2022 Tesla Model Y review
I have had the Y for a little bet over a year and have put 30,000 miles on it. Have had no trouble at all with any aspect of it's operation. Have towed a 3,000Ibs trailer from the east coast to Dever in the middle of winter (every day the temperature was 32 degrees or less) without and had no idea that it was behind me except that i had to stop every 100 miles to recharge instead of every 275-300 miles. I will never go back to a gasoline powdered car again.

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

2021 Tesla Model Y review
The moment I got the demo car onto the highway, I thought to myself, “I LOVE this car!” Which rarely happens. I test drove both the Model 3 and Model Y in snowy conditions, and had not a single bout of fear that I may lose control. A few weeks ago, when we were getting a winter blizzard, I was driving my Mother home from Boulder. It was snowing about 2” -3” per hour, people were spinning out all over the place. 2021 Tesla Model Y review
One of the best cars I owned. With recent price reduction on Teslas, this car is excellent value. First of acceleration does not get old. Puts a smile on my face every time. One pedal driving is fantastic once you get used to it. So many different features and you get more with every update. This is so cool to own car for 6 month or longer and still get new features. I’m assuming they had some quality issue with early models. Mine is 2022 and fit and finish is excellent. All works as advertised. I was a bit skeptical about getting a Tesla myself due to so many negative comments. But my personal experience is excellent. No rattles. Love using my phone as a key. So convenient. Audio system is one of the best in business. Give Tesla a try and you will not be disappointed. Range is plenty for daily city driving. Saving ton of money on gas. Convenience of charging at home. No more Costco gas station lines. Time will tell, but as far as I understand this electric engines are much simpler and this more reliable in a long term.

2023 Tesla Model Y review
Everything positive other owners have said in the reviews is true about performance, easy to drive, comfort, etc, but I was very much impressed by the fit and finish of the vehicle. We all hear about panel gaps and misalignments and bad build quality from the "experts", but my car was on par or even better than the Lexus GS I traded in. I liked it so much my father also bought one based on my recommendation and again the vehicle was flawless. Maybe back in the day this was an issue when this model was first introduced, but certainly not anymore. Both times I was at the service center picking up the two vehicles, I looked at dozens of other new customer cars on the lot and none had any issues that I could see.

2023 Tesla Model Y review
Great car to drive every day. It's best attributes are its quick acceleration and stability. It's cool to have different horn sounds, and you can broadcast your favorite song outside (while it's parked). I personally love the silly light and sound shows you play to show your friends. The stereo system sounds great. The things that need improvement are: the rear air vents don't point straight to the rear passengers, there's no spare tire and if you get one you loose a lot of the trunk space. 2025 Tesla Model Y review
This car is mind blowing! It is elegant and grown up, unlike some of the faster competitors. Driving this car is like a dream, everything works! The stability control is far superior to anything I've driven from stock! To put a cherry on the top, it drives for you! No more fender benders from stop and go traffic. I initially walked in late in the evening with no appointment with my 88 y/o Mom who I wanted to make sure she could get in and out of the MDX I had my eye on. Liz was kind enough to bring the MDX next to our car to see if Mom could get in and out with her walker. Liz was patient and friendly with my Mom and knew it was important to me to have her comfortable and safe. I made an appointment for the next day to properly test-drive various MDXs. Liz listened to my preferences and concerns then remembered a specific MDX they had on the lot, so she brought it over for me to see. She warned me as she wasn't sure if I'd like the interior color...I took one look and said “I love it” - Red Italian leather! The 3rd MDX we test drove was the charm! Next, I talked to the finance manager, Mandy Matanga. Mandy was friendly and fantastic to work with as she gave me the best deal to fit my budget. Girl Power for the Win with the Sales and Finance Team for my 3rd Acura to own - my dream car, MDX Type S Advance and early birthday gift to myself. Thank you, Grubbs Acura in Grapevine!
2022 Tesla Model Y review
The is the FUTURE of automobile transportation! Absolutely FABULOUS car! No more gasoline, no more scheduled maintenance. If you hit the accelerator hard, you'd better have your head against the headrest or you may be injured. Zero to 60 mph in 3.5 seconds for my 2022 Model Y Performance. Fast charging Tesla Superchargers are always available across the country making long, cross country road trips a pleasure. At home I can charge 300 miles of range over night for $8 of electricity. Yes $8! Super Chargers cost more, but the speed and convenience is well worth the costs on road trips and it's still a fraction of the price of gasoline. I honestly look forward to getting into this car and driving it. I've owned a Mustang, BMW M3 and 5 Series, a Porche, Jaguar, Mercedes SL550, and many more cars. None were as fun to drive as the Tesla Model Y Performance. This is the future of automobile transportation and getting better every day.
