I went in to purchase a specific car, a TRAX, and that's exactly what I got. It's even an upgrade from my last one. Juan and Shawn were very helpful and attentive in what I needed and was able to get the deal that was best for me.

Great car overall. Could use a little more pep. But for what the car is intended, as a good gas mileage low priced car, it’s hard to beat.

The only thing is there is a space between the seat back and the seat, if you put something small on the passenger seat it can slice and end up on the floor of the back seat.

Fairly good. The theme was a no commission sales. So the person assigned to me wasn’t going to try to sell me. Well I’m an older man so I really wasn’t worried about that. The car I was interested in was getting some work done so I had to wait a bit. After driving it I knew it was a decent price and I had already researched the worth of my trade. They gave me my price for my trade and the deal was done. Now I have learned that the real profit is made in the closing process. I was just too tired to deal with that. So the next day I went in to finish up. There definitely was some pressure to buy an extended warranty and furture service. But my salesman really wasn’t able to get me to buy any of that. So in closing, I got a good deal on the car and a decent price for my trade. But an inexperienced buyer may have ended up with a lot more cost. So know what you’re buying and selling and don’t get talked into buying something that you really don’t need.

Mazda is comfortable, I'm in my 70's Reliable, rides great, great on gas. Something that is great on the road, Able to handle, I've handle: M-6 sadan, SUV 5, big enough good room ,and M-cx30 and 3. All long distance traveling. And not high maintenance. Good for all season

I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

Could not say better things about this place! I will never buy from another organization!

This vehicle has one drawback that I am aware of. The back up camera is very poor. The images are not crystal clear. It is like looking at a television screen from the 50s. I had a Blazer 2019 and my screen was great. I cannot understand why my 2023 vehicle has a poor screen. I have contacted General Motors and have gotten nowhere with them. I find this poor visual screen to be a safety issue. Had I known the back up camera and screen were so poor, I would’ve never bought the car as much as I like everything else about it. The visual on the screen is even worse at night.

Certainly enough power and comfort. Very roomy front and comfortable for passengers. The reviews call it sluggish and, it is not that during everyday use. I was shocked how well it drives after reading reviews. I got a great looking white 2024 RS in perfect shape with 9.000 miles on it. Much much better than expected meets ALL of my needs and, expectations.

I was contacted by my service advisor Geoff with an update on the progress of my vehicle. He was also able to get me a loaner vehicle which was very much appreciated. I was provided daily updates also which helped me through the experience I was dealing with. I have been contacted that my vehicle is completed at this time and headed over to pick it up today. My wife and I bought a 2019 Jeep Renegade as our first major purchase together about 5 years ago. In that time we have fallen utterly in love with this car and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for something compact that still feels roomie inside. As a nanny, I love that the back seat can fit 2 car seats and a booster with enough elbow room that the kiddos arent in each others' space while still being close enough to the drivers seat for me to hand back snacks and take their trash when they're done. The entertainment center is far from flawless but once you get connected to it and everything set the way you want, its awesome! I love having google maps pulled up on the screen with my music/podcast/audiobook next to it.

A lot of pros to this vehicle. The only thing I wished Nissan would make better is, the pickup when ya hit the gas pedal. It is sluggish for a split second, and boggs down some... however, it runs great and after the sluggishness, it goes. Great passing gear and so easy to drive. All the bells & whistles on it alert you of every and anything you can think of. I appreciate those features. Comfort is top tier for me, the seats hug you and easy to adjust. The sound system, Bose, is amazing. Just too many features to speak about. Does great in gas in the city, haven't had it on any road trips yet. The kicks rides well also. Plenty of room and can haul a lot of things in it, as the back seats fold down. Only thing I can say negative about the vehicle is how it's sluggish/boggs down some for a minute when ya press gas to go. Hopefully Nissan fixes that in their new models here in out.

Jerome Knobloch was amazing! I sent in my inquiry online, and he got with me right away. He was so responsive, and did everything by text. We had a couple phones calls, but they were super short. He made this process so easy!!! I sold Volkswagens for 4 years, and got out of the business a little over a year ago. I really wanted a Alltrack within our budget along with wanting what we wanted for our Jeep. We came down from KC, and we were in and out within 45 minutes. I bought a 2022 Taos and drove it for 3 1/2 years. I liked the car so much that I bought a 2025 Taos. My wife is now driving the 2022 and I am driving the 2025. Both cars are pure joy to sit in and to drive. The interior and legroom are spacious. The only negatives are the VW does not offer a power, passenger seat and a power hatch closer. Other than that, it is the perfect vehicle for us.

Our purchase was totally facilated by our sales person Alyson. We went just to test drive one car just to see if we would like to consider it for a future purchase. Alyson was a knowledgeable, low pressure sales person that won us over to buy that day. The dealership was friendly and proficient and a pleasure to do business with.

I was shopping for a used Chrysler Town & Country Van in excellent condition that had a 6-way power seat on the front passenger side and was white on the exterior. This particular model was very hard to find and CarMax only had about 4 of these nationwide out of about 340 Town & Country vans that they had in stock. I found one on-line that was in Texas that I liked. I contacted Brian Bricken and he started the process of having this particular van transferred to Tulsa. He called and let me know when it was here and ready to test drive. Brian was very easy to work with during the entire process. I test drove the van and liked it. Then I went through the actual buying process at CarMax which was quick and painless. Once I bought the van I took it to Christian Brothers Automotive on 81st street and for $99 plus tax they did a very thorough inspection and only found a few minor things that they recommended to be fixed. I then made an appointment with the CarMax Service Department and Bob helped me through that process. He gave my an appointment to bring the van and have their tech go through my short list of things that needed fixing. They replaced all the windshield wiper blades. They purchased and installed a rechargeable flashlight that was supposed to be in the van. They they ordered a plastic threshold to replace on that was slightly cracked. They also replace a piece of weatherstripping that had a minor tear in the black rubber. I am very pleased with my entire CarMax experience. Now I understand why there are so very many vehicles running around town with "CarMax" emblems on the rear of the vehicle. The next time I need to purchase a vehicle I plan to go on-line and see what CarMax has to offer.

This is by far the best subcompact suv for the money. I absolutely love the 2024 taos se. It's loaded with awesome tech and has great acceleration.

Had this car 3 years, and I’m planning to keep it longer, despite its faults. I have the 2016 500x 2ltr diesel, 4x4 auto version. All good, apart from... AC stopped working - and will be very costly to fix; and Intermittent gearbox problem - generally happens after a few hundred miles at motorway speed. Dealer doesn’t know what to do, out of warranty, and they deny there was a recall - which, if you google, is really easy to find.

I had a great out of state car buying experience at Suburban Chevrolet in Claremore, OK. Allen Marrs made me feel very comfortable from the first phone call. He offered to hold the car until I was able to get there. He gave an accurate description and everything was as promised. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The car is so nice I may never have to buy another, but if I do I’ll shop Suburban Chevrolet!

I'm 6', 200#; adjustable seat (Activ) makes comfortable, more leg room in back than my previous drive (2013Terrain). 6-7 mpg better than previous; beating expected overall mpg by 1-2 mpg. Will see how FWD compares to AWD Terrain this winter season. So far, more than extremely pleased.

Nelson Mazda is a no pressure dealership with a beautiful showroom, friendly people and a huge selection of new and used vehicles. Our experience was excellent working with JD to buy a newer truck. He handled everything throughout the process, never passed us off to anyone else and was fun to sit and visit with while waiting for our paperwork. He's definitely an asset. I love my CX30. Only a few very minor complaints. The back seat is small. I would only recommend it for small children. Since i'm the only user, it doesn't really apply to me. The car overall is small, which makes it easier to maneuver and more fun to drive than larger CX models. I'm 6'3 tall and have no problem fitting in the driver's seat - plenty of head and leg room. The other complaint is the small gas tank (under 13 gallons). Even though, I don't regret buying my CX30. It's a lot of fun! I would definitely recommend not looking at any trim level lower than premium due to all the options the premium includes. I opted for the non-turbo. It's fast enough without it, and was 3K less.

It says online the 2020 has recalls but if u want the truth type in your vin number and see if yours does even have any recalls or anything cuz my does not and Its a 2020 3 cylinder turbo inline engine and Its a tank def not a evoboom or anything even close to that it's been great and continues to be a great buy at 8 grand I got the best deal in guna find for this gem in a dark gray and nice interior design

This is an update from my February 1, 2019 review. I have now owned the vehicle for nearly seven years. I’ve personally driven nearly 20,000 miles in it. The vehicle now has nearly 50,000 miles on the odometer. I purchased it certified pre-owned from a BMW dealership. I have maintained the vehicle to manufacturer specifications. I have only paid for routine maintenance. I have paid for zero repairs. My previous review is confirmed. Full disclosure, two repairs were covered under warranty by the BMW dealership when I purchased the vehicle and one other repair was performed by a different BMW dealership due to their mistake during a routine service.

I am not a fan of working with dealers, however this dealership has given me renewed hope! I had a 5-star experience! I was searching the country (I live in Colorado) for the right combination of price, miles, bluebook value, etc and found what I wanted at Don Thornton in Tulsa. I purchased the vehicle sight unseen. Zach Brown, the sales rep, was phenomenal to work with, I highly recommend him! He made the buying experience from out of state easy! He provided everything I needed to make the transaction seamless. He was honest, forthright, responsive, and friendly...They picked me up at the Tulsa airport, brought me to the dealership, and had me on the road in less than one hour. The car was meticulously detailed and ready to go. Everyone I worked with at the dealership were great! Thank you!

Purchased new Taos SE AWD end of April. Only have about 1,700 miles on it so far but I am very impressed. Fit and finish are great; rides smoothly and quietly. Many features on the vehicle for the money. 8 speed trans is seamless in its operation. Engine idles so quietly that my wife asked me why I had shut off engine when it was idling in a parking spot. Only concern (and it’s a very minor one) is need for more horsepower. I know that the’25 Taos has 17 more horsepower than the’22-‘24 models, but vehicle still feels like it needs more on inclines with four people in the car and when driving into high winds. But that is the only concern; made a great decision when I bought this car.
