Porsche BellevueReviews
Porsche Bellevue review
I’ve had my fair share of service visits with my Panamera, and at this point I’m pretty sure the car has Matt on speed dial. 😂 Through all the repairs and service, Matt has been fantastic to work with. He’s always professional, responsive, honest, and does a great job keeping me informed throughout the process. Even when the Panamera decides it needs yet another visit to the shop, Matt makes the experience as painless as possible. Having Matt as my service advisor definitely makes it easier to keep coming back. Great guy and a huge asset to the Bellevue Porsche service department!

Park Place Lexus PlanoReviews
Park Place Lexus Plano review
Outstanding experience at Park Place Lexus Plano! I had the pleasure of working with Jolly, and he was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to making my car-buying experience enjoyable and stress-free. What really stood out was the exceptional luxury service and hospitality. Jolly made me feel valued and respected throughout the entire process, without ever making me feel pressured. His attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction truly made a difference. Park Place Lexus Plano clearly understands what a premium buying experience should feel like, and Jolly represents that standard exceptionally well. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and grateful for the outstanding service I received. Thank you, Jolly, and the entire Park Place Lexus Plano team, for making my experience truly special. Highly recommended!
2016 Toyota Highlander review
This car has met (most) of my expectations. I love all of the features, but I wish the speedometer was digital to see what speed I am going, and I wish I could see how many miles I have left to an empty tank. A couple other things I would have loved to have is a blind spot monitor, and remote start but these are all just luxuries and do not affect the cars driving abilities. Just my personal preferences! Overall very happy with my purchase and I hope this vehicle lasts me a long time!

Lexus of TowsonReviews
Lexus of Towson review
Many of us have found buying a new or used car, can be a very frustrating and negative experience. However, my wife and I just had the most pleasant and positive car buying experience ever, in purchasing our Certified Pre-Owned 2025 Lexus RX 350 from Lexus of Towson, all as a result of our Sales Consultant Jonathan Butler! Jonathan was the most professional, knowledgeable, and responsive automotive salesperson we have ever come in contact with. While for the most part, the staff at Lexus of Towson were always professional, helpful and very pleasant to deal with, for the exception for one Manager, Jonathan consistently exceeded our car buying expectations. Without a doubt, Jonathan Butler was the primary reason we decided to purchase our CPO RX 350 from Lexus of Towson, as apposed to numerous other dealers in our area! If you are in the market, or just thinking of purchasing a Lexus vehicle, do yourself a favor, and contact Jonathan Butler at Lexus of Towson, you will not be disappointed! Anthony Delauney

Audi San Diego review
I'm not sure if I'll purchase the Lexus LC 500 they helped me with, but I had one of the best experiences with any sales rep I've ever had with Anthony Picozzi. He was one of the most down to earth, honest, and helpful people I've ever encountered in this industry. The other two sales reps there (didn't catch their names) were awesome, as well. I never write reviews, but thought it was important enough that he gets the recognition he deserves!

U-J Chevrolet review
On vacation and 1.5 hour away from where we were staying with kids in the car. Thermostat malfunctioned and another dealership told us to make an appointment for another day and expect to leave it for 3 days for diagnostic tests to run which was impossible. Immediately went into this location to either the manager or service manager and they were excellent at seeing we were in a bind and needed expedient service. We were in and out in 1.5 hour. Thank you sincerely for saving our vacation!! I believe it was Gerry (I’m sorry if I remembered wrong). Also, Aubra was great at trying to help us find GMC points to use to lower the cost and understood we needed help same day. Thank you all for help!!

Ackerman ToyotaReviews
Ackerman Toyota review
This was a new world for me ordering a car by looking at a photo. It made me a little nervous to say the least. I chose this dealership because I heard from a friend that they were not charging above the MSRP sticker price. All of my questions and the ordering process was all done by phone calls, email and text. I would give my sales person Ryan O’Leary 10 stars if I could. He was patient, knowledgeable and always responded promptly to my questions. He made the whole experience great. But, beyond that after a few months of owning my new car I had an accident and my car is in the repair shop. A part that is needed to repair my car is on nation wide backorder!!! I was looking at car rental out of my pocket for the expense. I discussed this problem with Ryan and he and his sales manager located 3 dealerships that have this part in stock. It is now ordered and hopefully I will be back in my new car soon!!. This is above and beyond folks! They did not have to take their time to help me, and I do not think most dealerships would. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a helpful, knowledgeable sales person who stands behind the sale. I will update this review when I am back in my car! So happy I chose Ackerman and worked with Ryan on the purchase.

I will not hesitate to come back and get another car from this dealership. There awesome, friendly and they make u feel confident through the whole process. Jaime sales agent so humble and accommodating. Alan financial director so smart and funny. Highly recommended! Purchased chrysler 300s and it is awesome... 3 year warranty for oil change, car wash and tire repair for free... Not bad, not bad at all!

2016 Toyota Highlander review
I don't know how many have got to enjoy a car for 300,000 miles without ever leaving you on the side of the road, but I have. My Toyota Venza was at 280,000 miles and still running strong when it was involved in an accident. The only things ever went bad was the radiator and a/c. Who can say that besides a Toyota owner? My 2016 Highlander XLE that I recently purchased is roomy, luxurious, and dependable. The size fits my family's needs. I can't wait to enjoy this vehicle over the next many years!

Nazzal Auto Group review
From the very first phone call Ahmed was just great! He had the truck we were interested in ready and waiting for us to checkout and test drive. He made the buying process a breeze and even had a replacement part for a tire sensor that was bad (which was the only issue with the truck.) If you're looking for an honest, straight forward and stress free car buying experience make sure you check out Ahmed and Nazzal Auto Group!
