Took 2015 Toyota Corolla for service. My maintenance plan could not be verified through their computer, although I had supporting paper work. Aaron Newman , my service consultant was very friendly, courteous, and patient, did all he could to help me. Making several telephone calls to see if he could straighten out the problem. Service Manager, Jarrett Elder finally made a decision in my favor, and I was able to get my car serviced that day. Was very impressed with the provision of a courtesy ride home, while car was serviced. I will not hesitate to take my Car to Al Hendrickson Toyota next time around.
