Recently purchased a 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander Platinum and very pleased with it. It handles very well and is very comfortable. I previously owned a 2017 Highlander and this is definitely an upgrade. Like the legroom in the third row seat.

Lexus of TowsonReviews
Lexus of Towson review
Many of us have found buying a new or used car, can be a very frustrating and negative experience. However, my wife and I just had the most pleasant and positive car buying experience ever, in purchasing our Certified Pre-Owned 2025 Lexus RX 350 from Lexus of Towson, all as a result of our Sales Consultant Jonathan Butler! Jonathan was the most professional, knowledgeable, and responsive automotive salesperson we have ever come in contact with. While for the most part, the staff at Lexus of Towson were always professional, helpful and very pleasant to deal with, for the exception for one Manager, Jonathan consistently exceeded our car buying expectations. Without a doubt, Jonathan Butler was the primary reason we decided to purchase our CPO RX 350 from Lexus of Towson, as apposed to numerous other dealers in our area! If you are in the market, or just thinking of purchasing a Lexus vehicle, do yourself a favor, and contact Jonathan Butler at Lexus of Towson, you will not be disappointed! Anthony Delauney

Ourisman Toyota 40Reviews
Ourisman Toyota 40 review
Nick & Dezmond are truly the best!!!!!! Go see them if you are considering purchasing a SUV. I first contacted this dealership Tuesday, 6/30, and I was lucky to get Nick. Although, I loved the vehicle, I was hesitant due to price and the dealership being over an hour away. I did an application over the phone and within an hour Dezmond had an approval. I still wasn't comfortable with the payments. Nick DID NOT let me say it again DID NOT put any pressure on me when I declined. Fast forward to Friday Nick called me back, and advised me Dezmond was able to get me a better rate. This rate would keep my payments the same with Gap and extended warranty included. I made the drive and I was not disappointed. Nick is very knowledgeable and patient. He explained the details of the car, my contract and answered ALL my questions. Nick and Dezmond both was very personable and made me very comfortable. Never did I feel pressured or bamboozled. They were more than fair. Gave me adequate money for my trade and provided exemplary service. This whole experience was 1000/10. An although and hour away, these two are the only ones I want to purchase a vehicle from. Going forward they have all of my referrals. Ourisman please give these guys their kudos. PLEASE acknowledge them. They truly had a pleasant experience. AND best of all, after the test drive ans I officially said, YES, to the vehicle the process was less than an hr. Prior to coming to this dealership, I visited several others including, Mercedes and Landrover, this by far was my best experience. Ourisman again, please give them a bonus, I'm a hard customer. They make you be and look GREAT!!!! And anyone who needs a vehicle, please go see Nick and Dezmond.

2024 Toyota Grand Highlander review
I am super pleased, I have this car. It makes me super excited and just gives me the feel of being wealthy and grand like my GrandHighlander. It gives me peace of mind when am driving it, no matter the climatic conditions. I drove it during the enormous snow that happened in 2024 in Maryland and it was just marvelous. I got it brand new and has put nearly 15k mileage on it yet it still feels brand new. Though there’s been some recalls on it, which has been fixed by Toyota free of charge but I’ve never had any issues driving it. It’s a great upgrade from the previous sedan car I had. It is truly an amazing luxury car without the luxury price. I wholeheartedly recommend this car. I particularly liked the fact that it is roomy and has cargo room too while being a beautiful SUV with the strength of a Truck.

Ourisman Toyota 40 review
I had an outstanding experience purchasing my Toyota! Even from before we walked into the dealership and were just doing online inquiries, Mo was knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle without any pressure. The buying process was smooth, transparent, and surprisingly stress-free. Every question I had was answered thoroughly, and Mo took the time to explain all of my options, ensuring I felt confident in my decision. The financing process was straightforward, and they worked hard to find a solution that fit my budget and suited my lifestyle! This dealership is extremely honest, efficient, and committed to providing a great car-buying experience, I highly recommend them.

Koons Kia review
Overall, a great experience! The staff was energetic and excited about selling cars. There were several salesmen available to help with anything I needed. Kyree approached with a smile while we were perusing the lot and he sold me a beautiful Kia EV-6 that day! He followed up a few days later to check on me and the car - great customer service. The car runs great, but has an overdue service alert (-8000+ miles). That?s the only thing keeping my review from all 5 stars! 9.9/10 - would recommend.

2024 Toyota Grand Highlander review
This is my first SUV purchase (I've always driven a small sedan). Our dealer suggested the Grand Highlander after hearing about what we were looking for in our next vehicle. I love it! It is so roomy and so comfortable. It handles great! The safety features are awesome, the infotainment center is easy to navigate, and everything the driver needs is easy to find and use. I love the additional storage and room with the Grand. I'm soooo glad I decided on the Grand Highlander.

Facility was under construction so there was nothing to rate. But the service was first-rate. I wasn?t pressured. I was treated with dignity. My sales agent got me by sending a video of the car that was just what I wanted. I wasn?t pressured hooked right away!

Jones Toyota review
We have purchased four cars from Jones in the last 18 months. I would highly recommend seeing Athena Torres, she’s amazing!
2024 Toyota Grand Highlander review
This car is great for someone who has a small sized family. We enjoy the comfort of a large driver seat and captains chairs in the center. We can get a little stuffy in the back but my partner is almost 6 feet tall and most of his family is big too so that’s the only downside. Other than that i love it.

Ourisman Toyota 40 review
Abdul was great to work with from the start. Great communication, not pushy, answered all of our questions and knew so much about the cars. We were looking for a first car for our teenager and during the test drive he was so informative on all the different car features especially the ones for safety. After getting home we realized a floor mat was missing, Abdul replaced the mats without any issues. I feel we got a great car and stayed within budget. Nothing but positive experience working with this dealership and Abdul.
