Great experience overall, and Mike (owner) was very nice. Saw the car on cars.com, called, came in, liked the vehicle and ended up buying it. Wasn't pushed into anything, felt pretty good about the deal I was getting. The car wasn't perfect, but it was in great condition and above everything else I've seen for the price. Would definitely recommend, but do your market research.

Best car I’ve ever owned. I bought it used with 10k miles for $17.5k in 2018. I’ve drove for Lyft for 2 years and recently drove it from California to South Carolina. It’s has never broke down, had to replace the tires a few times but nothing but basic maintenance. I’m at 112k miles and going strong. One small accident the other 2 cars were totaled mine had minor damage on the front driver side. I love my VW.

The is the FUTURE of automobile transportation! Absolutely FABULOUS car! No more gasoline, no more scheduled maintenance. If you hit the accelerator hard, you'd better have your head against the headrest or you may be injured. Zero to 60 mph in 3.5 seconds for my 2022 Model Y Performance. Fast charging Tesla Superchargers are always available across the country making long, cross country road trips a pleasure. At home I can charge 300 miles of range over night for $8 of electricity. Yes $8! Super Chargers cost more, but the speed and convenience is well worth the costs on road trips and it's still a fraction of the price of gasoline. I honestly look forward to getting into this car and driving it. I've owned a Mustang, BMW M3 and 5 Series, a Porche, Jaguar, Mercedes SL550, and many more cars. None were as fun to drive as the Tesla Model Y Performance. This is the future of automobile transportation and getting better every day.

Rhonda and Mo are great people to work with. Very transparent and easy to negotiate with. My 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie pickup is not only sharp looking but could have not been a better ride.

Q5 is a very comfortable & great performance vehicle. The Prestige model has options that other manufacturers only wish for & gets great gas mileage street & highway .

I’ve owned this car for about 18 months. It has I bought it new and it now has about 17,000 miles on it. I love driving it. The safety features are excellent! The performance is good. I’m getting around 32 MPG for all around driving. I have the car maintained at the dealership and haven’t had any mechanical issues. I would definitely recommend this car.

Other than battery replacement , car has been amazing ! 1 exception cup holders are located too far aft and require driver to look down to locate cup without removing eyes from road ! This issue has been partially addressed in later years by offsetting passengers holder slightly forward of drivers, but still awkward position ! both should be more forward nearer to dash !

I love it! Bought it new in 2020. Grand Touring Reserve with the turbo in Soul Crystal red metallic. I'm currently at 56k miles with zero issues. I do oil changes every 5k miles. Originally I test drove a CRV, RAV4, Forrester, and CX5. I picked the Mazda bc it looks, feels, and drives like a luxury SUV. 320 |b/ft of torque for a compact really gives it the edge over anything else in the class. Four years later and it still feels as solid as the day I bought it. The handling's amazing, and the ride is great! Some people have called the ride firm but I would say it's super compliant. It settles very quickly over bumps without feeling upset. The Bose system sounds "good" but only has bass and treble adjustments with no mid which would make it even better. The ventilated seats work better than in other cars I tested as well. It's also one of the quietest too letting in very little wind and tire noise.

I have had no real problems, except maybe the cheap tires they put on when its new. 23,000 miles and down to the wear bar. Sometime the info screen is frustrating to get the right pressure to find songs with the music channel I have. I do worry about the short warranty. 3 yrs 20,000 miles which is over. I cant believe that I overlooked that. I worked at GM for 8 yrs so I got the discount and that was why I bought it. If I had to do over I would by one of those Asian cars with 10 yr 100,000 mile warranty. Though I have had no problems so far. I only put about 7500 miles a yr on my car. I have 23500 now.

My third RDX.Purchased in 2018 Was the last year of the 6 cylinder.My first was 2008 turbo 4 cyl.awd.Great car and peppy.Second was 2013 6 cylinder.Even better than the 4 cyl turbo. Now 6 years into my 2018 rdx I have no regrets.Love the peppiness of the 6 cyl and I'm using Michelin Cross Climate 2's for 2/3 of the year and michelin iceX for winter driving in NH. I know I could get better gas mileage with a hybrid but am unwilling to go to a lesser performing vehicle. I never have dealer service but go to a local mechanic for all maintenance. I love this car! Has 105,000 miles.

My wife and I were in the market to purchase my son a pre-owned jeep, and we wanted something that was already fixed up so we found TCD. They had a great selection to choose from. Once we arrived at the dealership you could tell that this was going to be different than any other car buying experience we've had. Jack was first to introduce himself. He was not a fast-talking silver tongue devil like a "like i probably was" stereotypical car salesman that you might be used to. He was a quiet young man that spoke at the right time and when it was necessary. He listens to our wants and needs and never asked us to remind him over and over! It was a subtle character quality that he possessed, and I didn't think too much about it while we were there, but it was a refreshing quality Jack was very knowledge about the vehicle as well. The vehicle we were interested in was a new trade in, so it wasn't quite ready, so I tell you this to say the way the dealership as a whole jumped in to help get the vehicle sales floor ready, was awesome! You could tell that this wasn't their first rodeo! Next was Tina the GM this gal was on top of her game. Very sweet and accommodating but you could tell on the other side of that coin was a savvy tough businesswoman that was going to be fair but by no means going to be taken advantage of! She settled my early onset buyer's remorse that i could feel brewing with transparency. Mo finished up our car deal and was also the finance guy! I loved that cause once we came to an agreement, we shook hand and started banging out paperwork! Mo was an awesome dude very knowledgeable with all the different extended warranties packages which i never did until we bought our last used vehicle and needed to use it on the way home from the dealer. We were in and out in no time. Lastly the Owner Austin! how cool is it for the owner of the dealership to make himself available to his customers. He personally helped my wife and I with whatever we needed or questions we had. It was nice not to have to wait for a salesman to run ask the manager a question then run back with and answer! By the time he got back I probably had 3 or 4 more question to send him running back with! lol Austin was personable and kind! Which was a breath of fresh air this day in time. This was also after the dealership had closed on a Sat night! A few things that are small but can make or break a car deal is that they had fresh free hotdogs cooking all day with 5 or 6 different flavors of soda pop obviously coffee with one of those fancy coffee makes with different flavors of coffee and cappuccino, clean bathrooms and something as a parent and someone that used to sale cars they had a nice selection of boys and girls toys! if you've ever tried to purchase a car with a bored toddler forget about it! the salesman can feel the words we're going to have to come back without the kids. that's how the dealership down the street with toys just made your customer their latest car buyer! Shout out to Scot and Bryan as well! They weren't involved in my car deal but did a good job at making us feel welcome and at ease! Sorry about them Aggie's buddy! I would recommend #texascarone to any and every one that's in the market for a vehicle especially a young couple that might be first time buyers. I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

I purchased a 2020 Lexus IS 300 from Strategic Auto in November 2024. I waited med to post a review just make sure the car wasn’t a complete lemon! However there are so many good things I can say about these guys at Strategic Auto. I wanted this car so bad, and after processing the paperwork I was short on my down payment. They showed me something else and I refused it and they didn’t try to pressure me to get something else and I greatly appreciated that! I said to Sam that’s my Lexus don’t sell it! Came back 4 days later and got the car. They are so friendly and helpful. Anytime I need them to look at something they are always willing to help me if they said they were going to do something they came through! I told Sam and Byer we’re friend’s forever!

Well I've owned this suv for a little over 8 months In this 8 month period I have drove to British Columbia 3 times Right now currently I have 20000 miles on the car The highest mileage I have ever got with this SUV Going 80 km an hour FOR 10 km 78.2 miles per gallon On average it gets 48 miles to 55 miles per gallon And if there's any skeptics out there I do have pictures of all This

This is the best car I have ever owned. Over the years I have owned many luxury cars and by far my Tesla Model Y is better than all of them. I have had the car for 2 years now and I never had any issues with the car. Very reliable, fast, and love the auto pilot. The handling is amazing and very quiet. Love the minimalistic interior. I don’t understand why other car maker put 100s of buttons in the dashboard. Love the screen and it’s user friendly.

The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

I did an extensive research on Japanese SUV’s and I kept coming back to the Mazda CX5. This vehicle is beautiful inside and out and is amazingly smooth and quiet. It also has really good handling and plenty of power even with the 4 cylinder. I think Mazda gives the best bang for the buck of all the Japanese car brands. I highly recommend the Mazda CX5.

I have the 2021 Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition. The car is beautiful, sports mode is great for picking up speed on the highway, the app is great and it has all the features I wanted in a great price- sunroof, remote start, leather seats, etc. Drawbacks: Backseat: Car seat does not have as much room in the back (I knew this prior to purchasing, but I didn't think it would be that bad. Unfortunately I do wish it had more leg room especially as my 5 year old continues to grow). Tire pressure is not displayed inside the vehicle. This has already impacted me when I had a blow out on the highway, I had no idea my tire was losing air. Other than these factors, I am happy with my purchase.
