2022 Jeep Wrangler review
Visibility and size are what I need. 4WD, clearance for snow. Rather tight interior, not suitable for more than two. Auto Park is very confusing. Not auto parallel Park. Car will stop while backing out of parking space, won't move if a somewhat complex procedure is not followed.

I've had my fwd lt for a few months now. Great car. At first I thought it was a bit underpowered, but it more than makes up for it in fuel economy. Clean interior, not too many buttons and the standard screen is small but really intuitive to use. Overall an excellent vehicle that fully meets my needs

It was a most unusual and uplifting experience that we did not expect from a car problem, in the middle of being in a strange place for unhappy reasons. Thank you Peter, Virginia and the mechanics who made our safe return home possible. This is our 5th Subaru and not our last!
2023 Subaru Forester review
Overall, at 60k miles, I’ve had no problems and am very happy. I average around 34 mpg’s with mixed driving. I’m happy with the acceleration as well, even though Subaru’s without a turbo are sometimes labeled as slow. I have no problem merging onto highways. The Forester is an easy to live with SUV/car. The rear room is adequate, although the CRV offers about 10 cubic feet more rear capacity. Visibility is excellent. The CVT is smooth and has simulated shifts, just make sure you change the fluid every 30k! I own the Limited with leather seats that are very comfortable. Sometimes the response time on the radio/touch screen can feel a little delayed. I also opted for the dimming driver/rear view mirrors which is great during winter commuting. It saves your eyes from glare. Very view cars offer this which is why I went with the Subaru. My only “major” complaint with the car is a slight rattle coming from the dash board area. It isn’t always there, but is present enough to bother me. Aside from that it is an excellent vehicle and value for the money!

2024 Subaru Forester review
the forester sport is very reliable get 26 mpg on most of my daily commutes. Drives great in the winter (even though I have the same tires they came with). Traveling in it on road trips are great, 31 mpg using the cruise control and lane assist. It's not a very fast SUV but it honestly worth it. I tend to speed, but it's not something that actually bothers me. I was worried it would be too sluggish. I picked the forester for my road trips, and extra stuff I drive with.

2023 Hyundai TUCSON review
I bought my 2023 Tucson Limited in May. As far as value for money, I have never walked away from a car purchase feeling I got a great deal! So far, she is very reliable. I feel the front seats are a bit uncomfortable for me because right after purchasing I had a knee replacement. The slight hump on the front passenger side was quite uncomfortable. My car is beautiful to me. So much so, I had her ceramic coated! She sparkles!! I love the warranty on these vehicles. My husband has an Elantra. However, as many may already know, there is a recall due to some fire hazard on the Tucson. Not sure if it will affect all models. There is so much to learn about the vehicle! I have learned most of the bells and whistles through YouTube! I have owned Hondas, VWs, Acuras, etc., but so far, this Tucson (aka Sparkle) is my favorite! Now, we don't do a lot of driving so I can't address the long-haul performance. However, I live in Atlanta - if you know anything about ATL, just surviving the traffic is a miracle. She has great pick-up and gets us where we need to go! Would I recommend these vehicles? Absolutely! Would I buy another one? Yep! But, in hindsight, I should have researched a barely used 2023 Tuson limited and saved myself a butt-load of money! (lol) The interior is well made and designed perfectly for me. The one thing I don't like, is not having the option to lock automatically once I exit. I also think the car should have had auto folding outside mirrors. Additionally, the BlueLink is very erratic. Once it updates, you have to go back and reset everything!! So, my suggestion would be when asked to update, don't do it until you have time to spend resetting all your preset items! This is such a pain!! One of m favorite things is the ambience. You can change the color of the interior lights to fit your mood. I also love the touch screen and how easily I can wipe fingerprints off. I love the hidden rear window wiper. The sound system is incredible! There is more this vehicle can do than I will ever take advantage of but having it available is what matters to me! Well, that is it for my review. Hope this helped!

2023 BMW X3 review
Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

2026 GMC Terrain review
We traded in our 2019 Buick Encore for this Terrain. Let's just say WOW on the room and comfort. We travel back and forth from NC to Ohio as family lives in both States. Well the Encore was nice on gas but not comfortable on long trips at all. This has great leg room (heated seats (both back and bottom) and this is a game changer for me with my arthritis. The cameras in this car are awesome. You can see clearly what is behind you when backing up. The lane assist will give you a little buzz in the seat on the side you have drifted too or if you are getting too close to an object or person when backing up. Nice cargo area. The back seat can also handle 3 adults with enough leg room. It's very comfy back there, I road in the back on the test drive since I sometimes sit in the back on trips so I can n change positions more. The 15 inch info center is impressive for sure. Still learning how to use it. If you want comfort in a nice looking SUV this is the one for you.

We have been loyal customers of Yonkers Honda for many years and that is due entirely to the presence, professionalism, patience, integrity, expertise and kindness of Senior Sales Consultant, Mike Bargallo. He is that rare salesperson who is dedicated exclusively to his customer, not to a quota or a future commission he might earn. We had two Odysseys from a now-defunct dealership in Manhattan and, because our kids were getting older, we were looking to downsize to a CR-V. One day back in 2009 we happened to stop for gas in Connecticut and the man at the pump in front of us (Robert Something) had a new CR-V. We asked him if he liked it. He did, of course, and told us he bought it from Honda in Yonkers. He then raved about his salesman. “You gotta go there and ask for Mike Bargallo. Make sure he’s the one who helps you.The guy is FANTASTIC. I have referred friends, relatives, people from work, and everyone says the same thing: Mike is the best.“ And so we bought our first CR-V from Mike a few weeks later and, boy, was Robert Something from the gas station right! From the moment we walked into the showroom to the moment he handed us the keys, Mike had our back. He still does. And the relationship does not end when you finish signing the paperwork and drive away. We know that he will be "our guy at Yonkers" no matter what kind of issue might arise (nothing ever has) for the duration of the time we have one of their cars. In 12 years of buying cars from him, Mike has never tried to talk us into anything. He goes out of his way to find the exact car we want with the exact features we need and take delivery of it when it's the right time for us, not when it's good for the dealership or for him personally. There’s just no BS with Mike. He's a down to earth, genuinely nice guy who treats his customers with respect... actually, he treats his customers like friends. Over the years, including this one, we have looked seriously at BMW, Volvo, Lexus, Subaru and other comparable mid-size SUVs and we keep coming back to Honda. Yes, because it continues to be a solid, dependable, safe and stylish car but, more than that, our decision to come back to Honda year after year is because of Mike. There are dealerships closer to where we live but the entire team at Yonkers - both sales and service - is so solid, friendly and reliable that there is simply no good reason to buy/lease a new car from anyone else.

Can't enjoy music or conversation while driving due to road and outside noise. I'm used to a Ford f150 that is very comfortable and quiet.

2026 Nissan Rogue review
I’ve only had my Rogue Platinum for three weeks so not much history, however, I am very pleased with my purchase so far. The comfort level is terrible, the ride is smooth. Personally, I also think the exterior has a really good look. As for the interior, we specifically chose the Chestnut color and it is exactly what I wanted.

Love my 2022 SE PHEV. Purchased from Carmax. Comfortable cloth seats, rear seat legroom is great, electronics are way above average especially the iPhone connectivity. Large cargo space behind rear seat. Nice looking 18” wheels. Have only purchased two gas fill ups since Oct 2023. I really have no complaints.

Nice riding vehicle EXCEPT it has a hesitation issue when you step on the gas from a standstill. Happens most when the "stop/start" is active, less when you turn it off but it still hesitates. The Hyundai Tucson Limited is far beyond other vehicles in the same class. This car has features of luxury cars in an affordable vehicle, and it looks sharp too. If it had a turbo charged engine it would e out of this world. As it is, the car does lack power, but unless you drive it like a sports car this isn’t a problem. Front heated and ventilated seats, Rear heated seats, park assist, blind spot cameras. If you need it this car has it.

2022 BMW X3 review
It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

2024 Nissan Rogue review
I've owed the rogue SV for some 9 months and I'm very pleased with the ride, performance and reliability . Prior to me purchased this car I rented a bunch of competitors to narrow down my choice. The Rogue has alot of features that really come in handy. It's a very thought out vehicle. On long highway trips it holds the road very steadily at 90 MPH and my gas consumption was in the low 40's. For the money to me it's the best value out there

2022 Ford Escape review
I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

Novak Motors, still a hidden gem but…. Things have changed. My first time buying a car at Novak was an unexpected pleasure. Found them online claiming a no-hassle pricing policy. So, I went in and met with a sales associate named Laura. Told her I was looking for a Santa Fe. She said ‘we have eight of them. I found one I liked and we sat down with the car fax. I asked what they could do on the price and she said ‘nothing, that’s the price’. Well, I had already done my homework. Their cars seemed to be priced all at the lower end of the Kelley Blue Book range. Fair enough I thought. I asked if I could have my mechanic look at the car and she said ‘sure and if you find anything wrong, since the car was still under warranty, it would be taken to the dealer and fixed prior to the purchase’. With that said and done I came in to buy the car a few days later. Ok, here comes Amy the finance person. I’m ready for all the usual crap that you deal with at the dealership. Namely a man named Mike who is the sales manager. Now when I talked to a sales person they have to go to Mike. Then Mike comes to me. He’s a big guy and he’s playing that sales manager role we have all seen at dealerships. I asked him if he could do better on the price testing the waters. ‘I can come down $500’ he told me (so much for no haggle). Now I’ve already done my homework and Mike is being deceiving. The prices online were $500 lower than the sticker on the car. When I asked him about that he said ‘that they haven’t updated the stickers yet’. That was another lie. I had been in the showroom on and off for over a week and been looking at their website regularly. He also negotiated several times on what they would give me for my trade in. Telling me he was going to lose money when he sells it at auction. At the price he paid me he probably will. I’m sure in his mind he can offset the loss to corporate by claiming his sales numbers. I hope corporate isn’t that blind to his games. Now jumping ahead, I decided to buy the car and gave a deposit three days prior to month-end. Afterwards, Mike says to me that we need to close the deal by Saturday (last day of the month). I said ‘no problem assuming my credit union processes my loan, if not we can do it Monday’. With that he gave me attitude. I said Mike ‘I’ll do my best but either way I have given you a deposit and we have a signed binder’. His reply was ‘I don’t have to honor it and can pull out of the deal’. My response was ‘really Mike? What kind of dealership high pressure xxxxxxxx you pulling here?’ So here are the main changes at Novak: Mike Mike Mike Seems whoever brought in Mike has made a mistake. Mike has a past history of working at car dealership such as Ford from what he told me and has brought that atmosphere into Novak. Simply put, he’s a bully and likes to throw his obvious weight around. He walks and talks the crap that we’ve all have experienced at car dealerships. Prices of the cars are now about $1000 higher. Obviously, giving Mike room to drop the prices which clearly violates their no haggle policy. He purposely prices the stickers higher than the website and then claims he hasn’t updated his floor stock yet. Bottom line, would I go back to Novak again? Yes, I would. The cars Novak sells are clean, single-owner lease returns. Out of hundreds of lease returns, Fusion gets to selectively choose which ones to sell thru Novak. They are still under the manufacturer’s warranty. They are still within KBB but as I said because of Mike they are higher and you have to negotiate some. One of the main reasons I would still choose Novak for my next car is because of the finance staff of Amy and Frank. I hope Novak’s corporate office wakes up and gets rid of the dead weight that’s bringing them down, Mike.

2021 Tesla Model Y review
The moment I got the demo car onto the highway, I thought to myself, “I LOVE this car!” Which rarely happens. I test drove both the Model 3 and Model Y in snowy conditions, and had not a single bout of fear that I may lose control. A few weeks ago, when we were getting a winter blizzard, I was driving my Mother home from Boulder. It was snowing about 2” -3” per hour, people were spinning out all over the place. I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.
