I brought my vehicle in for service. Joe the service manager was very responsive, kind and great to work with. As I was waiting overnight for parts I decided I didn't want to put the money into it. I began shopping their cars online. I found a 2013 Chevy Equinox. I sent a message to see if it was still available and immediately received a phone call. The communication was top notch. Dino walked me completely through the process, making it a seamless, smoothe transition. Every person that worked there greeted me in passing. Not only was it a friendly experience but it was super easy. The finance guy worked with me making it a fair transaction for both of us. I'm sorry I don't remember his name but he was really great to work with. So many people congratulated me but more importantly thanked me for my business. If I'm still in the area I will definitely visit Bob Caldwell for future service and purchases! This is coming from someone who hates buying cars because it always seems shady, like you're being taken advantage of. This was the best car buying experience I've had in my 40 years of buying cars!

On the 16th of Feb i was in an accident in my 17 corolla xse. A car was lane hopping and was trying to get around traffic and no matter which way he act he was being stopped from getting around other cars. On his last lane switch he side swiped my passenger wheel well and made me slide into the Steele post barrier. This car handled very well i wish i could post photos but for how this car handled in this accident or being smashed on both sides this car handled perfectly. Thank you for making this a safe car

With virtually no new cars on dealer lots we had to order our new HR-V with the dealer. They kept us up-to-date with the process: when it was scheduled to go on the assembly line, when it was finished, when it was in transport, and what day it would arrive.

Leasing this car. Expected to wait a couple of months but received a notification that a car matching my specifications would be available the next week. The car met most of my requirements. The price of the lease was considerably more than I expected to pay but I agreed to the terms. Two months after taking possession of the vehicle, the brake actuator failed and I lost use of the vehicle for two weeks. Of course, the repair of the brake actuator was under warranty! The miles per gallon are what I have come to expect from a Toyota Corolla - better than 40 mpg on the freeway, a little less on surface streets. I replaced the standard interior rear view mirror with the one that has a built in Universal garage door opener because there was not a convenient place to mount the garage door opener that I had used with two previous Toyota Corolla leases. The thing I like about this 2022 Toyota Corolla: good gas mileage, bright headlights, good interior space. Things I do not like: cheap plastic rear trunk wing that broke in drive through car wash, black out lettering that standout on the greyish body color, unlit driver side lock/unlock buttons that are hard to locate in the dark when getting out of the car.

I've owned this car now for about a month, and it's nicest vehicle I've ever owned. It's quiet and also I have the black one, and with my tinted windows now, it looks awesome. Also I love all the features such as lane assistance, and how it'll stop on it's own so that you don't hit anyone while checking out everything else lol

We really love this car. We have not bought a car since 2006, we owned Hyundai's before but we are so happy we bought this Toyota Corolla Sport, it's sharp, it rides so smooth and it's practically brand new!!

Yes, the car does have some negatives AND it's not as peppy as the Civic but I love the car. I have friends with Nissans. Kia's and Hyundai's (the Kia sounds like a semi-truck) all have had problems...my "Corey" just goes and goes......

I own a 2021 Corolla Hybrid. I am 56 years old. This is the most perfect car I have ever driven. Everything from my 64 miles per gallon, to the tightness of the car, to the reliability, to the audio system, and to the price of it. It is the car to buy. I have read reviews by a well known magazine saying it lacks rear headroom and that because of that, it gets lower ratings. But the rear headroom is fine and is such a small thing compared to the important things. This car is a great car.

Staff were courteous and helpful. Car was exactly what I was looking for and price was right. One star taken away because only one key was supplied. Did not find out about this until I had given the dealer my cashier's check. Cost me $150 to get a second key made, effectively raising the price of the car. I will definitely ask about that before buying any used car in future.

I’ve owned several Toyotas over the years from a 4 Runner to an Avalon onto several Camrys. Now in my later years, I needed a smaller car, easily handleable, and 35+mpg plus be reliable. The Corolla delivers. Not a speed demon or a car you drive like it’s on rails but does exactly what I was expecting. A great retirement unit for running errands and 100 mile trips.

An amazing car to own. Hassle-free and quite fun to drive. No bells and whistles that break like more contemporary styles. Beautiful green color on the outside and warm beige on the inside. Love the simplicity and reliability of this car year after year. The 2005 Corolla is an all around winner!

I don't understand all these bad reviews.My transaction was pretty good. Brad S took care of me,handled the financing,which was a little bit tricky due to my not having any real loans since one in 2005,then one in 1990.I've never even had any utilities in my name.Plus it was Sunday shortly before closing time when I got there. I didn't even have to arrange a ride to go back to pick up the car.He volunteered to bring it to me,on his day off at that,and got it to me with lots of gas left,lol. My only complaint would be that I still haven't gotten copies of the paperwork,but to be fair,I haven't bothered contacting them to ask for it,so I figure it may very well be an honest oversight. They mailed my white title in plenty of time before the temp tag expired,and I got the "payment book",so I wasn't really worried about the other paperwork. I noticed a lot of the bad reviews are things that are the fault of the customers for not checking over the car before they bought it.That's OUR responsibility as customers to do the work of making sure the car is in good shape BEFORE we buy it,duh! If we were talking about a brand new car,then I agree that the dealer should make sure everything's good,but not at a small used dealership.

Earlier this year we were shopping for a new van. Our contact was initiated online as we were some 80 miles away. The price was outstanding in comparison to other local Honda dealers and Chuck the salesman was outstanding to work with. Just this week our 2013 Honda van had the service engine light come on and the engine was missing. The repairs were extensive and would have been costly except for the service manager Curt advocating for us with Honda. The huge majority of the cost was covered by Honda. The people, prices and service department at Honda Marysville are simply first rate. Kudo's to Honda as a corporation as well. This are the reasons why we buy Honda!!

I bought the corolla le in 2013 and just this year upgraded to a new car. It was extremely reliable, I can't emphasize that enough. Never had any major issues, just regular maintenance. I drove it up and down the west coast several times and never had an issue. It's a great first car or if you need something reliable that won't break the bank.

I have had this vehicle for about 2.5 years since I got my license, trust passing the driving test is extremely easy on this vehicle, it is perfect new drivers, and those whit small commutes.

They are very informative and help answer all my questions. They are remodeling but still are able to welcome customers.

I’m in love with this car but it has a few problems the USB port for CarPlay is non operational after only 40000 miles and the alignment needs work already all things that can be fixed very easily but a hassle nonetheless this is my 3rd Toyota and other than gas I never had any major problems with any of them

I purchased a 2020 Corolla about six months ago and overall I love it. That being said there are three things I'd change about it: 1. The audio/CarPlay screen. It's HUGE and can't be moved or adjusted. I'd much prefer a screen that is set into the dash, like in the newer Nissans for example. I drove a new Nissan as a rental recently and the entire dash was set up better than my Toyota. 2. It's really difficult, or rather impossible, to find a place to put a phone mount that doesn't partially obstruct your vision. I found one that is designed SPECIFICALLY for 2020 Corollas that has a mount that snaps into the hazard lights button, but it obstructs the CarPlay screen. It would be nice if in this day and age new cars came with build in phone mounts. 3. The rear window needs a windshield wiper. It tilts far enough back that rain doesn't run off, it just sits there. Turning on the rear defrost helps some, but I bought a squeegee so I can pull off and clear the back window so I can see better when it gets really bad. I'd really rather not have to get out of my car when it's raining to have to clear my window. A rear wiper would have eliminate that necessity.

Long story short, my wheel bearing went out on a trip to Hocking Hills. We limped to our cabin, and got my truck towed to Coughlin Ford the next day. We didn't arrive at the dealership until 4PM, getting close to closing time. I described my issue, and told them I was stuck in the Hocking Hills area, with just this vehicle, 200 or so miles from home (Toledo, OH)! Mike (service desk) was super helpful, and they got their top mechanic on the job right away. It took about an hour and a half to fix the wheel bearing (they had to order the part and get it there), and by 5:30 it was done! Mike showed me my bill, and they only charged me for an hour of service labor, plus the part. WAY cheaper than I was fearing. Super fast, very understanding and nice, worked with me, didn't gouge me in any way, and were a real blessing in my time of crisis. Heartily recommend. I wish more dealerships like this.
