Just as the title says: very easy buying process, no obligation to buy. I've been to many dealers in the past, but this one from Hertz was the most caring about the customer and here I felt NO pressure to buy a vehicle, whatsoever. It felt like the dealer didn't care whether I bought the car from them or not.

This my 4th Nissan Rogue, and it's the only car I'll buy. I have NEVER had any problems with it, or any that I have owned. I have taken trips across country with it, with great gas mileage and comfortable to drive. It handles well, has plenty of get up and go, easy on the wallet, and very reliable.

Overall experience is good. People were caring and helped to buy a car without any tension at all.

Only had this car 1 month!! I love it!! It has pick up power, smooth drive audio is great. Huge back ( for three big dogs . Easy to step into for an old lady!! Love love love it!!!

No haggling, no bothering to try to sell me a car. It was great and they let me take my time. Very supportive of the process, but the salespeople would go missing at times - mostly because it felt a little understaffed for the amount of people coming in.

A god value for looks, comfort and features. Completely reliable with no issues. It has a lot of technology that I am still finding after a owning it for a year.

Kurt helped me buy my first car and he was great! I was very insecure with the process, but he put my worries to rest. The whole sale happened faster than expected, but it's been a week now and I'm very happy with my car!!! Additionally the financial advisor was awesome. Jerry was her name and though my credit was a bit messy she was able to explain to me all of my choices now and in the future. I have been driving my car since 11-20-2025, it's a great car. It's realiable and has great features. The only down side is thst the stereo could be better but, nonetheless it's an overall well-rounded car. Plenty of space and just enough bells and whistles to not want anything else.

The nissan rogue select is a reliable vehicle, but the airbag light came on and want go off, the vehicle rides rough and loud due to the tires roar, even when new, the engine whines when going up hill, but I love the cargo space, and gas milage.

I recently purchased a used Mercedes from Autobahn Motors. Our salesman, Mike Nazari, was absolutely the best! He sent me background information on the car before I arrived, had the car ready for me to see and showed us several alternatives upon my request. The dealership has so many cars on the lot it would be hard not to find what you are looking for at Autobahn Motors. We ended up buying the original car we had selected. Mike made the entire process very easy and followed up with us several times after we returned home just to make sure things were going OK. Overall, it was a great experience.

I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

Very attractive, spacious, and cozy car with a lovely, elegant interior. It uses gas really well. The three-cylinder engine is one of the best in its class, producing 200 horsepower and 225 torque, so don't be deceived. Try high-octane gas; it will increase your mpg and make driving more enjoyable. CVT Plus is incredibly dependable and seamless. These are high-quality cars made in Japan. I hope this is useful.

It’s currently summer 2025, I’ve owned my 2020 Wrangler Sahara since spring 2021. I LOVE my jeep and have had ZERO issues with it. This is my 2 nd Wrangler, first one was 2915 New. No issues with it at either. Mine is a 4 cl turbo. I didn’t want that I wanted a 6 cl. My husband convinced me to buy it and I’m glad I did. I have 59,000. Miles currently and I haven’t had to replace anything besides general maintenance.

I originally stopped by to look at a used car I had seen on their website, but I ended up finding a new car a Honda civic sport hatchback that I liked even more. I was pleasantly surprised by the great lease options available. Ela, the sales representative who helped me, did an excellent job walking me through all the options and estimates. She was very patient as I test drove two different cars and looked at several others. At first, I felt a little overwhelmed, but Ela made everything simple and straightforward. I truly appreciated her honesty and patience throughout the process, also shout out to Matt helped with the contract and explaining the paperwork processing patiently.

The CRV is a luxury mid size hatchback. Smooth riding, handles well in Michigan’s winter weather 🤒. Good miles per gallon. I do drive in economy mode. I am still getting used to the size after driving a Honda Odessy. Good overall view. No obvious blind spots. I wish it had a manual garage opener feature on on the Ex.

Anthony Gianocaro was very helpful for this service appointment that I had. He was thorough in explaining the process of what needed to be done. I had a nail in my tire and I had the tire and wheel protection. He made sure that when I made my appointment that they had those tires in stock when I came to my appointment. He actually confirmed with me a day or two ahead of time that if you order the tires, and actually the day of the appointment confirmed the tires were there and ready for installment. Anthony also made sure to explain that since my wheels were very clean that there would be some lubricant applied in the process of installing the new tire to the wheel which could make a mess. Between Anthony and the technician that installed the tires, they made sure that the lubricant that was used to install the wheels was cleaned up really well. Anthony also made sure that my wheel locks were returned back to my glove box where they were stored. I really appreciate the level of customer service that I received for this appointment. 10/10 Excellent!

The moment I got the demo car onto the highway, I thought to myself, “I LOVE this car!” Which rarely happens. I test drove both the Model 3 and Model Y in snowy conditions, and had not a single bout of fear that I may lose control. Love Love Love my 2021 Macan Turbo - It tracked almost as good as my 2019 Boxster GTS. (Within a couple seconds). Tech features are great - love the PCM (Radio Module - easy carplay and works well). Very comfortable suv smooth riding. Seems very reliable so far. 15k miles so far.

I've had my Q5e for about 19 months and have been very satisfied with this vehicle. The electric charge ranges from 21 up to 30 miles and if AC or heat is used the charge drops quickly but using it in hybrid mode helps at these times. Nice pickup when you want to go and very quiet.

Every move we made was driven by what I needed and wanted, what my expectations and requirements (and worries and fears) were, not a need to sell a car. When expectations and fears collide, it's only a really good salesperson that can help you sort that out and match you with the right short or long term solution. We have owned our CRV for close to 10 years now. From 65k miles to 192k. The A/c went out years ago and no problem since fixing it. Replaced the alternator at maybe 160k. That’s it. They are not fast. We get about 23mpg combined. It’s the best car we have ever owned as far as reliability and function. Comfortable with a large trunk. Some may start to consume a little oil, just add a bottle of ring seal once or twice a year. Great car

I had no choice, my car of 20 years, which I bought brand new in 1999 was done. With so many websites ( I looked at several), I was not sure where to go. Then someone mentioned Car Max to me. I looked on line and saw a few cars I was interested in. The next weekend I drove to Colma to checked out and test drive a couple of cars. I decided to ask about Hybrids...you had 2. I test drove one of them and could not resist. I bought it. I was very impressed with the buying process. It was quick, easy and believe it or not relaxing since the sales person completed the paper work for me. Yes, I had to sign several sheets but that was a given. Something I was dreading for the past two years, was so surprisingly easy I couldn't believe it!!!

I have enjoyed owning this car. It is reliable, aestically pleasing to the eye, gets great gas mileage, and has the right amount of space for my needs.

This vehicle has been awesome from the day I first started driving it. Great on gas, engine is very responsive and reliable. A/C is very cold and the starts so nicely every time. The engine has all the power you would ever need. This one is a 2.0 Turbo. I have kept this car serviced regularly and it has performed flawlessly.

I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

Ride a little rough not like my Murano drove very smooth. Rogue feels all street bumps I do enjoy it anything I can do to make my ride more comfortable
