This is by far the best subcompact suv for the money. I absolutely love the 2024 taos se. It's loaded with awesome tech and has great acceleration.

Mazda is comfortable, I'm in my 70's Reliable, rides great, great on gas. Something that is great on the road, Able to handle, I've handle: M-6 sadan, SUV 5, big enough good room ,and M-cx30 and 3. All long distance traveling. And not high maintenance. Good for all season

We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. We were there to trade in my car for a new/used one, the out of the door price ended $9k more than the listing price so I didn't get a car from them. Although the sell deal didn't go through, staff there were very friendly and kept us busy chatting and sharing information while we were there (3 hours). The trade in price was good so we ended up selling the car to Hyundai of Lincolnwood and not getting a car from them. The nice thing about them is that their demeanor remained the same when we changed our minds to only sell and not buy, Greg treated us as friendly as the moment we walked in. It only took 2 days for us to receive a call from Greg saying a check was ready for us to pick up, all went smoothly. I'd recommend this dealership to others as long as Greg is there because we've only dealt with Greg so we can't speak for other reps but we know Greg is good and we will go to him when we are ready for a car.

The only thing is there is a space between the seat back and the seat, if you put something small on the passenger seat it can slice and end up on the floor of the back seat.

I had a conversation with Pitor and it was positive. He suggested that I wait until a few days before my trip to Chicago and check which vehicles were available at that time.

ISSUE WITH SUNROOF CLOSING, NEW ONE PUT IN SAME PROBLEM. IN COLD WEATHER SEVERAL DOORS WOULD NOT LOCK AT ALL. AT FIRST I THOUGHT THEY WERE FROZEN THE DEALERSHIP IS STILL NOT SURE WHY THIS HAPPENED. I WAS UNABLE TO DRIVE IT WHEN THIS OCCURRED. JUST HAD THE IGNITION REPLACED - CAR WOULD NOT SHUT OFF. I REALLY LOVED THIS CAR THE SUNROOF IS HUGE, MY FIRST NEW CAR, IT IS A LITTLE SMALL IN THE BACK SEAT FOR PASSENGERS BUT NICE, I LOVE HAVING A HATCH AND NO TRUNK TO MOVE THINGS IF I WANT. I HAVE ALWAYS WANTED A JEEP AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE 4 WHEEL DRIVE AND OPEN FEEL OF THIS CAR. IT DOES VERY WELL ON THE HIGHWAY. THE REAL ISSUE I AM HAVING IS WITH CASTLE JEEP/ RAM IN NAPERVILLE,ILLINOIS COVRING THESE ISSUES WITH MY 100,000 MI WARRANTY.

I can assure you I’m not an employee. Given that, my experience with Sam and this dealership was absolutely perfect! We were out of state buyers looking to purchase a 2017 Cadillac XT5 Platinum they had for sale on all the car apps. I called to verify it was still on the lot for sale and Sam answered the phone. He immediately was on my side for whatever I needed. I had him check a few things on the vehicle that we couldn’t see via the pictures and he was completely accommodating. We were able to agree on a set price! So we scheduled a visit to the dealership on a day that worked for us. Sam had the car saved for us and ready to go once we arrived. He even was able to expedite the transaction by having us relay information to him via text. I’m a fan! It made things so much easier upon arrival. They put on our temporary tags and we were off back home in record time. Thanks again to Sam and the rest of the crew at Chicago Motor Credit! Everyone there was awesome!

This is my first crossover. I've been a truck and SUV person for about 20 years. When my truck was stolen and totaled, I bought this car used with 84k miles on it. The first week I had it the water pump went out, I kid you not. Not good so far, huh? The good thing is the car told me " car overheating, idle engine." My mechanic says newer vehicles are made to warn you before overheating causes damage to the engine. Thank God. I like the car, I'm actually starting to love the car. Trunk space is minimal, seats arent the most comfortable, I miss having a center storage space, and a passenger armrest would have been nice. The radio is kind of small to be tinkering with while driving, and I wish Android auto was wireless with built-in wifi (newer models have this) but the steering wheel controls help me overlook this minor inconvenience. This car is the only car I looked at with all the options I wanted for this year and price: remote start, extra CLEAR backup camera, push start, power driver seat AND park assist which alot of cars are phasing out these days in favor of things manufacturers believe consumers find more desirable. The blind spot indicators and cross traffic warning is nice as well and the ac blows freezing cold. You really get lots of bang for your buck. Oh and I was surprised by how well it handles bumps in the road, my last vehicle made me seasick going over those big speed bumps, not this car, it's extra smooth. I can't buy large hauls at rummage sales or thrift stores anymore because there's not enough space to haul them home, but there's plenty of room for me and the grandkids. I really wasn't financially prepared to buy a car right now and couldn't afford to buy brand new. But TBH, I find this model year of this car prettier than the new ones and overall am really pleased with my purchase. I'm getting older and this will probably be the last car I'll ever own or drive and I'm glad it was this one. Thank you Chevrolet.

Only had my 2025 kicks sv a few months , 4k miles but I like it a lot , look , style, drives well and it very comfortable. Love all the included safety features that other car companies charge extra for . Gas mileage is incredible. Gave it a 5 across the board, as my last 3 new cars have been a Colorado , for maverick and jeep wrangler. Cost , value of the redesign kicks is much better imop . Dash layout and how easy everything is to use .

Bought to replace a Cruze that was a real road warrior . 2025 Trax 3 cyl does 70 mph plus on trips with 3 adults in comfort . LS model had no rear hatch cover . Bought one off FB Marketplace for $10. Dealer wanted $235. Used the rubber floor mats from the old Cruze and snapped right into place on the Trax for the winter weather . Doing more frequent oil changes because of wet belt setup . Originally wanted a Buick Envista but felt the $21200 Trax was basically the same car for thousands less .

Received an email about Subaru TradeUp program and made an appointment with Shawn to discuss the options of trading our 7 year old car for a new 2026. He brought in a new Subaru that we were interested in, sat down with us going over the cost and trade details. We loved the car and the deal offered and purchased that afternoon! This was the original dealership we purchased our first Subaru at and have had excellent maintenance service throughout our ownership. Shawn and the manager Jeff were great to work with and we can't be happier with this dealership and our new Subaru Forester!

Roomy, state of the art touch screen, cool safety features Audi was our first stop in looking for a new vehicle. It ended up being our only stop. Very happy with my experience snd would highly recommend.

I brought my Trax about one year ago. No problems at all. Very comfortable to drive. Gas mileage is very good. I would buy another Trax again.

Bought brand new 9 miles on it now 5400 went from Iowa through Colorado to Arizona no problems other that forward Collison sensors getting dirty and the auto stop start not always working.I used rock mode on my trailhawk in canyon land it was a blast

Bought this 2022 Compass Trail Hawk new for my wife. Earlier this year (2025) we landed a sweetheart deal on a new 2024 Wrangler Sport S. Guess who inherited the Compass ? I stepped down from a Grand Cherokee but I have no regrets. It has had a few electrical teething issues but all have been resolved and have not come back. The handling and fuel economy are much better than the Grand Cherokee. There are only 2 downsides..........the size of the gas tank (13.5 gal vs 24.5) and the cargo space behind the 2nd row seats. I have easily adapted to both ! I want to give a shout-out to our local dealership, Tri-City CDJR. Start to finish, an excellent place to purchase and maintain our Jeeps. BRAVO ZULU !

Wide selection and no haggle are a plus over other dealerships. I like being able to see how many different makes and models. CarMax is the only place I will shop

I love my CX30. Only a few very minor complaints. The back seat is small. I would only recommend it for small children. Since i'm the only user, it doesn't really apply to me. The car overall is small, which makes it easier to maneuver and more fun to drive than larger CX models. I'm 6'3 tall and have no problem fitting in the driver's seat - plenty of head and leg room. The other complaint is the small gas tank (under 13 gallons). Even though, I don't regret buying my CX30. It's a lot of fun! I would definitely recommend not looking at any trim level lower than premium due to all the options the premium includes. I opted for the non-turbo. It's fast enough without it, and was 3K less.

Whenever my vehicle needs service I take it here. The service managers are really good to work with and I really appreciate them sending videos to my phone so I can see exactly what the technician is seeing. Pricing could be better and I think the 3% service charge on credit cards is nickel and diming customers otherwise they would get 5 stars.

Fun to drive only problem is the outdated infotainment system. i havent had any other issues with it. good if you know how to use the dual clutch

I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

Reliable and high performance BMW x1 with excellent value for the money. It’s exactly the same as an x3, but smaller cargo space. Easily fits 2 rear passengers.

I was in and out and ready to go in about 40 minutes no problems . Have had the same salesman every time and he gets me taken care of.

I have had pickups since 1973. My sister bought a Seltos 2 years ago and loved it. I bought one and cannot complain. It’s a 4 cyl so don’t expect to burn rubber but it will get you any place you want to go. Very happy so far…
