I purchased recently a used 2020 Cherokee Limited and it has turned out excellent, I have no problems or issues. The only minor issue that I have is the location of the cup holderss.

This vehicle is good to have it. The only thing I don't like it, is sucking too much Gas other than that I didn't have any issues so far

This is our second Mach-E purchase. Our first was a 2021. We chose to sell it and get a 2025 Mach-E Premium. The 2025 gets revised suspension that is so much better than the previous years, which was bouncy. You can also now get the premium without the glass roof. I do not like the glass roof, so getting the premium features without it is great! Excellent power, comfort and features at a pretty good price. Love the style, too!

The dealership has followed up with me and keep me in the loop regards a car I was interested in. That interest continues but I am looking at all option regarding make and model. I like the fact that they understand my delay and have been profesional and patient.

We were in the market for a car and came across what looked like a great deal at Walt Sweeney Ford on cars.com. I called the dealership and was put in touch with Brett Jostworth. We made arrangements to come in on Saturday. Took the car for a drive, made a minor request on the interior and bought the car the next day. The reason we made the decision so quickly was Brett. His approach to sales and general nature really made a stressful time not stressful at all. I can’t say enough great things about Brett!

In my many years of car driving and ownership, I have rarely had a better vehicle than my 2019 Jeep Compass Latitude. It has been reliable, comfortable, fun to drive and, for its' size and type, very good on gas. In April, I will have been driving "Lattie"for 5 years. My upkeep has been minimal. She is pretty and still looks new. This vehicle is such a pleasure to drive. Handling and response are excellent. Controls are super easy to manage and absolutely love the heated seat and steering wheel. On a long trip, it is very comfortable (yes, I have ridden in the back seat, too) and fuel economy was just great...fully loaded with air-conditioner on and travelling at highway speeds gave me 30+ mpg. Really can't complain. My Neon didn't do any better. This is a great vehicle. Oh, and I had leased it new, and purchased it when the lease was up..that's how good this car is!

Chad and Sheri were great! Firestone in Newport, KY are dishonest. It was suggested that I go to Performance Honda by my close friend. Performance Honda fixed what Firestone tried to mess up. I will NEVER go back to Firestone in Newport, Kentucky.P H will be my go to from now on. Word of mouth, they are worth the drive. Performance Honda in Fairfield, Ohio. I drive a lot my car is a 2014 and it has currently 277,400 miles and still ticking. I’ve had very few maintenance issues overall the basic wear and tear as expected! I didn’t expect it would last as long as it has but I am being pleasantly surprised. It is great on gas compared to most SUVs and overall a comfortable car !

I recently completed a long-distance purchase of a truck from Lebanon Ford, and I can’t say enough good things about Chad Wallace (my salesman), the sales manager, and the finance manager. This was truly exceptional from start to finish. Chad Wallace was outstanding with communication throughout the entire process. Being hours away, I relied heavily on phone calls, texts, emails, and photos/videos, and Chad was responsive, clear, and patient every single time. He kept me updated without ever being pushy, and the truck arrived exactly as described—no surprises, no disappointments. The photos and details were spot-on. The purchase itself was quick, straightforward, and refreshingly free of gimmicks. No hidden fees, no games with the price or my trade-in. The trade value was fair, and the price on the new truck was competitive and honest. Everything moved fast but never felt rushed. When I arrived for the test drive and final steps, the sales manager took a few minutes to come out, say hi, and chat casually, no pressure, no hard sell, just genuinely friendly conversation. There was a brief hiccup when a thunderstorm knocked their system offline for a moment (totally not his fault!), but he stayed calm, kept things moving, and we even had a great conversation while waiting. The whole finance process was quick, painless, and transparent. One of the biggest surprises came after the deal was done. On my drive home, I realized I needed a second key (the truck only came with one) to reset the door code and for peace of mind. I reached out to Chad, figuring I’d be on my own since the paperwork was signed. To my shock, they offered to reimburse me for getting a replacement at a local dealer. I was floored, they didn’t have to do that, but they stood by their word 100%. I ordered the key, submitted the receipt, and they promptly sent me a check. That’s integrity you rarely see anymore! This was, without question, the best buying experience I’ve ever had at any dealership. No high-pressure tactics, no nonsense, just honest, professional people who genuinely care about doing things right. A huge thank you to Chad Wallace and the entire team at Lebanon Ford! I am very happy with my purchase. I already owned a 2018 CX-5 and it never gave me any problems so I had no qualms about purchasing another Mazda. I went with the CX-50 Turbo Premium Plus for the horsepower and the extra perks (i.e. automatic folding mirrors, and I like that the side mirrors also turn down to see the curb when parking, front AND rear cameras, panoramic sun/moonroof, speed display in windshield, heated and ventilated cooling seats, and a 12-speaker Bose Stereo system). I love the extra power of the Turbocharged engine that my CX-5 doesn't have. The things I don't care for: 1) the retractable cargo cover (a $250 addl charge) doesn't attack to the lift (like my CX-5 does. It's much more convenient if it's attached so there's no pulling it out each time you need to put something in the trunk; 2) I don't like that I have to turn off the automatic shut off of the engine at stops and that I have to turn it off every time I get in the car. I'd like there to be an option to turn it off indefinitely unless and until I want to turn it on; 3) I would also love it if the driver and front passenger seats raised a bit higher. I'm not short but I would feel more comfortable if the seat height lifted another couple of inches. Overall, I really love my car. The steering is tight and the ride is more comfortable than I expected, and the inside of the cab is quiet and the stereo is premium. The seats are attractive with the light colored stitching to accent the seats. Because of all the features in my model, I got a lot of bang for my buck as opposed to a more expensive car costing $20K more for all the same features with Mazda reliability as well as more reasonable/affordable maintenance costs. I had a BMW several years ago and, once out of warranty, the maintenance is ridiculously costly. Additionally, the service department at the dealership where I purchased my car is top notch and the transparency for maintenance is appreciated! In the last 7 years of owning a Mazda, I have never had a bad experience.

I love my Kona, easy to get in and out of, runs great, great on gas. The only problem is the spoiler is plastic and the paint has faded. I think it is a flaw in the paint job. The paint is out of warranty but Hyundai is going to take a look at it and see if they can help in any way.

The service technicians were friendly as always and the work completed within an hour. The facility is always clean and everyone is courteous. I strongly recommend this dealership

I was first leaning toward a mazda 50, but when I decided on phev due to my numerous trips under 10 miles, I was drawn to 25 escape phev. Great level of standard features. Very shopable, very good discounts. I keep hearing how it has inferior interior materials, but honestly, my camry was not as nice. And as far as comfort, i love the upright tall sitting position, its a personal preference. The standard screen is great, very friendly. My electric range, set at 90% is around 24 to 28 miles. Not bad at all. Road trip with no plug in was 38 mpg. Nice transition toward all electric.

Purchased used in July 2025. Great gas mileage. Smooth, quiet ride. I enjoy many of the features of this loaded model. But there are a few things that are slightly annoying. As the car slows down, it sounds like an emergency vehicle. I found myself looking around for a squad or an ambulance until I realized it was the engine whining. Second, the radio cuts in and out. Never had this problem on other vehicles. I live in a metropolitan area and have strong station signals. So this has me baffled. Fortunately I can sync my phone playlist and enjoy my favorite tunes. The weather is always lagging and sometimes reads cloudy when it’s pouring down rain. Lastly, I have not figured out how to cancel a destination on the map navigator. It also cannot find my address and has me going to a completely different town if I need to get home from an unfamiliar area. Maybe it needs an upgrade but was hoping that was automatic and cloud based.

Too early to be sure of reliability, but my previous 4 subarus were great. I came here to say how much I like this new purchase, a used '24. Great cruise features. Good power & performance (2.5L) so I'm happy with the CVT. I just love it. They're still a bit lighter and noisier than the outback/legacy versions.

This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

I am very hesitant to trust anyone in the car selling business. Not a great reputation overall. But I had a great experience with this dealership. Ed Popp was great.

The car rides great. Much better than the Audi Q5 that I had. With the elevated height, you get a very good view of the road and a better driving feel. The acceleration is great when merging on to highways. Highly recommend.
