This is my first leased car and I was dreading the car buying experience. Women often get ignored, patronized, or just plain ripped off at car dealerships but I'm happy with my new purchase, I now have a brand-new 2017 white Toyota Corolla.
I was greeted and helped by Kori who was very professional and extremely pleasant. He was thorough with the details about leasing or buying and helped me choose a car that I liked AND was within my budget. He showed me options within my budget and nothing more. The waiting areas are clean and Kori made sure i was comfortable offering me water or coffee as we completed the leasing process. A transaction that worked for me

I first went to the dealership knowing that, most likely, I wanted to trade in my 2011 Lexus RH450 for a newer Lexus. I also knew I didn't want to make the decision the same day, and dreaded the usual pressure of a car salesman. Miguel was patient and kept reminding me that he was there to help me...we went through a few options and found a car I was happy with; I still didn't want to decide then and there, I wanted time to make sure I was making a good decision. I had to reschedule my return a few times, but after a few days the deal was done. Mr. Kamal (financing) was particularly helpful and patient as we went through ALL the necessary paperwork, explaining each item carefully. Thank you, Mr. Kamal! Miguel and Sean were great listeners and responsive to my needs. The transaction was not what I consider a "typical" car-buying experience - much better. Finally and not to be overlooked, Yuri got me better insurance costs for half the cost. Overall, a very good experience.

Salesman Craig Sabarese meet me and my husband as soon as we parked our car. He was very friendly and helpful. We gave him the amount that we could pay and he made sure to get me and my husband in a car that was fully loaded, gas efficient, and very safe for the baby!!!!!!
