Outstanding experience with Pavlo Nazarov at AutoNation Toyota Libertyville! From start to finish, the entire vehicle-buying process was incredibly smooth and seamless. Pavlo was exceptionally kind, direct, and straightforward throughout the whole transaction. There were absolutely no high-pressure sales tactics or dealership games, which made the experience stress-free and transparent. Hayes Auto Sales review
I wanted to give a shout out to Ruben staff member at Hayes auto dealership felt like his customer service was impeccable. He even dropped off the vehicle to accommodate my crazy work schedule. He went out of his way from when we first interacted over the phone. He kept me up-to-date and sent me Pictures and videos of The vehicles on the lot. He then walked me through the paperwork and even followed up with me afterwards to make sure that I was Satisfied with my choice. Thank you for your quickness and efficiency.

I recently bought a car from this dealership, and people from here are really nice. Mike was great at explaining every detail about the car, and everything went smoothly! Kindness is everywhere in here! Not only the car works perfectly, but they also care so much about your pocket! I had my service done with Anthony, and he’s great. He was very attentive with details and explained everything without leaving any details out. I really recommend him!

Dieffenbach GM SuperstoreReviews
Dieffenbach GM Superstore review
The buying experience was nothing but incredible. We bought a 2022 Jeep they took in on trade, all they way from South Texas. When I expressed interest online, Tara Platt reached out to me within minutes. We bought it sight unseen, in person. She assured me it was perfect and it was. From arranging the shipment, to finalizing the paperwork, sending it through Fed Ex back and forth, everything went flawless. My only regret is we didn't get to meet Tara and the other staff in person. If you have never bought on-line, don't worry one bit dealing with Tara and the dealership. Thanks again for the awesome jeep and price.

I recently purchased a car from this dealership, and I cannot say enough how wonderful the experience was! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome that immediately put me at ease. Every step of the process was smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. The customer service here is nothing short of fantastic. The staff was knowledgeable, patient, and truly seemed to care about helping me find the right vehicle. Special thanks to the general manager, Scott, who went above and beyond to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. He made what can often be a stressful experience feel easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this dealership to my family and friends because I know they would have a great experience, just like I did.

Marshall Dry Ridge Toyota review
My husband and I recently purchased a brand new 2019 Toyota RAV4 through Marshall Dry Ridge Toyota, with Bob Snow. We have absolutely nothing but incredible things to say about our experience at this dealership, and more importantly, with Bob in specific. He was beyond patient and willing to do anything he could to get us the best deal, and make sure we got everything we wanted in the car. When we decided to purchase the car, Bob came back in on his day off and took his time explaining the interior features, and let us have another test drive, all on his day off. We loved the service we received, and our new car. Thank you Marshall Toyota!!

Gerald Jones VW Audi Mazda SubaruReviews
Gerald Jones VW Audi Mazda Subaru review
AMAZING SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! I start off with those three words so even if you don't read this whole review you get the point. We were traveling through Augusta GA after evacuating from hurricane Ida that had just devastated the New Orleans area. All warning lights popped up on the dash of my 2016 VW Jetta SEL and the vehicle went in to limp mode. Zero power over 35mph. On top of the destruction of hurricane Ida back home in New Orleans now I have a car that just basically gave up on me. The already pit in my stomach became even larger and only the worst case scenarios were going through my head now. A Google search leads me to the amazing team at Gerald Jones Volkswagen and the magic begins. Expecting at least a two or three day hotel stay in Augusta my service advisor Charles Davis takes me in to his service drive and assures me that everything will be alright and immediately puts one of his top techs named Mr. Chris on the case. Turns out it was as simple as a wheel speed sensor that the parts specialist Candace Betsch had sitting on the shelf in the parts department. While waiting on my vehicle to be repaired and strolling through the new car showroom I was greeted by the nicest young lady by the name of Vickie McPhee who introduced herself as the General Manager and was just as sweet as could be making sure that I was doing okay with a true concern about our safety during this hurricane evacuation. She even went as far as to introduce me to one of the owners Mr. David Jones and we had a great conversation as well. Next thing I know my service advisor Charles was standing next to me telling me that the speed sensor had already been replaced and my vehicle after being washed and run through quality control was ready to go. This my friends is one heck of a car dealership that has employed a team of people that truly care about their customers no matter where they are from or what dealership the vehicle was purchased. Keep up the good work and "job well done!"

2025 Toyota Corolla review
This is my fourth Toyota Corolla in a row. Absolutely. Love these cars and their durability. Love the fact that they went back to the darker interior for the new Corolla. Very comfortable And reliable car.

Peterson Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
Matt from Peterson‘s Nampa was Friendly, honest, very reliable that whole process was so smooth. I was amazed of how the experience was. I highly recommend this place they give you no runarounds. They hide nothing from you and definitely on your side to get you the best deal possible I will definitely go back there when In need of purchasing a new vehicle I wish everywhere was like this. That’s only been there a week he says, but you wouldn’t notice how efficient he is and just all-around kind person purchase a 2025 Jeep Rubicon A great team there Tha just thrilled of how there was whatsoever no stress on our end thanks to man and the whole team they know what they’re doing out there and there was absolutely no waiting like at other places that we’ve been we were in and out and it’s like everyone was just on the same page. The staff was very friendly as well and they took care of us with good timing.
