I had no choice, my car of 20 years, which I bought brand new in 1999 was done. With so many websites ( I looked at several), I was not sure where to go. Then someone mentioned Car Max to me. I looked on line and saw a few cars I was interested in. The next weekend I drove to Colma to checked out and test drive a couple of cars. I decided to ask about Hybrids...you had 2. I test drove one of them and could not resist. I bought it. I was very impressed with the buying process. It was quick, easy and believe it or not relaxing since the sales person completed the paper work for me. Yes, I had to sign several sheets but that was a given. Something I was dreading for the past two years, was so surprisingly easy I couldn't believe it!!!

I brought our Macan in for a routine Oil Service! From the time I pulled into the very welcoming service area to the time my car was pulled around (impeccably washed, dried and polished) the service was exemplary (as always at this center I might add). I was checked in by my Service Advisor, Ivy, and she outlined the service that was to be performed, the estimated cost of the service and she applied the very generous discount coupon that I received days before in the mail!! Nice surprise! I needed to work on my phone and laptop and the General Manager found me a place where I could quietly do my work!! One of the customer service staff made me a perfect coffee drink in the waiting area (Starbucks should be this clean and organized)!! Finished my work, chatted for an hour or so with a fellow Porsche Club of America friend and voila! My car was ready!! The experience was incredibly welcoming (by every associate that I came into contact with). It feels like home when I spend time at Porsche Marin! Can't wait to go back!!!

Sean the salesman was great, thanks buddy! Unfortunately I was on a quest to get the used EV rebate from IRS(4K) Please look it up. Vehicle: 25k/150 k income was the cutoff. Dealership was not familiar with the program and wouldn’t budge on 25900$ price. Too bad. I really could’ve done a great write up as staff was top notch. I live in SF so it was a trip for me but I thought I give them a chance and sure enough I was treated with a respect and courtecy by salesrep , mr.Jan James . Cons: Car needs to be prep for sale, deep cleaning or at least check it out for anything leftover from previous owner. But Valerie offer me reimbursement for detailing my car. Most of all if you don't like your car for any reason return policy excellent with out any hidden fees, check with your salesperson for details. I would recommend Carmax to my friends .
