Performance Lexus Northern KentuckyReviews
Performance Lexus Northern Kentucky review
My wife and I had the pleasure of working with both Madison and Kim in sales. Out of the gate we found them to be pleasurable to work with. My wife is small , so finding a car to fit her is a challenge. Madison was determined to find one, and she did. Kim made sure we were comfortable with the pricing and we closed. The paperwork to closed happened faster and smoother than any closing I've been involved in. The finance dept wAs very nice while the tech lady explained all the bells and whistles. All in all we were in and out on closing day in less than 2 hours. The entire team are first class and made the experience fun. I would highly recommend Performance Lexus in Ft Wright Ky

Kings Toyota review
I bought a used vehicle this week and was really impressed by the service we received. Our sales person Jake went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Aaron in the financing Made our experience quick and painless. Both were very personable and we enjoyed conversations with them. They also stayed past closing to make Sure, our questions were answered, and we were happy and satisfied before we Took our beautiful vehicle home. Definitely Would recommend Kings Toyota for your vehicle and Jake and Aaron for your service.
2020 Toyota Camry review
I am absolutely happy with my 2020 Camry!! I went to Toyota of Woodbridge to see what, if anything they could do for me. I had an older model Corolla to trade. They Nadir (salesperson) and Brandon (business manager) made a sweet deal for me. Trade-in amount was awesome, monthly payment was unbelievably awesome!! My Camry rides great and looks great!! I would strongly recommend this year and model!! Please make Toyota of Woodbridge your 1st stop when shopping for a Toyota. You won't be sorry. They are friendly and professional.

We bought 2015 Honda CRV in 2016. Great car, Driving experience and routine maintenance increases car life. Every time take to my car for maintenance, always given honest advice and I respect their services. Only thing that is little expensive service cost. Still I would recommend to take it to them to fix the car.

2020 Toyota Camry review
Purchased new on October 2020, just one issue is that the battery is showing sings of acid leak I clean with wire brush and looks good, I have 28,000 and purchased 10/25/2020, have a great acceleration, paddle shifter is awesome, my only concern is that should have added larger front rotor's the car is fast and it should have a better breaking system, it is an xse 6 cylinder and the TRD 6 cylinder only has a different package, but my Camry goes to 100 mph in a heartbeat, also has the bottom for eco, normal and sport and I have beaten several BMW and some benz 250 and 300, the xse package has leather seats front seats get warm or cold depending on your preference, I do not abuse my vehicle at all, just sometimes you need to clear the throat.

Honda of Marysville - OH review
I’m the owner of 2 Honda vehicles, both of which I bought at this dealership & have serviced at that same dealership for the last 13 years. The service representatives are always competent, professional & polite & the mechanics are experts at fixing whatever problems may arise with my vehicles & keep them running like new. A special note of recognition to Jennifer Kane, who has been my most frequent Service Representative over the years, who always takes good care of me & makes an effort to get me back on the road in good time which I greatly appreciate!

Oxmoor Chrysler review
Carolyn was responsive to my initial inquiry. She was understanding of my current position in car shopping and offered her service when or if it would be needed. I appreciated the no pressure attitude. I ended up not coming for a test drive because I was able to find something closer to where I lived. Oxmoor was a bit farther away. Had my first choice not worked out, I would have driven to Oxmoor.

Dreyer & Reinbold BMW INFINITI Subaru Volkswagen of Greenwood review
Today, I brought my Subaru Outback to Dreyer & Reinbold in Greenwood to have my front brakes replaced, as another Subaru dealership had indicated that they needed to be replaced. To my surprise, the Service Consultant, Joey Mack, indicated that both my front and rear brakes were fine, and well within safe driving standards...thus, no brake replacement and no charge. Needless to say, the honesty of the service staff is highly commendable, and I will be returning for service and future sales there -- not Speedway Subaru, which gave me a faulty diagnosis and a $770 estimate. Thank you, Joey... you are a credit to the dealership's owner and managers for your outstanding help and integrity!

Byers Imports Pre-Owned Center review
I had a great experience purchasing my car at Byers, especially thanks to Jeff. He was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. Since this was my first time buying a car in the U.S., I had a lot of questions and was a little nervous, but Jeff took the time to explain everything I wasn’t familiar with in detail. He also shared some fun stories from his past, which made the whole experience much more relaxed and enjoyable. I learned a lot about the car and the buying process along the way. I also really appreciated how quick and efficient the entire process was at Byers. Thanks again to Jeff and the Byers team for making my first car-buying experience in the U.S. such a positive one!

Very professional, knowledgable, helpful, and courteous. Explained every detail. Outstanding young man and experience. The dealership did not have what I was looking for in a vehicle but has all the information to notify me when they have it available.
