I had inquired on a few cars... It's all about timing and I found two cars I liked. I worked with the salesperson prior to coming into the dealership so we had a pretty clear understanding. I also prequalified. Then, I came by and Tony treated me respectfully and answered my numerous questions. In the end, I like my purchase and would probably return to this dealership if a different car was needed OR when I need service.

I had a wonderful all-around experience at the 99th avenue Carmax in Tolleson. The staff were very cheerful, respectful, and professional, especially my salesperson, Gabby. I found the best car for me. This Carmax is very organised and stress-free. I would highly recommend anyone shopping for a vehicle to visit Carmax. Sincerely, Leo Hintz

We had a great experience trading in our vehicle and purchasing our new car! Brandon was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. He made everything go smoothly and made sure we felt taken care of every step of the way. We especially appreciated that he followed up after the sale to make sure we loved our new car and see if we had any questions. Phil was also great to work with and helped make the transaction a positive experience. We highly recommend Brandon and Phil at Autonation to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience!

GREAT PRICE...LOW MILES!!! I JUST PURCHASED MY VEHICLE YESTERDAY WITH JOHN KING, HE WAS BOTH PLEASANT IN PERSON AS WELL AS BY PHONE, VERY INFORMATIVE. WHILE TEST DRIVING THE FRONT END WAS MAKING A NOISE, WE INFORMED JOHN AND HE WILL BE FIXING IT NEXT WEEK WHILE SUPLLYING A LOANER, HE HAS AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND SEEMS TO REALLY CARE ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS. MY FATHER AND I ENJOYED OUR TIME WITH JOHN. I WILL WRITE ANOTHER REVIEW AFTER THE SERVICE ON MY VEHICLE.
2022 Toyota Corolla review
Leasing this car. Expected to wait a couple of months but received a notification that a car matching my specifications would be available the next week. The car met most of my requirements. The price of the lease was considerably more than I expected to pay but I agreed to the terms. Two months after taking possession of the vehicle, the brake actuator failed and I lost use of the vehicle for two weeks. Of course, the repair of the brake actuator was under warranty! The miles per gallon are what I have come to expect from a Toyota Corolla - better than 40 mpg on the freeway, a little less on surface streets. I replaced the standard interior rear view mirror with the one that has a built in Universal garage door opener because there was not a convenient place to mount the garage door opener that I had used with two previous Toyota Corolla leases. The thing I like about this 2022 Toyota Corolla: good gas mileage, bright headlights, good interior space. Things I do not like: cheap plastic rear trunk wing that broke in drive through car wash, black out lettering that standout on the greyish body color, unlit driver side lock/unlock buttons that are hard to locate in the dark when getting out of the car.

I was really dreading going through the whole car buying process again after just doing it in July at another dealer but Mickey made my experience great! I absolutely loved her personality and attitude. I’m not saying it was a fast process but it was definitely one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Definitely ask for Mickey when coming here.

Auto City review
I have purchased my last two used cars from this dealership and I’m happy with how everything went. I was in and out in just a couple of hours both times. They provide a hassle-free, easy experience and get right down to business. Bottom line, I got a great deal on my trade-in, they gave me a lower interest rate than my trusted bank did, and they were not pushy in the least. Another huge plus is that the dealership seemed really scrupulous about safety protocols and keeping things clean among this Covid crisis. They wiped down the keys every time they handed them to me, they wore masks, and the Finance Manager had a glass screen in front of his desk. I felt safe there.

CarMax Escondido review
I had the car I wanted transferred in and from start to end they kept me informed. The waiting period was a bit of a bummer, but knowing that my car was arriving made it worth the wait. Ryan was super he completed the transaction and put us in good hands. We had a minor defect with the windows but Ryan made sure it was taken care of . Overall we were quite pleased. We're definitely getting a second car with them . Lidia

Toyota of SurpriseReviews
Toyota of Surprise review
Toyotas are the most trusted cars! And by far this has to be the best experience we’ve had purchasing a vehicle. We walked in 4 weeks ago and were greater by Keith. Worked with him for about a month because we really wanted a Red 4Runner and he was able to get one for us within 2 weeks. He stayed in contact with me through the entire process. I think we’re basically family now! Keith showed us around and explained all the features to us in about 4 different cars in the Arizona heat, he was so honest and extremely knowledgeable, and not to mention super patient! Lets add an extra points for his sense of humor too!
