I originally ordered an R1S in Jan 2021 and waited nearly 3.5 years for it to be ready. When they first opened up test drives I nearly canceled my order due to the ride quality of the early builds. However, once it became time to take delivery, the software improvements drastically changed the character of this truck. It honestly sealed the deal given how much better it was, and there was yet another release to address ride quality after delivery which turned this into an extremely comfortable vehicle—on par with the X7, Q7, etc… The air suspension is truly a boon to the capabilities and ride quality as well. Ride quality aside, the performance is unbelievable both in terms of handling and acceleration, especially given the size and weight. On top of that, the ability to go from sport mode and a 3s 0-60 to off road mode with nearly 15” of ground clearance really puts this vehicle in a league of its own. The interior quality is very good, especially compared to Tesla, but not quite luxury-level, though all the details still make it feel special. There are a few rattles here and there, but nothing too out of the ordinary, and all the materials feel nice. Additionally, the range is dead on, and I usually get 2-3 mi/kwh, which is great for a 7000lb suv. In terms of the footprint, the vehicle is both agile and easy to maneuver, yet has tons of interior space and storage. The glass roof really adds to the openness as well, and the heat in the cabin from it hasn’t been bad comparatively. The one gripe I do have is that the suspension is very noisy, and there’s not any remedy for that. Gen 2 is far quieter, but all in all it’s not a deal breaker given how capable and versatile the vehicle is. All the pieces of this vehicle combined really make for such a special package, especially given that they’re still in the early years and not ubiquitous (yet). This is my 9th car and I’ve had many BMWs, a Tesla, and a M-B, yet this one always makes me smile every time I see it and get to drive it. It truly feels like a remarkable machine (and is incredibly fun too).

I really like this SUV. The size is perfect. The interior is very nice and I got all the options. Very powerful engine, but it does drink some gas. That is the only downside. People have talked about the third row seating, but I assumed that is for kids and since I do not have any, Its fine to me.

If you're considering an FJ Cruiser: CHECK THE UNDERCARRIAGE! Frame rot is way more common than you think/know. Bought a 2008 2 years ago, still have 2 years payments left - garage informed me it will NEVER pass inspection again, frame is rusted beyond saving. Can't even sell for scrap/parts because the bank still holds the title. Shame, I love this car.

It’s the first Lexus rx to offer luxury and performance with almost self driving tech. Does almost everything with under 6 second acceleration and still gets 27 mpg. I love it!!

I have had several hybrid SUVs, Lexus and Mercedes, and this is at the top of the list for me. The hybrid drive is seamless, smooth, and responsive at all speeds. This is the largest hybrid SUV I have owned and yet, it is the most fuel efficient. Amazing mileage around town (50+ mpg) and highway cruising with the little 4-cylinder is very efficient. At highway speeds the transmission keeps the small internal combustion engine from working too hard but when power is needed for passing the combination of torque from the electric power plant along with the turbocharger provides instant responsiveness. Inside, the SUV is roomy and luxurious. The finishes benefit from the Italian roots of the owners to provide a beautiful harmony of design with soft supple leather and rich hardwood trim. The electronics work extremely well from the MacIntosh sound system to the driver assist and lane-keeping features that virtually drive the vehicle for you. The seat air conditioning and built-in massagers make even long driving trips relaxing. Yes, there have been some recalls, expected in an early edition of a new model. The only negative has been in servicing the recalls. Jeep dealers are still basically just old Chrysler/Plymouth/Dodge operations that are not prepared to handle high-end vehicles and the customers they attract. Too few technicians, and poor scheduling between the service writers and the shop. The service waiting areas are designed for truck drivers not owners of luxury automobiles. Stellantis may have upgraded the vehicles to a much higher level but their achilles heel is the dealer service network.

The whole car buying experience from start to finish was exceptional. Because I had worked with Sue before, I was grateful that she had time to help me find the right car this go around. I purchased my 2024 Audi Q8 E tron about 6 months ago. I wanted to get into an electric car and with the new Q8 update the time was right. When I purchased the car the demand for EV’s was still very high. Audi has some more incentives now that consumers can take advantage of. The SUV is a beautiful luxury vehicle that I highly recommend. I purchased the Prestige package which has everything including massaging seats, color changing interior LED lighting and some other lighting on the exterior. These SUV’s are not cheap but I did not want to regret Geary options so I chose the Prestige trim. The ride, attention to detail and style of this suv is amazing. I get compliments all the time. This is my first EV so I had to learn that you typically should keep the car charged between 20-80%. Keep this in mind when shopping for your EV. The EPA range listed for the Q8 Etron is around 290 miles on a full charge. My driving is a mix of city and highway and there is no way I could ever get anywhere close to that. On a full charge my range is about 240 miles. Now I will say if you drive exclusively in the city you will get better mileage as the car regenerates power with frequent braking. If you drive on highway above 70 mph you will see your mileage drop. So in conclusion I love this suv and it is beautifully put together but I would not recommend if you have to make long trips. We have a ICE car so we can use that for long trips.

This is the best and most reliable car I have purchased. It has ample room for passengers, equipment or both and even though it is an older car, it still has a lot of creature comforts that can keep up with newer cars. When I used to take it into the dealership for maintenance (timing belt, etc.), the service managers would tell me to never sell this car because it is overengineered for reliability and the drivetrain will last me well over 500K miles if it is taken care of. As of 2025 I am almost at a quarter million miles and still humming along.

I am thrilled with the service I received from start to finish and will be a new customer of Feldmann Imports Mercedes-Benz. My engine light went on late Thursday afternoon. When I called the service center at the dealership, there was a "live" person that immediately answered the phone to discuss the reason for my call and schedule my appointment. I was able to have my vehicle inspected and serviced the next morning. The service consultant assigned, John, was awesome. John and the technician researched to find that the issue causing the engine light to go on was covered under an extended manufacturer's warranty and the repair was completed within just a few hours. They even provided complimentary Lyft rides from and back to the dealership. I am so impressed by their customer service that I am switching to this dealership going forward for my annual maintenance service.

Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.
