Chevy Trax is the best car ever! I have a dark blue metal flake and it is beautiful. I don't know why people gripe about the motor noise. Trax has no motor noise! Good gas mileage. I love the way it sits up high it's fun to drive. I would never drive anything but my Trax. I recommend Trax to everyone!

My wife and I bought a 23' Jeep Compass Limited with 15K miles. We were looking for something small but also a vehicle that could offer 4x4. My initial impression of it at the dealership was that it has an awesome exterior paint color (granite crystal) and black wheels to compliment it. The car drives great on the highway and city. It's a very comfortable ride and the car can turn on a dime! I am currently averaging 30 mpg while commuting to work each day. I have noticed the car will sometimes have difficulty up shifting. As long as I apply more gas it eventually gets over it. Not a big deal for me as my last vehicle would do the same thing. The rear view camera is nice on the Compass, however it is completely useless at night. Overall we are very happy with our purchase.

Brookpark OH. i needed a recall that was way over due on my "new 2013 " Dodge, they cared for that at no cost to me and an oil change , they found a mouse house hiding under the hood and evicted them at no charge , very helpful. I love my Chevy Trax I bought it in 2023 its a 2024 it drives good get awesome gas mileage drove from Oregon to Oklahoma and back and one more time to Oklahoma no brake dows yes its lower to the crowd but for me its perfect to get in and out It has a lot of room in back seat and back of car for shopping It only hat one problem the Moniterscreen whent out but the Recall fixt it

Bought to replace a Cruze that was a real road warrior . 2025 Trax 3 cyl does 70 mph plus on trips with 3 adults in comfort . LS model had no rear hatch cover . Bought one off FB Marketplace for $10. Dealer wanted $235. Used the rubber floor mats from the old Cruze and snapped right into place on the Trax for the winter weather . Doing more frequent oil changes because of wet belt setup . Originally wanted a Buick Envista but felt the $21200 Trax was basically the same car for thousands less .

Jeff Wagner in the service department offers top-notch service. Had a problem with the key fob and tire sensors not working. Turned out I needed a new battery. Jeff has always gone above and beyond to assist me. Excellent experience all around.

I went into Northcoast Mitsubishi Bedford not knowing what to expect. I did some looking at cars online and found a couple that I liked. We'll once inside Renee introduced herself and instantly put me at ease. I have only bought twice from a dealership lifetime so I'm not a pro. Good quality car. After so many long trips I enjoyed any time with my family, ex. Medellín to Guajira more or less 1000 KMS ~ 600 miles. It is an Mt Advance version and does not have as many technical assistants. But it is a city car, don't expect too much. it doesn't have much strength

Had this LT for a year now and it has been very nice. Great gas mileage and seems to get just a touch better on the HWY than reported. Overall a great value and good overall car in the entry level. I would recommend the LT trim as it has the nicer interior but keeps the price point down. It packs a ton of features that you don’t expect from market segment. Also gives you a lot more room than you expect, very comfortable for 4 people with no problems.

Ganley is a nice facility and has nice mechanics, service people, sales people. They explain what they are doing to your car and how long it will take. They even wash your car before you leave.

Very happy with my HR-V sport model. Exterior design of the car is very nice Interior is a little small with not much room for storing things. Would not recommend this car to avery large person but for a smaller individual it is perfect, Runs well, has more pick up than I thought it would have. Based on only been driving it for 3 weeks I do recommend it.

I absolutely love this car. It have a 2022 Trailblazer Activ with all the safety features and full sunroof, etc. I have 80,000 miles on it and it is so fun to drive! I have driven it all over the country and currently live in the mountains and commute 90 miles round trip over a mountain on winding road to work and back and it’s so easy in this car! I even lived in it for a few months when touring national parks and slept on a mattress in the back with seats folded down and it was super comfortable for me as a 5ft 5in person. Especially since I could look at the moon and stars through the sunroof while laying down in the back! I am praying that it goes to 200,000 miles because I dread the day I no longer have this car and may just end up buying another one even though I would prefer a hybrid for better gas mileage. I also have had exactly ZERO issues with this car! I have gotten regular oil changes and service checks and that’s it! About to get the spark plugs replaced just because it’s time. But it has not shown any signs of any problems whatsoever! I’m beyond thrilled with my purchase! And I only ever owned Toyotas or Hondas before buying this car, but the reliability so far is comparable! My auto shop also told me they never see these cars in the shop because they are reliable! So hope that helps someone!!

Went in for a recall, which ended up being a computer update. Was expecting a comeback we?ve ordered part but like I said it ended up being just a computer update.. I I wasn?t expecting for them to do a multi point inspection of my vehicle, which was fabulous. Just I wasn?t expecting it on a recall appointment.. I love the system where they send you a message where you can pick and choose the items that need to be taken care of. I was told I needed a new engine air filter, which I knew I did for my last oil change I approved it over the phone. They gave me a clear price of what it would cost out the door. They washed my car the service writer was friendly professional. I love Ken Henley inventor their showroom is amazing, clean gorgeous, comfortable sales people are friendly professional. We bought my compass back in 2023 from Ken Ganley in Painesville. I can still remember the salesman who sold me my vehicle Dave that day was the easiest non-stressful car buying experience I?ve ever had. Can?t wait until it?s time for a new vehicle. This vehicle has one drawback that I am aware of. The back up camera is very poor. The images are not crystal clear. It is like looking at a television screen from the 50s. I had a Blazer 2019 and my screen was great. I cannot understand why my 2023 vehicle has a poor screen. I have contacted General Motors and have gotten nowhere with them. I find this poor visual screen to be a safety issue. Had I known the back up camera and screen were so poor, I would’ve never bought the car as much as I like everything else about it. The visual on the screen is even worse at night.

Service was phenomenal! Very friendly staff. I will recommend a family members to go there to purchase and for service on vehicles. Certainly enough power and comfort. Very roomy front and comfortable for passengers. The reviews call it sluggish and, it is not that during everyday use. I was shocked how well it drives after reading reviews. I got a great looking white 2024 RS in perfect shape with 9.000 miles on it. Much much better than expected meets ALL of my needs and, expectations.

Bought my new 2025 Chevy equinox at Serpentini Chevrolet. I?ve had it almost a year. It was due for a first time oil change service was good and fast.

I have not had any problems with my Encore. I drove it to Nevada, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Kentucky and Arkansas and have not had any problems with it at all. I have had the standard maintenance on it, Radiator Flush, Oil changes and put a new battery on it in 2022. The battery it came with lasted 6 years, can't complain about that. And I just put a set of tires on it too. I am very happy with this model and would recomend it anyone looking for a GREAT SUV.

It says online the 2020 has recalls but if u want the truth type in your vin number and see if yours does even have any recalls or anything cuz my does not and Its a 2020 3 cylinder turbo inline engine and Its a tank def not a evoboom or anything even close to that it's been great and continues to be a great buy at 8 grand I got the best deal in guna find for this gem in a dark gray and nice interior design

Terry was quick to return all inquiry calls, was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, helpful in navigating toward the final decision and patient in setting up the Toyota app from my phone (which was not cooperative). Ryan was very friendly, personable, organized, patient with my physical limitations, thorough, willing to explain, etc. (Hope you’re reading this Mrs. Schneider. :-)) Overall a very positive experience and a dealership which I cannot recommend more highly!

So slow it’s almost unsafe! Front seats are not comfortable. Blind spot in side mirrors. Everything else is good. Base engine needs 40 more horses. Sport trim should have a turbo engine.

Working on 2 years now with my new Buick, looking at this vehicle from the outside you really feel like you’re looking at an expensive car, the inside of the car is nicely done for the price point. First model year for the Envista. You have to expect some issues., I had my car in twice to have the radio reprogrammed or updated whichever you wanna call it. I’ve had the sunroof motor replaced as that has worn out. I haven’t had any other issues with the vehicle, the ride is great. It’s fairly quiet, it gets great gas mileage and it totally suits my need as far as space , comfort, and appearance. There are just a couple of things that I would change about this vehicle if I could. First, I would upgrade the sound system to something better, the sound system is pretty good but I bought the Avenir and one would think that model should’ve had a premium sound system. Express up windows could’ve been added, not just expressed down. The car could’ve used some additional sound deadening material. Buick are known for being quiet vehicles, I think the additional sound deadening and also maybe an 18 inch wheel in the satin nickel finish would’ve been nice. I have the 19 inch wheels and I think the 18 inch would’ve given it a better ride but it’s still pretty decent. The car is quiet however it is not that Buick quiet that I’ve had before in other Buicks. Would I buy this car again, probably not but not because there’s anything wrong with it, just because I would probably want to change. I’m at retirement age so I did buy this vehicle knowing I’m going to keep it probably as my last vehicle. Is it a nice vehicle absolutely, is it worth the money? Absolutely, should you buy one of these that’s entirely up to you after a test driving it, but I don’t think you would be disappointed as long as you understand what you’re paying for. You are not spending 40 to 50,000 on a vehicle buying this car and you’re getting something that looks definitely like it could be worth 40,000.

New 2 weeks ago today. This car is not intended for family vacation. I use it as a daily driver a 100 miles round trip. I got the mid-grade trim package heated seats moon roof. it has a small gas tank 13.9 gallon. I question the MPGs as advertised but its ok at 27 mpg all highway. It will fit 4 people but i believe Ford didnt intend for it to be a vacation car but a general purpose of getting back and forth to work car.So far so good only time will tell.
