2024 Toyota Grand Highlander review
This is my first SUV purchase (I've always driven a small sedan). Our dealer suggested the Grand Highlander after hearing about what we were looking for in our next vehicle. I love it! It is so roomy and so comfortable. It handles great! The safety features are awesome, the infotainment center is easy to navigate, and everything the driver needs is easy to find and use. I love the additional storage and room with the Grand. I'm soooo glad I decided on the Grand Highlander.

Imperial ToyotaReviews
Imperial Toyota review
I’ve had a consistently positive experience with Imperial Toyota in Milford. Their service team is always accessible, responsive and helpful whenever I have questions about my vehicle. I especially appreciate that they take the time to explain recommended maintenance, what should be addressed now, and what can reasonably wait, rather than just handing over a list of services without context. Would recommend!

Most seamless car buying experience I’ve had. They honor the discounted prices online and helped with getting the max discount possible through financing arrangements. My sales rep, Sebastian also gave me ample time with the car to ensure I’m making the right choice. I really appreciate someone not watching over my shoulder while test driving different models and trims. Loving my 2027 Sportage Hybrid X-Line model!

2026 Toyota Grand Highlander review
I absolutely love this car. It’s a big jump from sitting in the rav4. The grand is much higher. You may just want a regular Highlander but you’re not getting the grand style. I don’t like that I have to shut off the auto start and stop. Only bad thing. Other than that, it reminds me of the Lexus TX

Joseph Kerr is a very nice salesman, he answered all our questions and explain everything to us about the car. We would recommend him to a friend. Thanks for the great service Joe.
2024 Toyota Grand Highlander review
This car is great for someone who has a small sized family. We enjoy the comfort of a large driver seat and captains chairs in the center. We can get a little stuffy in the back but my partner is almost 6 feet tall and most of his family is big too so that’s the only downside. Other than that i love it.

Ira Toyota of Danvers review
I'm a pretty thorough buyer. These guys were entirely fair the whole way through. Didn't make me feel like I was inconveniencing them when I got my pre purchase inspection from an independent dealer. Nor did they pressure me when I presented my own financing option. I told them if they could match it or do better, I'd take their offer. They did match me, they didn't hide their numbers at all. They let me do my own calculations, and gave me all the time I needed to do so. They didn't rush me through any contract I read or reread. I appreciate the experience so much.

This dealership has fantastic employees. I received great service from German and Josh. They listened to what I wanted, and didn’t try to sell me on anything else. So glad I found this dealership. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to buy a car. Thank you German and Josh!

Parkway Toyota of Boston review
On April 30th, 2021 I had an appointment at Prime Toyota for a humming sound I heard when I turn the steering wheel. At 6 am. I parked my car and left the keys in the dropoff box. Came back and pickup the car not checking the entire car. As soon as I got home with the car I noticed the right passenger side had dents and scratches. I called Prime and the call went to voice mail. My mistake one i never check the car before leaving the dealership and second when I call back I was very frustrated and didn't leave a message. I called the next morning and spoke with Lacey DaRose who told me to bring the car in. I drove all the way to Prime Toyota West Roxbury. Lacey went and spoke with the Fixed Ops Director Malinda Burgos who spoke to me like was stupid telling me she's not arguing. She then told me she would fix the car and gave me a rental within a week, I told her to put it in writing and she wrote on one of her business cards and gave it to me.Here's my intake on all this, You never inconvenience a customer. She should have taken the car the same day to have it fixed and gave me a car . She told me to give her a week to call and let me know when a rental will be available . A week for me is a liftime especially the incident happen right there at the dealership. I gave her 3 business days. I called on the third business day and left her a messages she never called back. I was very upset the forth day and drove up to Prime Toyota, and met Alwin customer relations at the new Parkway Toyota and he made my day. I told him what had happened and he took care of the problem right away. He took my car and have it sent to the body shop and gave me a rental. Also Jason DaSilver both gentlemen were awesome and I honestly had no intention of going back to this dealership until I met these professional men. I just want to say thank you to Alwin from customer Relations and Jason Dasilver for such great customer service and your my only reason for going back to this dealership. Your both truly remarkable. Thanks so much!
