Went in for a test drive, drove out same day with the 2018 new Toyota Tacoma I wanted. After friendly negotiation (that’s typical in car buying), Jagger and Luis were able to work out a great deal. Financing was also super easy (which depends on your credit quality) and serving afterwards to get base boards installed was excellent!
Just the service and friendliness of this dealership warranted me to consider them to friends and family.
I hate buying cars because of the dealership experience but I have to say this was a great experience. They listened, didn’t push me to do anything or take my keys. Even left and came back because I needed to think. The next day more than one person said hello and used my name from the day before. Devvan was my salesman and he was awesome. Spent more time making sure I was taken care of in the whole process.
After months trying to get my landcruiser repaired at a local shop, 1 week with the guys at camelback had my truck running great. They have the specialized knowledge needed for my 1992 fj80.

I had been looking for a 4runner for the past few months and I wasn???t in any rush to purchase one. Specifically because of past and present experiences at major branded dealerships. Last year at Camelback Toyota I spent a total of 8 hours purchasing a new Camry, arguing and being miss treated and I really didn???t want to do it all over again. Luckily I did find certified preowned 4runner at Avondale Toyota within my price range and I happen to come across a great person name Scheldon Ward. This man here is a truly incredible person. He helped reach my monthly financial goal and put me in to my dream car. The process was quick and painless. We were looking for a car for over a week almost everyday we had a set price for what we were looking for and every salesman would jump to way different numbers out of our range. We were at toyota for maybe 2 hours and drove off the lot with the exact car amazing experience and overall perfect numbers to match what we were looking for. Marybell was our salesman and she was absolutely amazing!!! I would recommend her to everyone who needs a car we need more people like her in the car buisness! She did exactly what we asked of her and made it work perfectly with our pocket book!! If you need a car go to see her! I worked with Jesse Frazier from the first email till delivery . He was very professional and honest about the entire sale . I felt like he was genuine and listened to my concerns and knew my time is very important to me being a self employed customer . Within three days he had the Tacoma I wanted and delivered it and picked up my trade in . I will always use Jesse and Avondale Toyota .
I previously leased a car from this dealership as a first time buyer and had the car for three years and my end goal was to purchase a Tacoma. Jesse Frazier helped me obtain my end goal after my three year lease amd get me into my dream truck that I have worked so hard to earn. We have purchased several vehicles over the years. Some experiences were ok and others were very stressful and uncomfortable. When we first moved to the Goodyear area, we were looking for 2 new Toyotas. We were greeted and assisted by Luis c. and were treated like gold. We made the purchases and the whole process was so easy and comfortable for us. We again came to see Luis and traded in our vehicles for a new Highlander. Again, with Luis, this was such an easy process. Luis calls from time to time and checks on our status and has made himself available if we ever have questions. He is the most courteous, professional person we hav ever dealt with. His customer service is over the top fantastic and this is why we came back to him for our vehicle needs. We will recommend him to everyone who inquires about an honest hard working sales person. If we decide to purchase or upgrade at a later time, we will be coming back to see Luis. He is a fabulous person and we greatly appreciate the way he has treated us and what he has done for us.
Requested information about a vehicle by email only, no phone number was given. Salesman called another person associated to me and was rude to them. Hung up when the person tried to explain they didn’t know what he was talking about. Salesman then finally emailed me saying that it was not okay that I gave someone else’s number. Very rude, will never buy a car from this dealer.
In comparison with my last car buting experience, George Henderson III was the best salesman. I told him I wanted him to be real with me and show me cars that were in my price range and he sure kept his promise. This dalership worked with me and George to get my forever car in my budget. I wanted an SUV. I checked out Honda CR-V and Subaru Forrster but bought a RAV4 because of Rick Emerson my service advisor or some 15 years- had a Corolla then a Prius. That???s how important service is to me.
