Being that I was only a few minutes away from Byers , thought I would see what other RAV4s that were available. So I met Colton and had a very nice conversation with him. I figured it was only polite to let Colton know that I found another vehicle. I took my 19 yo grandson there to look at a car I found online that I thought he would like, as he was looking to upgrade. We had an appointment with Mark Robinson. When we got there, things went very smoothly. My grandson bought the car and loves it! Mark was FANTASTIC and everyone seemed very nice. There was a pleasant feeling and vibe from everyone. We drove 2.5 hours to get there and would Totally do it again. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. The value was good for the car. I have no complaints. I see some of the lower rated complaints are that they had an appointment and got there in the car had been sold. I fully understand why vehicles are not held and told my grandson before we even left that they won’t hold it if somebody comes in and wants to buy it right then. The fact that people expect to hold an item when you may or may not show up or may show up and then decide you don’t like it. It’s not comfortable for you, etc.. If you’re not lacking in common sense issues, The dealership scores a five all the way around. I cannot say enough good things about Mark Robinson. He went above and beyond. Sheila Dorn

2021 Toyota 4Runner review
One of the last SUV’s with a real 4x4 and towing capacity. The engine and transmission lasts longer than anything similar. Not the greatest mpg but this is greatly off set by reliability and longevity.

My wife drives this vehicle and she is a small gal. She said it fits her great and rides very smooth. Gas mileage isnt the best but she doesnt drive it everyday so its not a big deal for us .

Best car buying experience of my life... I've purchased over a dozen new vehicles and, while almost none were truly bad experiences, all pale in comparison to this one. Working with Shawn Ware and Randy Dugan was the easiest and most pleasant car buying process I've ever been through. I sent an inquiry via the website and got an immediate response from Shawn. Asked him for a few pictures and he texted them to me quickly. Sent him details about my trade-in vehicle and got a fair trade-in value from him very quickly and without any haggling. Asked for an actual deal sheet and he emailed me one within minutes (if you've never bought a car remotely getting an actual deal sheet sent to you is usually nearly impossible). I've used both Vroom and Carvana in the past and while I would be willing to use Carvana again I'd rather just call Shawn; it was a simpler and more pleasant experience. Once I was ready to do the deal Randy called to go over the specifics on the financials and, for the first time ever in my experience talking to finance managers, didn't try to do the hard sell on the extended warranties. He told me he had a couple of options and asked (yes asked!) if I wanted to know about them. Got him in touch with the loan officer at the credit union I used for the loan and he took it from there. To top it all off they delivered my new truck and picked up my trade-in for free to my home 250 miles away from their dealership. Total time from asking for some pictures to truck sitting in my driveway was less than 24 hours. Next time I'm in the Longview area I'll make a point to stop in and meet Shawn and Randy in person. Great experience all the way around.
