Just leased my sixth Murano, five of which came from Port City Nissan. For a steadfast lover of the Murano like me, deciding on a model and options is never the challenge. After over a mth of unresolved phone calls to both the Somerset(service department & West Miflin (GM), nothing being resolved, limited phone calls to resolve my issue. I finally reached out to our Windber Memorial Chevrolet, and spoke to their GM (Johnathan), who was more than willing to listen and help! Johnathan told me that he would try to take care of my issues, but he had to make a phone call first, and then would call me back. WELL…Within 10mins, I received a return call from Johnathan telling me that my issue would be taken care of, that his location would pay to make it made RIGHT!
