A day late… NEVER a dollar short with these guys! I thought my first experience leasing my civic hatch touring was great, but my second experience beat it! Walked in to test drive SUV’s as my lease was near end.. walked out with a ‘24 Passport Trailsport, the vehicle I never knew I needed! I was lucky enough for Ronald and Alejandro to work their major AGAIN and to also meat the very informative and kind Jean! Their personalities, professionalism, relatability and honesty is truthfully one of the most spectacular forms of customer service I have ever dealt with in my vehicle journey! I’ve had my 2019 trax 52k miles for almost 3 years, absolutely love the car no problems so far(knock on wood) only small minor inconvenience a ground wire got a little dusty and was cleaned. I have done the pcv fix as Chevy did not make it good for these engines in the long run. Not a lot of power for my liking so I modified some components. Not very friendly for tall people im 6’3 and have my seat set almost all the way back.

Very happy with my HR-V sport model. Exterior design of the car is very nice Interior is a little small with not much room for storing things. Would not recommend this car to avery large person but for a smaller individual it is perfect, Runs well, has more pick up than I thought it would have. Based on only been driving it for 3 weeks I do recommend it.

One of the most fun cars I have ever driven. The acceleration and handling are on another level than the X5M or X3M. It’s also practical and looks extremely sharp. Infotainment could be better - the PDK is lightening fast though. Exhaust tone is amazing. I can go on and on.

For the money you can't do much better. Quiet, sleek and has lots of options available. Has plenty of room and storage for this class of car. Love the AWD version as I live in a part of the country that gets a fair amount of snow.

I absolutely love this car. It have a 2022 Trailblazer Activ with all the safety features and full sunroof, etc. I have 80,000 miles on it and it is so fun to drive! I have driven it all over the country and currently live in the mountains and commute 90 miles round trip over a mountain on winding road to work and back and it’s so easy in this car! I even lived in it for a few months when touring national parks and slept on a mattress in the back with seats folded down and it was super comfortable for me as a 5ft 5in person. Especially since I could look at the moon and stars through the sunroof while laying down in the back! I am praying that it goes to 200,000 miles because I dread the day I no longer have this car and may just end up buying another one even though I would prefer a hybrid for better gas mileage. I also have had exactly ZERO issues with this car! I have gotten regular oil changes and service checks and that’s it! About to get the spark plugs replaced just because it’s time. But it has not shown any signs of any problems whatsoever! I’m beyond thrilled with my purchase! And I only ever owned Toyotas or Hondas before buying this car, but the reliability so far is comparable! My auto shop also told me they never see these cars in the shop because they are reliable! So hope that helps someone!!

This vehicle has one drawback that I am aware of. The back up camera is very poor. The images are not crystal clear. It is like looking at a television screen from the 50s. I had a Blazer 2019 and my screen was great. I cannot understand why my 2023 vehicle has a poor screen. I have contacted General Motors and have gotten nowhere with them. I find this poor visual screen to be a safety issue. Had I known the back up camera and screen were so poor, I would’ve never bought the car as much as I like everything else about it. The visual on the screen is even worse at night.

Some early reviewers did not like the power, but it has been fine for me. I am not racing anyone. I like the “magic seat” capability. That has been useful many times. Driven literally across the country — California to Florida — with little fatigue. 60,000 miles and no maintenance issues.

This is my first kia. The fit and trim are solid. The car is sound all around. Great gas mileage between 46 in the very cold winter to 67 mpg. Depending on how you drive it. I.ve been dealing with a dealer in burlington massachusetts where I purchase the vehicle. Im not sure they pay attention to detail as the engine calls for a special motor oil, 0W16, And that was not reflected on the engine oil change receipt. When I approached them with a question about the Motor oil, i was told all the engines are the same, which is not true. Also they recommended a 4wheel alignment which i paid for but had problems down the road. The dealer was very unhappy when they had to Repeat the alignment again, and made sure I knew about it. At this time I am searching for another dealer.

Drove one in New York, NJ ,PA area for work (rental). Loved the connectivity to Android, very simple, you get what you need. Comfortable, drove about 800 miles and it did very well driving in all sorts of traffic and terrain conditions. Overall very satisfied with the car, would consider buying one if the reliability is good long term.

Very comfortable drive and ride, has all the top shelf features for comfort, technology, safety . Sturdy buttons, interior materials are high class. Can take 89/91 grade gasoline. City drive is 25mpg, highway is upto 32mpg. oil change intervals is 10000mile . Seats in the back recline by adjustment, making it comfortable in long drives. Recently had a 14hour highway drive- was feeling refreshed even at the end of the day. The highway drive at night was not fatiguing to the eyes, likely because the glass quality must be really good compared to other brands. Wish they had a hybrid version to get better mpg or even better, a plug in hybrid version would be welcome for the future. The trunk space is small and can fit only one international size suitcase.

Saved on gas already and interior is great and seats are very comfy Mercedes app gives you a chance to start engine from a distance snd reminds you to lock car if you forget. Verbal commands to Mercedes makes calling folks if changing stations real easy

Great experience with B&B Auto. The owners were very communicative throughout the process. Once at the dealership and checking out other cars they gave me all the time I needed, never felt pressured and were very transparent about the car itself and what to expect (I bought a '99 Mercedes so the mechanic talked me through some of the issues that might arise). I have only driven Mercedes Benz cars and suv's for the last 12 years as a travel nurse I was paying so much for rental cars when I worked out of state and decided to buy a car. I found a Juke which I figured was cute but won't be comfortable or reliable just anA to B car..... WRONG! I fell in love with this little car it's amazing, comfortable, cute reliable and I bought a used 8-year-old juke with 164,000 miles and it starts and runs like a champ and has options to change drive modes like my Mercedes!!! LOVE IT!!!

We just bought a pre owned Civic today. We had a great experience with Sah, our salesperson, and Leo, the finance manager. Everything was upfront and honest. No hidden fees, no lies. The price we found online was the price of the car, which, believe it or not, is a rare thing apparently!! I wish we had gone here months ago when we began our search so we could have avoided all the wasted time with other dealerships, like Babylon Honda, who lied to our faces over and over!! We will definitely be back when we need another car!! Thank you!! Honesty goes a loooong way!!

I own a 2017 Honda HRV 1.5 Petrol FW CVT (European model). I’m the first owner and I just reached 220k Kilometers. No issues so far except for a start/stop button replacement and a scheduled suspension replacement (200k). All the services and oil changes were made on time according to the manual. I also started doing the oil/fluid changes (engine & cvt transmission) in less kilometers than the proposed schedule once the car reached 180k kilometers. The European edition 1.5 petrol motor responds well but I believe that a bigger motor would be more suitable for the specific model. I’ve traveled a lot on asphalt, gravel and snow (with a good pair of snow tires) and in temperatures varying between 14 to 113 Fehrenheit.

2021 Chevy Trailblazer LS AWD. This is fun car. I've made so far almost 42 000 km and completely satisfied. The only issue was surge pump but was replaced due to warranty. I like design, size, fuel consumption, stylish look and more. Recommended to everyone.

Didn't know much about this car until i got it. Car is good, economical , looks good. Didn't see much of them on the roads a year ago, but there are many of them now. This shows its gaining popularity.
