AutoNation Toyota Cerritos review
I called in asking about a specific car I was looking for. They were able to help me locate it, and gave me all the details and even sent some photos. I ended up driving an hour away to get there. The process was quick and everyone was very friendly and kind. They got me all of the warranty stuff I wanted and even gave me a discount. This was the first car I've ever bought and despite all of the bad press dealerships get, my experience was great!

This has been the best car buying experience we have had. My husband and I were considering replacing my car (which I loved). We had 2 models in mind but were dreading having to go to a dealer. Working with AJ Abdul made all the difference. There was no car available that met our requirements at the shop but he promised he would conduct a search and find it. He didn’t push us into buying any other. While seating at his desk, as promised, he found one that was being manufactured but it would take at least 3 weeks to be delivered. More than working with a sales person he made us feel like he was a good friend. He also always answers his phone. It was worth the wait. When we picked up our car, all we had to do was sign the paperwork and pay. We cannot thank him enough for making car buying such a pleasant experience. Luis & V

I had an excellent experience working with Jennifer. Her customer service truly went above and beyond from start to finish. She kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I always knew the status of my car. Communication was clear, timely, and professional, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate the effort she put into making sure everything was handled properly. I would highly recommend Jennifer to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience. She is by far the best salesperson that I have ever dealt with. Trust me, I have dealt with many over the years and Jennifer is absolutely top notch.

Jonathan was outstanding. He was knowledgeable about car and informative about features available on the car I was looking at as well as others on lot. I reached out to him by email through cargurus site initially. He was quick with response to my questions and concerns. That is why I chose the Toyota over the Impala and Mazda. Customer service is always a plus when I am making a large purchase. Thanks again for a great car buying experience.

Great place! Chris was kind and honest start to finish. I got the car I wanted for a good price. We were there late into the night, and even after the check was signed and the papers were done, he gave us his time and courtesy. He went so far as to take off my old license plate holder and put it on my new car for me at midnight! That is service!

Toyota of GoldsboroReviews
Toyota of Goldsboro review
I bought my forever car a 2019 Toyota Corolla from Toyota of Goldsboro NC in January of 2019 . This is my forever car . Not knowing that I’d be moving in October of 2020’ to Minot ND . This car does fantastic even on ice and snow . I still have the same battery that was in the car and even on the coldest days of 80 below zero it has started every single time and I do not have a block/ engine heater in it . I have 3 more payments left and then it’s all mine . I took my car into my local Toyota dealership for the oil changes etc and they were impressed with how good the original battery is after 5 years and our harsh weather. Usually the recommended a new battery after 3 years. But it with the one I have. I’m talking my son into buying a Toyota Rave 4 AW drive for his forever car .

Don McGill Toyota of HoustonReviews
Don McGill Toyota of Houston review
We recently bought our second Toyota from Don McGill. The first was a 2020Toyota Avalon and the second was a 2024 Toyota Crown. The first purchase went off without a hitch and we were very satisfied. The second car (the 2024 Crown) was purchased and delivered on 12/29/2023 with only one key FOB; I was told me I would get a second key FOB in six months. I subsequently talked to the service department; they promptly ordered one and I received it one week later. I do have an issue with the title department. My credit union is threatening to raise my loan interest rate if they don't receive the title. The only way to satisfy my credit union is to explain the process which I do not understand. The dealer should be more proactive in ensuring that the sales process does not end with delivery. My credit union still hasn't received the title. I am forced to keep calling which shouldn't be necessary.

Glen ToyotaReviews
Glen Toyota review
Rob, Bob, Jayson, and team are quality. This review is far overdue: I leased my Toyota April 2021 and had what was easily the best dealership experience, hands down. Rob was super knowledgeable, responsive, and charming as xxxx. Jayson was efficient, helpful, and a complete pleasure. And Bob made the financing end of things a total breeze. Glen Toyota is the place to be for an exemplary car-buying/leasing experience. Toyota is #blessed to have this branch in its mix. Thanks, Glen Team!
