I booked my 2023 Tucson hybrid in to this dealership with a check engine light showing whenever the car was started and with a check hybrid system light showing after a few miles of driving. I had tried to get these problems fixed at two other Hyundai dealers in the area, but neither had fixed the problem for good. Each had had our car for several days, and with no loaners available. This dealer fixed the problem in a few days, replacing a defective part, and thoroughly test drove the car (twice) to make sure all was in order. I received quotes from Carvana and Carmax and had settled on selling my car privately until I received a quote from AutoNation Toyota in Leesburg, Va. The quote was like the others, but I decided to reply with a different quote expectation. Within 10 minutes, I received a phone call from Alan Ribner, acquisition specialist. He stated that if my car was as I described, AutoNation would be able to meet my price. The dealership is an hour from my house and I made arrangements to drive there the next day. Alan said a driver would bring me home. I arrived and met Alan. I have never experienced such customer service from a dealership. He was extremely professional and forthcoming on the process. I was on my way home in no time and very pleased. I have bragged about AutoNation; but particularly, Alan to my friends and colleagues.
