Our 2022 Taos is almost 2 years old with about 21K mileage. Very satisfied with our car. For the price point (25K) it provides good handling, a comfortable ride and great interior space for a subcompact SUV. The gas mileage is amazing at over 40 MPG on the highway and about 30 MPG tooling around town. Couldn't be happier!

I bought the 22 model in Apr of 22 and had it about a year and the ac compressor went out. It took them a couple of months to get one and when they did they found that it had metal shavings all in the lines so they had to replace everything in the circuit. They gave us a loaner car for two weeks and so far it’s been working fine. Have had a couple of software updates so far but no other issues. Have just turned 10,000 miles. The transmission is jerky so I basically drive it around in sport mode to keep it from dropping into the highway gear. Overall we like it

We bought our 2022 Outlander sport GT in august of 2022… when we compared feature for feature with the other small crossovers, this was our favorite.. it looks nice , has plenty of power and is comfortable on long trips . We took it to the snowy range and it handled the mountains with ease. This is our first brand new car and we are “ seasoned citizens “ So the warranty was also a big selling point . We are super happy with it . Planning on this being tje last car we buy !! I am confident ot will last a long time !

Volkswagen has an ongoing issue with the blender actuator in the dash for your vents. They have no idea about it yet I went to all the brand new cars on the line. They still are coming out like that. 2022 Volkswagen Taos se

Normally car shopping is a chore. No one enjoys it. The pressure to buy. The haggling. Jason was our client advisor and WOW. Very knowledgeable of the cars. Not pushy. Went above and beyond to get us all of the info we needed. Again, NOT pushy whatsoever. It felt like we were just hanging out with a friend and talking about cars. He helped us find the exact car we were looking for and got us a great deal too. We are looking forward to coming back and purchasing another vehicle from him at BMW of Fairfax.

Vehicle is a strong performer (no surprise here given its "M" designation. No disapointments in that regard. Sport seats are very supportive; especially with the lumbar support adjustability. Cabin tech is abysmal though. Not at all intuitive; functions nested down menus where you would never expect them. Owners manual is 480 pages! Really ! While the vehicle makes me smile quite often the complexity of the cabin tech has me cursing every time I start the vehicle. The so-called "Genius" program help line only works Mon. - Fri. Central time in the US! Not too happy about that either.

2023 Taos really fits. Even having the S model. The SUV looks slick! Gas mileage is pretty darn good! And the response for a 4 cylinder is great! Really happy with my purchase! Best looking SUV youll find in the $25k-$30k area!

The way car buying should be!

Love the car....I have 2 concerns. First, the driver's seat is not comfortable (this is my wife's car) ....the other seats are fine. This is weird. We have the all wheeled drive version. It loves gasoline !!! My Toyota Corolla gets 38-40 mpg with a smaller but peppier engine. This HR-V Gets between 25-28.....not sure why. HOWEVER. This car drives like a dream... VERY SMOOTH. Love the car !!!

From the moment I arrived until the final signature, I had the impression that they genuinely cared about my well-being. There was no sense of pressure or intimidation to make a purchase.

Only had my 2025 kicks sv a few months , 4k miles but I like it a lot , look , style, drives well and it very comfortable. Love all the included safety features that other car companies charge extra for . Gas mileage is incredible. Gave it a 5 across the board, as my last 3 new cars have been a Colorado , for maverick and jeep wrangler. Cost , value of the redesign kicks is much better imop . Dash layout and how easy everything is to use .

Extremely spacious, and great standard features. Build quality is solid inside and out! With a very comfortable ride and peppy engine! I also get amazing MPG in this car and rarely fill up!

If my credit was on point I would've been driving my dream car. The K900 is a sleeper for those who do not know. But they did try to help.

No xm Sirius availability or Navigation screen or sensors on side mirrors for 2021 vehicle except that it's fine . I traveled on 95 S it was fine.

I'm 6', 200#; adjustable seat (Activ) makes comfortable, more leg room in back than my previous drive (2013Terrain). 6-7 mpg better than previous; beating expected overall mpg by 1-2 mpg. Will see how FWD compares to AWD Terrain this winter season. So far, more than extremely pleased.

I told him what I was looking for and he delivered without any tricks or gimmicks. The entire dealership was helpful, pleasant and offered efficient service. As a woman buying a car, the fact that they were respectful was very important to me. I had gone to another dealership but didn't get the same tone. I'm not a person that is in the habit of leaving reviews. Mainly because the customer service I receive most places isn't worth me taking the time to write a review, but this dealership is the exception in every way. There is no way I could not write a review. This review is a little long but if you're considering purchasing a Nissan you want to read this review. I just purchased a 2022 Nissan Versa from this dealership. It was important to me to purchase the car this weekend because I needed it to travel out of town this coming week. I live in Baltimore MD and originally planned to purchase the car in Baltimore. I had been told by a local Baltimore dealer he would have a Versa on his lot by Friday 3/4/2022. I planned to be there bright and early the morning of the 4th to pick it up. However, the evening of the 3rd, the salesman called to tell me the ETA had changed and it would be another week before the Versa would arrive. I was so disappointed because I could not wait another week, I needed a car now. Plus I was sick of car shopping. I knew what I wanted and I just wanted to buy my car and be done with the whole process! It had taken me a long time to find that car and I knew it wouldn't be easy to find another one that would be available immediately due to the car shortage. And I was right. I couldn't find another Versa in the entire state of MD so I started searching in VA. I called several dealerships in Va, but no one had anything in stock. The earliest ETA I was given was mid April. I was starting to give up hope of finding my car this weekend. Just when I had almost given up hope, I got a call from the Sales Manager Muhammed known as Mo. of Passport Nissan on South Pickett St. Mo told me he had been told by one of his salesmen whose name was also Muhammed that I was looking for a Versa. I said yes I am. He said, well I have one in stock. I said, when you say you have one in stock does that mean its on your lot? He said yes mam I'm looking at it! Then I asked him for an out-the-door-price. The price he gave me was $1400 less that what the dealer in Baltimore was going to sale it to me for! When he gave me the out-the-door price I almost screamed! And when I got off the phone I did scream! I knew I was being ripped off by the Baltimore dealership but I really wanted the car right away so I was willing to pay, but God had other plans! I am a strong woman of faith. I believe God let the ETA change at the Baltimore dealership to lead me to Mo! Mo did not rip me off. He was very honest and fair in his pricing. After he gave me the price I said hold that car don't let go to anyone else and that's exactly what he did! But that's not all he did. When I told him I was traveling from Baltimore to Va by train to pick up the car, he had Muhammed the Salesman drive all the way from the dealership to Union Station in Washington DC to pick me up, IN MY NEW CAR!!!! I was so excited!! Muhammed was very kind. He not only picked me up but let me make a stop on the way back to the dealership. We talked and laughed all the way back. And once I arrived at the dealership I was treated like a queen. I could go on and on but I think you get the picture. This dealership is a true example of what it means to not only provide excellent customer service but to also go the extra mile in every way. Honest fair pricing, and excellent customer service! I am so impressed with their service I am considering driving to Virginia to have my car serviced there instead of in Baltimore where I live. If you want a dealership that is honest and fair in pricing and will give you excellent service, I HIGHLY recommend you purchase your vehicle at Passport Nissan 150 S. Pickett St Alexandria Va. Ask for Mo and Mo!!!!! And they have a beautiful sales lady there that is a fashionista!!!

Comfortable with nice acceleration smooth transmission, smooth ride. Holds the road at high speeds in the rain very well. Beautiful dash board. Brakes very well. AC is good not great but does the job. Very nice looking, great design. Nice interior. Very good back up screen. Comfortable seats for long drives. Very good leg room front and back seats.

I love my new 2025 Nissan Kicks. I traded my 2019 Nissan Maxima SR for the Kicks SR. It carries the same style and features as the Max. Ground lighting accent lighting inside, panoramic roof, Bose in the headrest. The vehicle is hot!!! I have Super Black.

First off the gas mileage is great. I can get up to 30-32 miles in city and get up to 40 on highway. Its an excellent ride very smooth. Its feels real sturdy and safe. Has driver assistance to prevent crossing lines or hitting person in front of you. Has backup camera also and the sun roof goes from the fron to the back of the roof The more I drive it the more I love it.

Khalid is good, but Tyson Mercedes is greedy. Khalid wore a sharp tailored suit which is unheard of in the dealerships where I am from. He was very professional, pointing out flaws in the paint he offered to fix before I could point out the ones I saw. He respected my time which was less than ideal for making a purchase today. We made a handshake on a good deal, but it's been over 6 hours and I still haven't seen my "deal" in writing with an out the door quote. As far as Tyson Mercedes, the vehicle which was just "front end aligned" last week had one tire about 5-6 pounds low, and this was not noticed with the yellow light on the dash when it was pulled around for me earlier in the day. The test drive was not safe to conduct other than around the corner and back at slow speed, so I have no idea how it really handles. The biggest issue I have is the dealership assessing a "non-negotiable" sky-high processing fee which is nearly $1000, probably among the highest in Virginia. It doesn't cost $1000 for the 15 minutes of work it takes to process the sale and send the documents to DMV, etc. If they want this kind of fee, they should be selling vehicles $1000 below market value, and not even bothering marking them up $3000 over market value! Be prepared to negotiate $3000-4000 down just to get to the market price on a used vehicle! After you get to market price, make them take off some of the $1000 processing fee from the sale price or walk off the lot and go buy the same thing from another dealer who only charges $500 or less in processing fees. If it's taxable, it's negotiable! Do your research and use online tools to know the market value before you visit any dealership!

After purchasing our GLA 250, 5 yrs ago, 1; our long distance travel includes -to date- 5 times (LA/PHX) - in addition to several "local" trips(Midwest w/o a single problem! 2; We have yet to switch from "E" to "S" - since 'she' already acts as an "Italian" sports car on "E"! "Drawback" 1: Our initial concern was the more expensive hi-grade gas (91/93). However, we do get 31 mpg on combined city/hi-way driving. 2: A trifle too tight for luggage at long distance trvl and/or transporting i.e. skis.
