2 years then purchased a 2019 sport unlimited, hands down the two best cars I ever drove, they don’t exceed in any one category besides getting you where you need to be in style!! I’ve loved every minute of my jeep wrangler!!

Audi stayed true to its design and esthetics when it come to an electric vehicle. The car is very comfortable and totally feels like an Audi when driving. I especially like the interior and how unlike other ev there is not a giant tablet in the center of the car. I purchased the vehicle with all available options and have not regretted. The cabin is very quiet and isolates the road noise. The BO audio system is crystal clear. I typically drive locally so the range is sufficient for my weekly commute. Charging with level 2 at home is very easy and utilizing a fast charger out and about is typically 20mins. The car has plenty of power when you need it and all the smart functions such as lane assist and collision detection are very helpful. I would recommend the etron to anyone looking for an ev with luxury comfort and performance.

driving now 1 1/2 years. still love it. 59,000 mi. rec. chang rear end oil. mine had broken bits of gear. much better now. leaks from windsheld area, gotta work on that. overall still jeep'n--- please stop putting ducks on my jeep

Great value considering the superior safety features, low maintenance and reliability. Rear wheel bearings have been replaced twice and just had the AC compressor and serpentine belt replaced. Albeit expensive repairs, all cars need something after the first 3 years. It's been 8 years and the car still run and drives like new.

Kudos to the Campbells Nissan of Edmonds for seeing through the completion of servicing my 2017 Pathfinder. After being in service couple of times for an unidentified noise under the hood, it was finally diagnosed the third time as timing chain problem. For a 2017 with all maintenance services performed it was baffling. Much more damage was discovered after the timing chain cover was removed. The estimated cost was between 3k and 6k for complete repair. Special thanks to John the service manager and Mario the service advisor who directed me to Nissan Consumer Affairs and getting me in a loaner for the duration of time my vehicle was to be in for repair. After making my case to the Consumer Affairs, five days later John went the extra consumer satisfaction mile by contacting Consumer Affairs through several emails after my return call backs was to no avail. Through my affords and Campbells Nissan successful contact, my savings was 80% of the total bill. Thank you Campbells Nissan of Edmonds

I will be really critical of "Youtube reviewers", which often focus on what a car feels within a a day, week, or month and don't project their analysis beyond that. For instance recommending a Hyundai with several critical ongoing recalls over a Toyota with a clean slate. $5k difference means nothing if the vehicle is not working and the manufacturer is shady about it. Nissan is guilty of CVTs and now Turbo issues, but the Leaf is none of that, and not the Ariya. Time has proven that the Ariya is a more reliable vehicle than the Ioniq 5 (search for ICCU) and ID.4( choose your poison). Do not get me started on Teslas, which somehow get a free pass on reliability. The car was too expensive new, yet why would anyone buy a new EV? You lease it. In the US, leasing was the only way to obtain government subsidies anyway for Japanese made cars. Now as a used EV, is quite affordable, the charging is on par with most new Japanese EVs (Soltera, CH-R, BZ) as 20%-80% in "nearly 30mins" does not look bad anymore if it comes from Toyota. I bought a 2023 Engage+ E-4orce on April 2025 and have no complaints. I bought it for $21K with under 5k miles, instead of a used Corolla. Try the Ariya before you shop for a new ICE compact sedan, and definitively before buying any used or new EVs.

Bought my 2015 Subaru 2.0XT Touring brand spanking new off the Subaru dealership's lot. Have owned it all this time about 9 years straight. Take care of your car with regular oil changes, servicing at recommended intervals, and your car will take care of you. Performed the required recalls during service periods. Not 1 single regret on owning this car, ever. It rides smooth and true. Had a clicking issue in the ball joints 2 years ago which Subaru fixed free of charge. Other than that, this car has been my dream machine.

check the oil every tank fill, dealer advised if it dropped too far it would scrap the timing chain, interference engine lock up. a 6 inch strip of paint blistered off the roof, the rear deck won't set down horizontal (everything slides to the rear. rides like a limo, handles like a dream, no real probs. 168k on the odo.

It was worth the 3-hr drive from our home in north central WA to Shoreline. Our (my wife's) Outback has a LOT more miles than our (my) "new" 19 Forester, so when our Outback wears out we will be giving Steve a call to find another Outback for my wife. Great dependable car. comfortable driving, the 6 speed trans is awesome(same as in the wrx) so stop talking stupid. People who don't like this doesn't know how to drive a manual. handled great in snow, and remember you are controlling this car not the computer

I just recently purchased a Ford Focus Electric from Paramount Motors and had the pleasure to enjoy a quick and easy purchase. Luckily, I stumbled across a $7500 instant rebate along with a $5000 above trade-in value for my car. I purchased the SEL trim with leather, adaptive cruise, lane assist, power driver seat, etc. No sun roof, which I did not want. 19" tires for a little better mileage. I am absolutely impressed with this car and feel very safe on winter roads (AWD), especially in winter mode. I find no fault other than it lacks a rear windshield wiper, Which I would prefer to have. Extremely quiet and comfortable ride.
