I love my CX30. Only a few very minor complaints. The back seat is small. I would only recommend it for small children. Since i'm the only user, it doesn't really apply to me. The car overall is small, which makes it easier to maneuver and more fun to drive than larger CX models. I'm 6'3 tall and have no problem fitting in the driver's seat - plenty of head and leg room. The other complaint is the small gas tank (under 13 gallons). Even though, I don't regret buying my CX30. It's a lot of fun! I would definitely recommend not looking at any trim level lower than premium due to all the options the premium includes. I opted for the non-turbo. It's fast enough without it, and was 3K less.

My experience with Pierre, our sales agent was nothing but excellent. He showed us the car we wanted and also showed us the other cars in their lot. I had been driving a Kia Soul and loved it. I didn’t like giving it up at 150,000 miles but it was paid off and I was needing something new. My wife talked me into the Seltos. I drive over 100 miles each day and really like the gas mileage and performance. But, the best thing is that I can count on it being reliable. I would recommend a Kia to anyone,

I have had pickups since 1973. My sister bought a Seltos 2 years ago and loved it. I bought one and cannot complain. It’s a 4 cyl so don’t expect to burn rubber but it will get you any place you want to go. Very happy so far…

This is my first brand NEW car, and I absolutely love it. I does great on gas and it's very comfortable to drive. If you have long legs or larger in size the back seat would not be good for you. We have only had one problem with the usb port for the CarPlay keeps cutting out but the dealership is working on fixing the issue, not sure if it's the fuse or the box yet. But I would buy this car again

Vehicle is a strong performer (no surprise here given its "M" designation. No disapointments in that regard. Sport seats are very supportive; especially with the lumbar support adjustability. Cabin tech is abysmal though. Not at all intuitive; functions nested down menus where you would never expect them. Owners manual is 480 pages! Really ! While the vehicle makes me smile quite often the complexity of the cabin tech has me cursing every time I start the vehicle. The so-called "Genius" program help line only works Mon. - Fri. Central time in the US! Not too happy about that either.

The Service Rep Fernando, clearly communicated my car service needs and answered all my questions. Car service was completed as promised. Benny was very friendly. My experience was excellent and my car maintenance fully completed.

I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

I purchased this vehicle preowned. For the price I paid, this vehicle definitely was worth it! As a former Lexus owner, I am accustomed to leather heated seats and other amenities, but I am definitely impressed with the speed in which the vehicle is able to leap into moving traffic on the highway. There is ample legroom for backseat passengers, even while I (at 5'10 ) am driving. Overall, I am extremely pleased with my Audi Q3.

My wife and I bought a 2019 Jeep Renegade as our first major purchase together about 5 years ago. In that time we have fallen utterly in love with this car and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for something compact that still feels roomie inside. As a nanny, I love that the back seat can fit 2 car seats and a booster with enough elbow room that the kiddos arent in each others' space while still being close enough to the drivers seat for me to hand back snacks and take their trash when they're done. The entertainment center is far from flawless but once you get connected to it and everything set the way you want, its awesome! I love having google maps pulled up on the screen with my music/podcast/audiobook next to it.

Certainly enough power and comfort. Very roomy front and comfortable for passengers. The reviews call it sluggish and, it is not that during everyday use. I was shocked how well it drives after reading reviews. I got a great looking white 2024 RS in perfect shape with 9.000 miles on it. Much much better than expected meets ALL of my needs and, expectations.

Great sales representative he was patient and explained the car features. A lot to learn. Financing could have given me better deal financing. Not much personality in that department .

This vehicle has one drawback that I am aware of. The back up camera is very poor. The images are not crystal clear. It is like looking at a television screen from the 50s. I had a Blazer 2019 and my screen was great. I cannot understand why my 2023 vehicle has a poor screen. I have contacted General Motors and have gotten nowhere with them. I find this poor visual screen to be a safety issue. Had I known the back up camera and screen were so poor, I would’ve never bought the car as much as I like everything else about it. The visual on the screen is even worse at night.

Bought this 2022 Compass Trail Hawk new for my wife. Earlier this year (2025) we landed a sweetheart deal on a new 2024 Wrangler Sport S. Guess who inherited the Compass ? I stepped down from a Grand Cherokee but I have no regrets. It has had a few electrical teething issues but all have been resolved and have not come back. The handling and fuel economy are much better than the Grand Cherokee. There are only 2 downsides..........the size of the gas tank (13.5 gal vs 24.5) and the cargo space behind the 2nd row seats. I have easily adapted to both ! I want to give a shout-out to our local dealership, Tri-City CDJR. Start to finish, an excellent place to purchase and maintain our Jeeps. BRAVO ZULU !

My wife and I bought a 23' Jeep Compass Limited with 15K miles. We were looking for something small but also a vehicle that could offer 4x4. My initial impression of it at the dealership was that it has an awesome exterior paint color (granite crystal) and black wheels to compliment it. The car drives great on the highway and city. It's a very comfortable ride and the car can turn on a dime! I am currently averaging 30 mpg while commuting to work each day. I have noticed the car will sometimes have difficulty up shifting. As long as I apply more gas it eventually gets over it. Not a big deal for me as my last vehicle would do the same thing. The rear view camera is nice on the Compass, however it is completely useless at night. Overall we are very happy with our purchase.

Another great service visit at Safford Jeep! I owned a Mercedes for many years and was accustomed to superior service...and had high expectations. Safford Jeep service department always exceeds my expectations with efficient, expert service, and friendly, courteous treatment. Most of my satisfaction comes from the efforts of my service advisor Alex Alvarado. It's nice to be greeted by someone who knows you, and your vehicles. I have had my 22 High Altitude for about 4 months now and the only issue(s) I find are the following: MPG is not as advertised, it's not that great. It's around 24 average, I am about 50/50 city/highway driving - It's fine. It DOES ride like a Jeep - so it's not as "luxurious" as your higher end cars, but YOU BOUGHT A JEEP - The last snow storm we had in Cleveland was about 10" in 2 hours - No problem, even with 235/45/19 tires - Would be way better with not so wide tires. It's slow. Who cares? Are you driving in the F1? Nah - It's plenty. Interior is baller. Infotainment is great, comfortable. Heated steering wheel is a plus. IDK - I read these reviews and everyone is so picky - It's a nice ride. If you find you like it, give it a shot.

Part time Delaware resident but my dream car became available in Maryland. Across the state lines, Emmanuel did amazing work to make the purchase seamless! Further worked magic with my husband in Maryland to finalize the purchase and had it delivered to our Maryland home which is 30 miles from the dealership. Emmanuel earned this sale and my respect! ISSUE WITH SUNROOF CLOSING, NEW ONE PUT IN SAME PROBLEM. IN COLD WEATHER SEVERAL DOORS WOULD NOT LOCK AT ALL. AT FIRST I THOUGHT THEY WERE FROZEN THE DEALERSHIP IS STILL NOT SURE WHY THIS HAPPENED. I WAS UNABLE TO DRIVE IT WHEN THIS OCCURRED. JUST HAD THE IGNITION REPLACED - CAR WOULD NOT SHUT OFF. I REALLY LOVED THIS CAR THE SUNROOF IS HUGE, MY FIRST NEW CAR, IT IS A LITTLE SMALL IN THE BACK SEAT FOR PASSENGERS BUT NICE, I LOVE HAVING A HATCH AND NO TRUNK TO MOVE THINGS IF I WANT. I HAVE ALWAYS WANTED A JEEP AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE 4 WHEEL DRIVE AND OPEN FEEL OF THIS CAR. IT DOES VERY WELL ON THE HIGHWAY. THE REAL ISSUE I AM HAVING IS WITH CASTLE JEEP/ RAM IN NAPERVILLE,ILLINOIS COVRING THESE ISSUES WITH MY 100,000 MI WARRANTY.

He got us a great deal on our Kia Sorento. He was friendly and gave us a discount that helped me get into a great Kia!

This is my first kia. The fit and trim are solid. The car is sound all around. Great gas mileage between 46 in the very cold winter to 67 mpg. Depending on how you drive it. I.ve been dealing with a dealer in burlington massachusetts where I purchase the vehicle. Im not sure they pay attention to detail as the engine calls for a special motor oil, 0W16, And that was not reflected on the engine oil change receipt. When I approached them with a question about the Motor oil, i was told all the engines are the same, which is not true. Also they recommended a 4wheel alignment which i paid for but had problems down the road. The dealer was very unhappy when they had to Repeat the alignment again, and made sure I knew about it. At this time I am searching for another dealer.

I had a great experience starting 2026 by working with Ulysses Gonzalez to buy my 2019 Highlander XLE from Koons Toyota Annapolis!! From my first call to ask about a vehicle newly posted online, it was clear to me that I was VERY lucky to have randomly reached Ulysses. First, he made it easy to follow up on the vehicle I was interested in. That was a very good sign! Then he explained that he was there to help me in any he could to reach a good decision that worked for me for this major purchase, and that “concierge” level service was the approach of their entire organization across the board. From my perspective that is how it played out! Ulysses always listened to me and then was available nonstop to answer my questions and find creative ways to make the logistics of deciding on a car work for me even though I live 30 miles from the dealership. And throughout the process, he and everyone else who he pulled in to help me (in the service department, for the financing, etc) were great people! I would highly recommend Ulysses and this dealership to anyone.

We almost got in a wreck just now, the car in front of the car in front of US slammed on their breaks. Our Kia Seltos 2024 beeped and then my husband pushed the breaks...none of us hit each other!! Thank you, Kia!!!! It was scary, and I could tell our car noticed the sudden stop before we did!! Thank-you!!
