2016 Subaru Forester review
I've never owned a Subaru before but after purchasing the Forester, I may never own anything but a Subaru again! I love the Eyesight Drivers Assistant that it came equipped with. I can see why this car has one of the best safety ratings out there. The interior is very open, spacious, & comfortable and the panoramic sunroof is amazing! It drives and handles like a dream. I would recommend this car to anyone. You won't be disappointed!

2024 Mitsubishi Outlander review
Driving over a year now, comfortable ride. Many features on the Black Edition. Automatic headlights, wipers, panoramic roof, heated seats, wiper defroster, heat/ AC works very well. Car has standard headlight washer...long hold or after so many windshield washings... just a few. Only drawback! The integrated navigation..used TOMTOM that is very poor feature. Unable to have an update. Map has trouble accurately find places...if local destination..gives location sometimes in other places or even states.

2025 Volkswagen Atlas review
Such a great overall car. 2.0 turbo, almost beat a sedan BMW in a race..LOL. Very very comfortable, They have ACTUAL HVAC, into the back 3RD row so they aren't always hot or cold. They are very quiet inside or driving around. Smooth like a Lexus. Recommend now my whole family has a ATLAS

5 star experience with Rallye BMW and John Botti! John went above and beyond in every possible way. I reached out to him back in April to inquire about pricing/availability on the X1 and X3. My fiancé and I both wanted to switch to BMW when our Audi and Honda leases ended. John promptly answered my initial email within an hour, and subsequent to that first email, I think we have over 200 emails in total. We went through options and pricing, and then John had me custom build the cars we wanted through BMW's website. The deal he came up with was amazing for the 2 cars. Audi could not even come close to matching what he was giving me (and I was driving a fully loaded Audi Q5). We sent the build codes over to John and then he called me and went through each and every feature on both models to make sure we had everything we needed and nothing we didn't want. We talked through it all and decided on the final builds. John then placed the orders for us. He kept in constant communication with when the cars were scheduled to arrive and notified us once the cars were in. The process was completely seamless. We met with finance manager Charlie when I got my X3 last week, and met with Hassan today when picking up my fiancé's X1. Both managers were professional and easy to work with. We were in and out of their offices in 10 minutes. The genius guys showed us how to use and set up all the features, pair our phones, etc. Everyone is wearing a mask at all times. When you enter the dealership you have to fill out a form regarding COVID and sanitize your hands. They offer a box of "clean" pens. Once you use the pen, you put it in the "used" box after. They are definitely taking all precautions and safety measures. I can't recommend BMW enough. I drove a fully loaded Audi Q5 for 3 years and it truly does not even compare to my fully loaded X3. The X3 handles incredibly better on turns, accelerates better, and the interior is far nicer. The CarPlay connects wirelessly and the use of the entire system is seamless. I honestly didn't know how to use half of the functions on my Q5 for 3 years. The X3 is a superior car and I am so happy we made the switch to BMW! Thank you again John Botti- you are truly the best. Customer service was certainly above and beyond anything we could have expected.
2024 BMW X5 review
This is the best X5 I've ever owned. I've been using it for 2 years and this is my 4th BMW. It has never disappointed me, it's a fantastic SUV. I hope the next model will show the same success. I think the 3.0-liter engine is at its best.

Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

Service by advisor Jaime Gonzalez and team for 2023 X1 scheduled 20K work was attentive, timely and complete. Tires replacement was recommended with even 4mm wear (with 2 mm bald tire warning for follow up) and this appears to be driven by the dealership legal team, who previously and separately at their sibling dealership refused to mount my new owner-provided Tire Rack tires on my 2019 Mini Cooper, which I found to be aggravating and dissatisfying. Hoping to get 30-40K out of my current BMW OEM tires (for which Jaime provided a replacement quote) and to continued excellent service by BMW of Darien.
2024 BMW X5 review
I have this car for 26,000 miles now. This is the best X5 that I have ever owned. The new engine is great on the xdrive 40i. No need for the M60. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. Handling is great. Tires and much better than on the previous generation. The ride is tight and comfortable. They did an awesome job. Hopefully, this car will last as long as my previous 2010 X5.

2020 INFINITI QX60 review
Bought this vehicle for my use. Out beloved Tahoe come up with a check engine light and we decided not to spend money on an older vehicle. Our DIL did some searching and found this one for us to check out. It looked like it came off the showroom floor. Even it was 5 years old it was immaculate and the maintenance records were maintained. I’m so impressed. In my seventies I feel like I’m driving a sports car. So much different that driving the large SUV but still has a third row of seats when needed and plenty of room for luggage and/or packages. Couldn’t be happier. Even my husband will use it instead of driving his Dodge Ram.

2022 Volvo XC90 review
I truly can not say enough good things about my new 2022 Volvo XC90 T6. I have admired the Volvo SUVs from afar as a minivan mom for 15 years and this was my year to make the move. No turning back; it is sporty, classy, comfortable, safe, I could go on forever. Classic black and dark brown interior. The info center takes a bit to get used to and it seems like there are features everywhere so definitely just hop on you tube to figure them all out at your own pace because the sales person will tell you, but no way you can get them all down. One of my ultimate favorites are the rotating fog lights. As you turn the lights turn with your vehicle. Lane assist is not for me; I've been driving too long to have it as it seems overbearing. 360 camera and all of the warnings are great though because you never know who is barreling down through the parking lot. Narrowed it to the 2023 Honda Pilot and 2022 MDX Technology; got tired of waiting on the Pilot and frankly it was a bit too big and the MDX just didn't have the sporty look I wanted. I feel like with the Volvo I got it all!

2024 Mazda CX-5 review
This is my first CX-5. I love it. Previously I drove a mazda tribute which was a 6 cylinder. I was reluctant to purchase a smaller vehicle with a smaller engine, but I’ve been pleased. My only negative comment is regarding the leg room in the back seat. It’s not great but workable for most average size adults.

2026 Genesis GV80 review
Test drove many cars. I had a BMW x6 nice car. Test drove Mercedes GLE 350 and Lexus GX 350h but great cars. Of course Lexus mpg is great. But the 2.5 Prestige Genesis ride is amazing. The amenities included are far more than others. Massage seats are a pleasure and very comfortable. Yes not a sports car but it’s still 300 hp. Plus 3 years free maintenance and the warranty is much better. I hope it keeps meeting my expectations.

2018 Acura RDX review
My third RDX.Purchased in 2018 Was the last year of the 6 cylinder.My first was 2008 turbo 4 cyl.awd.Great car and peppy.Second was 2013 6 cylinder.Even better than the 4 cyl turbo. Now 6 years into my 2018 rdx I have no regrets.Love the peppiness of the 6 cyl and I'm using Michelin Cross Climate 2's for 2/3 of the year and michelin iceX for winter driving in NH. I know I could get better gas mileage with a hybrid but am unwilling to go to a lesser performing vehicle. I never have dealer service but go to a local mechanic for all maintenance. I love this car! Has 105,000 miles.

Overall I'm satisfying with the car I have no issue till now the car is running 55,000 mile over, still I don't have any major problem. The space is huge inside that car that is more satisfying even if you sit in the third row and adult person can sit comfortably.

Novak Motors, still a hidden gem but…. Things have changed. My first time buying a car at Novak was an unexpected pleasure. Found them online claiming a no-hassle pricing policy. So, I went in and met with a sales associate named Laura. Told her I was looking for a Santa Fe. She said ‘we have eight of them. I found one I liked and we sat down with the car fax. I asked what they could do on the price and she said ‘nothing, that’s the price’. Well, I had already done my homework. Their cars seemed to be priced all at the lower end of the Kelley Blue Book range. Fair enough I thought. I asked if I could have my mechanic look at the car and she said ‘sure and if you find anything wrong, since the car was still under warranty, it would be taken to the dealer and fixed prior to the purchase’. With that said and done I came in to buy the car a few days later. Ok, here comes Amy the finance person. I’m ready for all the usual crap that you deal with at the dealership. But no, just a little paperwork and Amy had me out the door in about 30 minutes. So now let’s jump ahead about 5 years. Is Novak still a place to buy your car? Yes, but there are changes. Namely a man named Mike who is the sales manager. Now when I talked to a sales person they have to go to Mike. Then Mike comes to me. He’s a big guy and he’s playing that sales manager role we have all seen at dealerships. I asked him if he could do better on the price testing the waters. ‘I can come down $500’ he told me (so much for no haggle). Now I’ve already done my homework and Mike is being deceiving. The prices online were $500 lower than the sticker on the car. When I asked him about that he said ‘that they haven’t updated the stickers yet’. That was another lie. I had been in the showroom on and off for over a week and been looking at their website regularly. He also negotiated several times on what they would give me for my trade in. I hope corporate isn’t that blind to his games. Now jumping ahead, I decided to buy the car and gave a deposit three days prior to month-end. Afterwards, Mike says to me that we need to close the deal by Saturday (last day of the month). I said ‘no problem assuming my credit union processes my loan, if not we can do it Monday’. With that he gave me attitude. I said Mike ‘I’ll do my best but either way I have given you a deposit and we have a signed binder’. His reply was ‘I don’t have to honor it and can pull out of the deal’. My response was ‘really Mike? What kind of dealership high pressure xxxxxxxx you pulling here?’ So here are the main changes at Novak: Mike Mike Mike Seems whoever brought in Mike has made a mistake. Mike has a past history of working at car dealership such as Ford from what he told me and has brought that atmosphere into Novak. Simply put, he’s a bully and likes to throw his obvious weight around. He walks and talks the crap that we’ve all have experienced at car dealerships. Prices of the cars are now about $1000 higher. Obviously, giving Mike room to drop the prices which clearly violates their no haggle policy. He purposely prices the stickers higher than the website and then claims he hasn’t updated his floor stock yet. Bottom line, would I go back to Novak again? Yes, I would. The cars Novak sells are clean, single-owner lease returns. Out of hundreds of lease returns, Fusion gets to selectively choose which ones to sell thru Novak. They are still under the manufacturer’s warranty. They are still within KBB but as I said because of Mike they are higher and you have to negotiate some. One of the main reasons I would still choose Novak for my next car is because of the finance staff of Amy and Frank. I hope Novak’s corporate office wakes up and gets rid of the dead weight that’s bringing them down, Mike.
2022 Subaru Outback review
I purchased my Outback Premium in 2022 new. Liked the color. silver, and didn't want moonroof or a lot of extras that could break. Bad battery experience has really disappointed our experience although the cars performance and comfort has not.

2017 Volkswagen Tiguan review
My door handle on my hatchback has been repaired and replaced two times and now is gone again. It is a 2017 Wolfsburg and I am not pleased with the cost of 1200. I wouldn’t mind but they are only lasting two years. Ridiculous. Can’ use my hatchback.

2018 Lexus RX 450h review
I purchased a 2018 Lexus RX 450h about 2 months ago. I've put around 5,000 Mi on it with no problems. It's been averaging around 30 miles to the gallonfor my city and highway driving around St Louis area. Car is very comfortable and easy to drive, actually feeling like it just drives itself for the most part. It's a fully loaded model with everything on it that I was looking for in a nice comfortable used vehicle.
