1st time ever buying a car and not having buyers remorse. After researching Nissan Kicks I told Jay Sahar what I wanted and was willing to spend “out the door” price. He called me back the next day and said if you’re still in the market, I have your car. He picked me up from Bart in “my car”. It had all the safety features I required. Next up Tristan from Finance. I was paying cash but my wire xfer was a day late so I needed to put more than $2500 on my credit card. Tristan OK’d the extra $$ and I was on my way. I live in Oakland but traveling to Concord was well worth it. When I got home my son jumped for joy after seeing his new Nissan Kicks with the new car smell.

So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

JP was great in making us all comfortable! It did take some time to get through the process and papers. The worst part was the mangers attitude which made my family uncomfortable.

Great vehicle. Comfortable ride and easy to use buttons. Spacious and the bird’s eye view as well as the multiple other safety features are invaluable.

I've been using this dealership's service department for years and bought my upgraded Prius from them after an accident. I've always found the sales staff and service staff to be first rate. It amazes me there are so many negative reviews on this site as I have not found anything but great service here.

I personally love my 22 Crosstrac. I have the turbo engine and it has a lot of go to it. Very sturdy on the road at higher speeds. I have the Limited Edition with diamond sparkle black paint, black leather interior very sharp looking vehicle. There was a few hiccups in the beginning with a few minor leaks around the windshield which was promptly fix by the dealership. Gas mileage is great. If you have a family or intend on traveling a lot, the storage part is small other than that perfection all around.

Great selection of clean cars, the salesman allowed me to test drive multiple cars. Still undecided about my purchase and the salesman was not pushy.

The car has been great with one glaring exception. The 2023 Rav 4 navigation system and manuals explaining it are far from easily understood by some of us with advanced degrees and years of experience in writing and interpreting complicated financial documents. The 2023 Nav screen is as much a distraction as driving while using a mobile phone a highly discouraged practice., perhaps more dangerous. Our 2028 Rav 4's Nav system and manual were easily understood. intuitively structured and easily used during our drives and with a safe screen. Somehow the 2023 version escaped those virtuous characteristics and is one that has made me start to consider trading our 2023 in after 7 months.

I got a couple problems, the radio disconnect sometimes and gave me mad every time I drive and the very disconnect the transmission and start kicking someone in the wall and the door make noise when I open up. I kind of disappointed because that was a new car.

The interior is gorgeous and I love all of the fun “toys”! I drove everything from the BMW X5 to the Lincoln Aviator and this was my favorite car to drive. It’s amazing!

Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

Owned for 2 months, replaced a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir. Much better car, more comfortable, more luxurious. Used to Drive Lincolns, stopped as they are now made in China. Compared to Jaguar and Cadillac, clearly better car.

THE COMMERCIAL MANAGER BRIAN CAME DOWNSTAIRS AND EXPLAINED EVERY REASON I SHOULD PURCHASE WHAT I DID INSTEAD OF ANY OTHER COMPARABLE VAN ON THE MARKET. IT SEEMED MORE LIKE TALKING TO A OLD FRIEND THEN SOME ONE JUST TRYING TO MAKE A SALE. HE SHOWED GENUINE INTEREST IN MAKING SURE I GOT THE FEATURES I NEEDED AND WANTED AND MADE THIS WHOLE THING AN OVERALL EASY PURCHASE. I have a 2024 Tuscan XRT .I bought slightly used and now has 17k miles . It has been a fantastic car. Initially wanted the SEL convenience hybrid for the gas mileage but couldn’t justify spending an extra $4-6k to save a few hundred dollars on gas a year. My non- hybrid has gotten amazing gas mileage. Averaging 28-29 mpg mostly stop and go, some highway. Way better than the estimates of 23-28mpg. The EPA estimates are way off ! The Tuscan drives so smooth and so quiet. The 8 speed transmission is amazing! It shifts quickly and so smoothly . The cabin is extremely quiet. I think there is more insulation/ sound proofing than the hybrid versions that try to cut down on weight. You don’t hear any road noise in theTuscan !The suspension is smooth and adsorbs every bump . The most surprising positive is the handling. There is absolutely no body roll and handles like it is on rails! I have owned a lot of vehicles and this handles better than anything in this price range. Handles better than any Subaru, better than the BMWs I have had. Feels like I am driving an Audi A4 which is pretty impressive. The seats are extremely comfortable, the stock radio sounds great, lots of legroom and the passenger and cargo room is amazing. Back seats hold full size adults and the seats recline! The cons. Not very many. The 0-60 could be better. However, it shifts so quick and smoothly you don’t notice any issues with speed/ power. A few reviews say 0-60 in like 9 +seconds . I don’t think this is accurate. My guess is high 7s -low 8 seconds but haven’t tested it. It doesn’t have sports car speed but it sure handles like one. For long drives and a daily driver, I would take the comfort / quietness and handling of Tuscan over a muscle car.

I traded in a Corolla hatchback for this RAV4. I love the size inside. I love the screen and it’s pretty comfortable though. I haven’t taken it on a very long trip. My gas mileage has decline since winter has come, but so far the all-wheel-drive is handling the snow

WOW! A lot of these reviews that were posted on here were from years ago when it was under different ownership! I purchase my Wagoneer from here and it was a very pleasant buying experience and we have had no issues since the purchase, and our first service appointment is coming up!

Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

I absolutely love this car. I traded my 2023 Subaru Outback Touring XT for this 2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport Touring. I absolutely love the way it drives. I have had hybrids before from Toyota and they drive like you know they are a hybrid with noisy obnoxious engines. This car is smooth and has great road manners. It isn't a sports car by any means, but I love the way it drives. It is not your typical fuel sipping hybrid SUV. I would highly recommend this vehicle.

Juan was very easy to talk to and informative about the cats features. I don?t really enjoy the process, but he made it easier than I?d expected, which was a pleasant surprise. The workers seemed friendly and created a positive environment!

Great in mileage. Looks great. Performance is amazing. I don't like the fact that you can't use GPS, remote start, location finding, etc without subscribing monthly. Also dont like Toyota's spying, as they actually say they will supply all of your driving info like speeds, stopping, behaviors, locations travelled to, driving habits, etc. to all law enforcement and all insurance companies that request the data. That is just plain "1984" control and interference with privacy. They might as well be the CCP or other dictatorship.

My 2007 CR-V has 265,000 miles and remains the best vehicle I’ve ever owned and my 4th CR-V. I have no intention of selling anytime soon, but if I can afford a newer one I will definitely buy it. Why change when you’ve had a gold mine. Vini Messina Tewksbury, MA

Good all - around vehicle...decent power, roomy and comfortable interior, quiet and smooth ride, good handling and nice steering feel, great gas mileage, good visibility... Freeway passing requires a bit of patience and planning...

My CR-V EXL is outstanding overall. It was a little pricy but worth it so far. I have over 11,000 miles on it in a little over a year.

First hybrid and Rav 4. Did a lot of research and this one won. Rented one and really liked it. Bought it right off the lot in 2 hours, sweet.
