After recently having a terrible car-buying experience where I was taken advantage of and ended up with a lemon, I was extremely cautious about trusting another dealership. As a single woman shopping for a car, it can feel overwhelming trying to determine who is being honest and who truly has your best interests in mind. When I found the vehicle I really wanted, I hesitated because the dealership?Arlington Nissan in Illinois?was out of state. I spent nearly two months continuing to search for other options, but nothing compared. Eventually I decided to take the chance and make the trip to see the car in person. From the moment I arrived, the experience was reassuring. Alex Reiss, the salesperson who helped me, was professional, respectful, and refreshingly straightforward. Even though he?s a younger guy, he handled the entire process with confidence and integrity. He listened to my concerns about my past experience and made it clear that this time things would be handled differently. Alex answered all of my questions, provided the reports I requested, and explained the 6-month Certified Select warranty, which helped give me peace of mind. Because of how transparent and helpful he was, I felt comfortable enough to move forward and purchase the car that same day. The experience in the finance office was just as positive. Dominic walked me through the paperwork carefully and made sure everything was clearly explained. I really appreciated that he didn?t pressure me into unnecessary add-ons or try to slip in extra warranties or fees. The process was honest and straightforward. Before taking the car home, the dealership also addressed a few service items I wanted looked at and completed a full detail. Kiah in the service department kept me informed about what was being done and when the vehicle would be ready. When I returned to pick it up, the car looked fantastic?honestly like it had just come off the showroom floor. The service team clearly took the time to make sure everything was done right. What stood out most about my experience was the team effort. Alex, Dominic, and Kiah all worked together to make sure my concerns were heard and that the entire process went smoothly. They treated me with respect, were transparent throughout the process, and delivered exactly what they promised. Buying a car after a bad experience can be difficult, but this team truly restored my confidence. Ali had a very good price on a 2014 Camaro with low miles, they also gave me a fair trade value for my 2012 Camaro. The paper work was quick and easy. Ali even gave me a 30 day warranty at no charge! They have a wide variety of vehicles on hand. Keep in mind that they are a used car dealer and you’ll need to do your own inspection. 2012 Toyota Highlander review
Bought the '12 used with 30k miles on it 9 years ago. It now has 187k and is running great. Regular oil changes and typical maintenance, brakes, tires, etc. The AC did go last year and was fixed. Car is plenty cargo spacious and has been used to move many items, furniture, building materials etc. The only thing I'd like better from it is brighter headlights. If a HIghlander has been maintained I'd not hesitate to pick up a higher mileage used one and expect many more miles.

I recently purchased a 2025 Infiniti QX80 at an excellent price. Even at full price, it offers good value in the full-size luxury SUV market. After one month, here's my assessment. Strengths **Styling**: The QX80 features elegant exterior and interior design that outshines most competitors. The Navigator's redesign was disappointing, while the Wagoneer lacks refinement. Only the Escalade matches its presence, though with a more aggressive look. **Value**: Infiniti's current market position creates pricing advantages. Feature-for-feature, the QX80 is thousands less than competitors across all trims. **Powertrain**: The twin-turbo 3.5L V6 delivers smooth power through a 9-speed transmission. I'm averaging 20-21 mpg in mixed driving (better than EPA estimates), though it requires premium fuel. **Comfort**: Ride quality and noise isolation are excellent for a body-on-frame vehicle. The air suspension mitigates most harshness from the 22" wheels. **Handling**: It drives more like a midsize SUV, handling mountain roads with unexpected confidence. Only the pricier Escalade V offers better dynamics. **Space**: Dimensions match standard Navigator and Escalade while exceeding the Lexus LX. The third row comfortably fits adults with easy access, and cargo space is generous, especially with seats folded. **Towing**: All models can tow 8,500 pounds, above segment average. Only Wagoneer models with Hemi V8s offer more. Weaknesses **No Homelink**: Inexplicably lacks the standard garage door opener system. Instead uses "myQ," requiring compatible equipment and Wi-Fi. It works roughly 20% of the time for closing, 50% for opening. **Missing Trailer Brake Controller**: Despite strong towing capacity and pre-wiring, it lacks this essential safety feature that the cheaper Nissan Armada includes standard. **No Rear Sunshades**: A premium family vehicle should include this feature, common in less expensive SUVs. **Limited Storage**: Few interior storage options beyond a modest console and small pass-through. The Autograph trim's "cool box" reduces console space by half while offering minimal functionality. **Software Issues**: I've experienced two significant electronic failures already. Air suspension systems generally develop problems after several years. **Resale**: Likely below Lexus but competitive with Navigator and slightly below Escalade. Verdict I'm satisfied with my purchase, especially given local dealership availability and favorable pricing. The electronic issues create some concern for long-term ownership. For shoppers prioritizing style, value, and driving dynamics who can accept some feature omissions, the QX80 deserves consideration in this competitive segment.

2018 Jaguar F-PACE review
I bought (used) the R-Sport diesel in British Racing Green with roof racks. Super cute car, but not real roomy inside. I could complain about a lot of things like no compass and cramped back seat, but for me, the good points outweigh the bad. It has only been in the shop a few times (I'm the 2nd owner, so I figured things would be due to need replacing anyway); the gas mileage is phenomenal - on the highway I've gotten as much as 40mpg - and around town is an easy 30+. I like to stand out from the crowd, and this car certainly does it for me. Overall pretty happy with it!

2025 Toyota Land Cruiser review
I purchased this car at the end of June 2025 and currently have only 5,000 miles on it. So far I love the Land Cruiser. The interior is very nice, but not especially plush. It is comfortable. The LC handles well, but I haven't taken it off-road, nor have I had to deal with difficult weather conditions. The drawbacks that I see are that it requires premium gas, does not get especially good gas mileage, and the gas tank is small for the size of the vehicle. I have no regrets in buying this vehicle.

2024 Toyota Land Cruiser review
Reading some of the reviews here on Cars.com, and I get the impression folks bought the wrong car. This Land Cruiser is perfect. Toyota stripped out luxury, got away from a 90k luxo-barge, and built and off-road SUV. "the ride can be rough/stiff at times"; it's body on frame, for good reason! The suspension articulation, ramp angle, etc... beat the pants of a unibody SUV. "The transmission is jerky..." for a few thousand miles; once it learns your driving style, it smooths out (my '23 Alfa Romeo with the ZF 8-speed did the same thing). Hybrid systems are complex, and once the vehicle learns where you throttle off/on, brake, how firmly you accelerate, it behaves much better. "The hybrid offer rubbish fuel mileage"; first - blame the Federal Govt and CAFE for everyone switching to hybrids. second - if you actually take it off-road, you'll discover the brilliance of having electric motor torque at low speed while crawling... much better low-speed control than even my old LC100 with a V-8. "the interior plastics are cheap"; Toyota made a decision to use long-wearing, durable materials, and keep the cost down, so we could get an excellent off-roader for 55k (a little more than the average selling price of a car in America), instead of 90k (previous gen LC200 luxo-barge). Bottom line, if you want the luxo-barge, get the GX... the V-6 won't work as hard, has a larger tank, it has leather, and a trick suspension that smooths out body-on-frame ride characteristics... if you want a rugged off-roader, without stuff to break, and don't plan on being precious about it... the current gen Land Cruiser is a bargain, checks all the right boxes, and has reliability the Wrangler and Bronco can only dream about.

2019 Mazda CX-5 review
This is my second CX-5. This first was a 2016 I bought in 2019 and loved tremendously and then it was totaled when I was rear-ended by someone texting and driving during Covid. I drove a sort of hand-me-down Jeep for a while during the weird Covid period when everything was uncertain but knew I wanted another CX-5 as soon as I felt financially comfortable. The car is extremely comfortable, handles well and has a beautiful streamlined and simply classic look. My partner who is a die-hard Mercedes snob even loves it!

2022 Lexus RX 350 review
Love this car. Sitting in the driver’s seat is so comfortable. Silky smooth engine. Rides so nice and quiet. We have looked for this color Grecian water for a long time. Wanted no newer than a 2022 because we didn’t want the 4 cylinder. The 3.5 V6 runs so smooth. Would definitely recommend the purchase of this SUV.

2025 Lexus GX 550 review
Nicely designed, very comfortable, Luxury plus model has fantastic features. Some plastic interiors could be improved. Solid in nature, great visibility from inside, panoramic roof is very nice. The fact that Lexus has really designed it to fit inside a standard US garage is great!. Love the coolbox. Also the rear glass door opening is a big hit. '3rd row going under ground' without sacrificing space for spare tire is excellent. More inside storage space world be a plus

2024 Lexus GX 550 review
The car is great. It is extremely roomy, but it handles very well. My only negative is that it has a small gas tank and gets so few miles to the gallon so you feel like you are filling it up all the time if you drive a lot like I do. Otherwise it is an amazing car Lexus out did themselves with this one!

My wife and I went to the LA Auto Show because she was in the market for a new car. Love the car. Love the 5.5 engine, it is not M113 of course, but M273 is also good. I personally prefer 5.5 over 4 turbo. Fun car that always put a green on my face.

2024 Toyota Sequoia review
I am a fan of Toyotas and this new Sequoia hits all the buttons for style performance & technology yeah it’s a little pricey but compared to the other big SUVs in the market, I think it’s reasonable.

2015 Lincoln MKX review
We purchased the 2015 MKX as used with low mileage. Very stylish and we love the color inside and out. The controls are difficult to locate to increase/decrease the fan speed and other control items. Overall, I have been very satisfied so far with minimal issues; a/c diverter had to be replaced, however, the ride is rough as compared to our smaller 2019 MKC, and I mean a notable difference w/ approximately the same mileage driven. The best ride we have is our 2006 Ford F150 of course it has a little longer wheelbase.
